The technician came on time. Gave quick assessment. Got to work right away. The cost was higher than I expected but he looked into options and gave me a discount. The work was done quick and tested and cleaned up nicely. Thank you.

Work was fine but the price was outrageous. They made it sound like it was gong to take forever. Took less then an hour and charged me $566! Estimating materials were $50 at most. ie they are charging $500 per hr. I wont use again.

Over the last few months Plumb Right helped me with a variety of issues: utility sink faucet replacement, Outside valve issue, gas water heater replacement, main line valve replacement, and an emergency refrigerator water line leak. On all occasions they were very responsive - especially with my emergency leak. Holly, who answers the phone, is always great to work with and gets the work scheduled. Thomas and Devon were the plumbers who handled my work. They explained the work, were professional in delivery, and did excellent work. Hopefully I won’t continue to have plumbing issues, but if I do, I feel confident calling Plumb Right.

Thomas provided information on the existing faucet and helped with replacing a new faucet.

Thomas was great - courteous, explained everything well, friendly. Only reason I'm giving a B and not an A is because of the price for fixing the toilet. Afterwards, I researched and learned I could have gotten a new toilet for less than the cost of the repairs.

These folks are awesome! From start to finish, they were pleasant, helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. I contacted them this morning, and by 3, I had a new water heater (and it was a difficult installation, let me tell you). Also Erik took the time to figure out the best and least expensive option. He deserves a medal, because he saved me thousands (did I mention it was a difficult installation?) Now I won't use anyone else for my plumbing needs. Thank you all!

Erik did an AMAZING job fixing a leak that had developed over the weekend. He was very professional and not only fixed the problem but was aware of the aesthetics of the work. Will definitely use again in the future.

Thomas (and Erik) did a great job. Explained what they installed. They were very professional and on time. The cleanup was exceptional. They had to break up a very old concrete tub. They made sure stairs and floors were covered.

Technician was very knowledgeable and prompt. He had never seen a valve fail with a cracked casting. Took a picture to document. He replaced valve and everything works great. Very professional. Would hire again.

There are several pending projects on the near horizon so I anticipate working with Thomas again. He is clear and descriptive in explaining the why and how of the task. Plumbing is expensive. Skilled tradesmen are great to work with.

Called Saturday evening because of a leak in my basement. Sunday morning, 8 AM with 4" of snow on the ground and Thomas was right on time. The job was very difficult. Thomas explained everything as he went and he was polite, neat, clean and had a "can do" attitude. He left my house cleaner than when he got here. I recommend Thomas and Plumb Right for any plumbing needs. We will be reaching out to them this spring for an outside faucet repair and I will be requesting Thomas. Price was a little high, but it was an emergency repair and we expected to pay more for the immediate service - it was worth the money.

Install was great! No problems or issues. Plumber was clean and respectful. The cost for the service was pretty high, but I love doing business with plumb right because they have excellent customer service.

Fantastic! Erik and Thomas are so great. Very professional, very kind, willing to work around our schedules and multiple contractors. On the initial consultation, Erik brainstormed with me what might work best for the layout and spent a good amount of time educating me on the codes and what to look out for. Both men worked well together, were in great communication with us throughout the whole process, which required them to come out several times. At the end of each day they made sure to walk through and show us what they did and answer any and all questions with a smile. Holly, the receptionist, was always friendly and responsive and put a smile on my face. We will definitely use Plumb Right for all of our plumbing needs going forward. We are very happy with their work.

Arrived on time. Quality of work seems fine, though the true test will be time. The price seemed high and the technician struggled to explain/justify the costs. Technician suffered from women-who-ask-questions-annoy-me syndrome. Not a terrible experience, but left a bad taste in my mouth.
