We offer Saturday appointments at Mon-Friday rates. we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer two-year warranties on all parts furnished by Plumb Right and all labor performed by our technicians on new installations. All our employees are drug tested, background checked and professionally trained. We understand our responsibility to the environment and our community. Our customers have the opportunity to join our membership club that gives you a discount on all services. Very well... problem was solved.
Description of Work: Leaking toilet was driving me crazy. Work was scheduled by a pleasant woman who promised that Matthew would be to the house between 1-3 that day. Matthew called at 11:30 and offered to come early. He was very thorough in figuring out the problem and had it fixed inside an hour.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak on our outside faucet. I am sorry I don't remember the exact date or the cost, but they did a good job. our water bill decreased markedly after they did their repair. We would most certainly use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: We had a kitchen sink issue and needed a plumber. We called a couple and these guys were nearly immediately available and very prompt. They did what we needed very quickly. This is not necessarily a complaint, but, with a coupon for under an hour of work, they did charge $295 to essentially snake out a drain for me. Couldn't do it on my own, and not sure how that compares to other plumbers. Just struck me as a bit high. Still, I'll use these guys in the future in an emergency for sure.

Since your disposal was older and appeared to be leaking slightly, our plumber did recommend a replacement at some time in the future and gave you some prices for that.
