Plumb Right

Description of Work: I called Saturday night and had a repair person at my house Sunday morning because of toilet overflow and non-funtioning tank mechanics. I chose to have a new toilet installed. The work was excellent and the toilet he had in his truck inventory was one of the ones I was considering based on Consumer Reports.

Description of Work: Replaced short section of pipe and fitting at site of two small leaks in |water line above the water softener.The plumber Mathew was right on time |after he called and did a fast, professional job fixing the leak. He explained |what it would cost and completed the task for under the estimate. I would |definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Helped with water heater problem. We ended up replacing after good discussion and information provided. We've used this company three times in last 3 months and very happy with service.

Description of Work: They had the date wrong on an appointment confirmed by email. A $20 gift card does not make up for taking a day off work. The plumber bent my range handle on install and never mentioned it to me. They forgot to relight the pilot after working on the gas so I had no hot water. The dishwasher leaked into my basement on first use. This was repaired and I was given another gift card for $50 but would have rather had things done right the first time.

Description of Work: Had a leak coming from the bathtub, they inspected it and told me what needed to be done. They figured it out quickly. I have not yet completed and tested the fix so I'm not sure if it was accurate, but sounds like it will be. Since there were out there for a call, they asked if I had any other issues, let them know about a few slow sinks and he looked at them and got some of the backup out with no additional price.

Description of Work: Put in a dishwasher. I've used this company several times before, replacing toilets, clogged toilets, faucet replacment etc. Great guys, family owned, I know I can count on them to get whatever the job is done, and done right the first time. They are very conscious about your home and wear booties over their shoes to help keep your house clean. They may be a little spendy than most, but I also know I can count on them everytime!!

Description of Work: Our water heater died out and water was coming out the top. So, I called to replace. They came on Saturday afternoon with a same day call. Their pricing for Saturday service is same for their Mon thru Friday service, in which Saturdays for some companies is considered emergency. Matthew came in and quoted a fair price. He was very knowledgable and educated us on different water heater options. I hired the them with the quote and he stayed there to wait for the delivery of the water heater and then installed.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak in the sink and dishwasher drain pipe concealed in a wall. It was necessary for them to reroute the pipe, and disconnect the old damaged pipe that could not be saved.

Description of Work: The city needed to change our water meter and when they came out to our house they discovered that the 2 valve to shut the water off was broken. We had a tech onsite to fix the valves and was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the work.

Description of Work: I originally called because of a toilet clog - I tried everything to get it unclogged and nothing worked. So finally after 3 days of waiting to see if I could get it unclogged - I finally called to get it fixed. Of course, as soon as he came out, the toilet flushed - good news...so I had him fix my dripping shower that wouldn't completely shut off. He fixed it with no problem and it works great. They came out right away when I called and had no issues at all.

Description of Work: The sump pump "died", and we were getting water in the basement. When I called Plumb Right, they were polite and prompt. Our new sump pump was installed that evening. We paid a little extra for an evening service call, but it was worth it.

Description of Work: D.J. was able to come out twice and fix our bathroom toilet as well as help our neighbor with a leak. This could have been a huge problem for the future if he hadn't found the leak when he did. The whole team is amazing.

Description of Work: Had a leak from my dishwasher...water going into downstairs. Disconnected dishwasher, but could not fix that brand. I decided to replace it versus paying yet someone else to look at it. Two days later, had another issue...ended up being a clog in the sink (right next to dishwasher). I believe the original problem with the dishwasher was the clog. So, I ended up replacing the dishwasher which was probably fine (2 years old). I do give Plumb Right credit. The owner called me after I filled out a customer satisfaction survey. We had a good talk and agreed we will never know what really happened, but realized we could have done a few things differently. He was not defensive, but respectful of my concerns and listened.
