They did a great job. They were professional and everything was completed on time. They were actually quick. They ripped the furnace out and replaced in a few hours. Their price was pretty average. They did a pretty good job. I would use them again in the future.

From the initial phone call to the repair, service was very professional and courteous. Devon arrived within the one hour window promised and phoned to say he was on his way. He found the problem with the tub (a leaking valve that was causing water to leak into the kitchen ceiling below the tub). Devon explained what was needed and the cost and made the repair. I also had been dealing with a faucet handle that was malfunctioning. I thought it needed to be replaced but Devon checked it and said he could replace it if I was concerned BUT he did not think it was necessary (less cost for me!) My repair came with a 2 year warranty on the repair. I am very happy with the service I received from Plumb Right and would definitely call them again next time.

He was very prompt, pleasant and professional. He estimated the cost of the repairs, which was a little higher than I had expected. He explained everything very well and did a great job. He was careful to wear booties in the house and cleaned up the work area. We will have him return to replace a bathroom faucet. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

Starting with the "how can I make you smile today?" from Terry who answered the call, to Dale having to change shoe covers as he trudged in and out of the house, Plumb Right took care of the details to make this a good experience. Dale did quick work and helped solve a mystery of the source of "stuff" in the utility sink.

We described all the work, notes were taken for the estimate and we agreed to the amount to replace the shut off valves as it was below freezing. The repair did not take long and provided a better solution than the original shut off valves - replaced two with one. We were glad to have the repair done immediately and will be looking forward to the estimate on the remaining repair needs.

From the beginning, they were a pleasant company to work with, from the first answered call to the end of the visit. They were actually booked for the day, but found a way to come and do my job despite being swamped with work. I was given a late afternoon approximate time and they showed up by 11:30. The work was done in a clean and efficient manner. Very professional. I didn't call them for the tub drain, but when he asked me if I needed anything else worked on, I mentioned it. He was able to fix that in a matter of 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Dale arrived on time. He finished in an hour, was a pleasant person and the price was about right.

He repaired the toilet and the leak- on a weekend with only 1 day's notice! He came over quickly, had the work done fast and cleaned up well too!

As soon as I saw the condition of our basement and figured out that our sump pump had filed, I called Plumb Right based on thier Angie's List ratings and their proximity to my home. He came over within the hour and installed a replacement pump. He was friendly and helpful and worked very quickly.

I think they are a pretty good company, you can count on what they do. They do an excellent job and they are clean. It's nice to see a plumber come in that doesn't look like he just came out of the ground. They are very neat, polite and does darn good work. They get it done and go. The last time I called they were here the next day, they respond right away. They also called ahead. I don't think you would have any problems if you hire this plumber. They will be coming back to do some work in the bathroom.

They are good, fast and they knew what they were doing. I would use them again.

I think they are great. We call them whenever we need anything done that has to do with plumbing work.

Their prices were too high for what needed to be done. A neighbor had the son do an estimate for them for something different and we had the father do ours and that may have played a role in the difference of pricing. They were polite and courteous. They were responsive and returned our phone calls. We do receive their marketing materials.

They were very good in every way. They needed a part and they went out to grab it and fixed the water heater. They were prompt and got the work done.

They got back with us and it was a bit more expensive than we thought. We are going to hold off on the project.

They are honest to say that I did not need it at the time. I will probably have them come back again to take another look since this is now 3 years later.

The service was good. Their clean up was fine and they are average with their pricing.

They were quick and able to get out the same day and they had the lowest prices in the metropolitan area for this work.

Overall the job went fine. Dale came out on Friday to assess the problem. He gave me a quote to repair and or replace the faucet. He tried the repair but it didn't fix the problem entirely so we authorized the replacement of the faucet. The work was done really well and Dale was very curteous and professional. My only issue is with the pricing structure. They work on an initial trip fee of $49 and then a flat fee basis. Our job cost us $424 in total to replace the faucet. The work took about 2.5 hours total. We ended up paying about $170 per hour whereas other plumbers would have charged about $90 per hour. If the job would have gone over 4.7 hours, the hourly rate would have been competitive with others. Again, overall we were satisfied with the work.

Very well. Called Plumb Right, made an appointment for the next morning. Plumber was early. Had it fixed in no time at all.

The guy that came out did a good job. He came and searched out to find where the leak was and he fixed it for us. It was sometime around Christmas. I don't even know how much he charged us. I don't know how to compare the quality. He was very quick and efficient. He was punctual and came when he said he would.

I spoke to their scheduler, who was knowledgeable and courteous. She scheduled me for an appointment within a one-hour window. The plumber showed up on time, assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done and how much they would charge. I was a little surprised at the cost, but I haven't hired a plumber in over 20 years.
