Everything went fine. They are prompt, when they say they will be there they are there.

It took longer than I think anyone antisipated. The repair man had to stop and go to Home Depot for more parts.

This is a family business and they are located close to my home which is why I chose them over another plumbing business that gave me approximately the same estimate. Digging up the concrete was a messy job and it was all cleaned up and removed. I was very pleased with the work and will not hesitate to call if I need another plumbing job.

My wife and I were satisfied with the services provided. Very professional, knownlegable, and timely. We purposely wait for approximately 3 months to assess and provide feedback to make sure work performed holds up. It's now been 3 months and we are still satisfied. Will recommend this company to friends and family.

I had scheduled an appointment and was told the plumber would be at my home between 10 a.m and 11 a.m. When no one had arrived by 11:30 a.m., I called to make sure I had the correct, date, time. Tterry, the scheduler, was very apologetic, took full responsibility, and immediately worked to see what could be done. By 12:45 p.m. the same day, the plumber was at my home. He was extremely professional, apologetic about the miscue. The compnay waived the ususal service call fee. Hhe quickly assessed the situation, carefully reviewed with me allwork he needed to do and the cost. The service was very thorough, the quality of the garbage disposal installed seems to be excellent, and the water leaks are fixed. Although my experience with Plumb Right did not begin well when they did not show up as promised, they quickly acknowledged their error and made it right. Anyone can make a mistake. I believe the sign of character and quality service is how you respond. Plumb Right did an excellent job of delivering quality customer service. Without hesitation, I would use them again

Dale arrived slightly ahead of his scheduled time. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Charged $49.00 for the visit and $199.00 for the kitchen faucet installation. The whole process only took 45 minutes. He did an excellent job. If I ever need the services of a good plumber again, then I'll call Plumb Right first.

I called Plumb Right for an estimate for a new water heater. They came to my home and gave me a recommendation and an estimate. I chose them, we scheduled a date, and did the work. They took care to not cause any damage to our walls or carpet. Plumb Right cleaned up after themselves quite well, but it wasn't spotless.

Wonderful experience. They were extremely responsive and responsible. This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a provider. HIGHLY recommended.

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He called before scheduled appoint and asked if he could come early. No surprises -- all work was explained and was completed as quoted. Pricing seemed high for an hour of work but I had the same reaction when I used Benjamin Franklin about a year ago.

The problem turned out to be shavings clogged the drain. The plumber was in the area when I called and came right over. He fixed the problem quickly and explained how the drains/disposals in the local area worked. Apparently homes in this area have longer pipes, so thing get stuck easier than where we came from. We have followed his tips and have not had a problem since.

The water connection on our ice maker broke and water leaked on the floor throughout the kitchen and down a basement wall and on the basement ceiling. I called early in the morning and they were able to come within an hour. The person answering the phone was calm and helpful. The repair was completed in a very timely manner.

This is a small, family owned and operated business. The owner performed the services himself. He was punctual, courteous, ethical and quite competent. We discussed the problem and agreed upon a solution. (The problem was the prior installation of an inferior indoor shut off valve that had over time developed a very slow leak. Thus there was a very slow, drip by drip, leak into the pipe connecting the indoor valve and the outdoor faucet. While we had opened the outdoor faucet and thought we had shut off the indoor valve for winter, the slow leak allowed water to drip slowly into the pipe, collecting and freezing at the faucet which caused a rupture.) He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options. His suggested option of replacing the inferior, twist in valve with an on / off lever (rather than trying to repair the seals on the twist valve) was clearly the appropriate long term solution. My only issue keeping this from being a five star review was the pricing policy of charging a separate flat fee for each item repaired, rather than a straight hourly fee for labor plus parts. I realize that sometimes a flat fee can end up being more cost effective. However, for the work we had done, the flat fee per repair item pushed the actual "hourly" rate to a higher than market figure in my opinion. That said, I believe that the sound business philosophy and character of this company, as personally represented by the owner, is less and less evident in today's small service business environment (and thus the reason for Angie's List's existence). Because of this I will probably be giving a significant preference to Plumb Right when I solicit bids for a much more extensive plumbing renovation project in the near future.

VERY pleased with the work done. Initial contact was professional -- called on a Friday and they scheduled me for Monday morning. Plumber arrived on time and that was appreciated. I received the pricing before I authorized the work, which was appreciated. NO surprises! Clean -- plumber wore "booties" in the house to keep my carpets clean, his clothes were clean so no mess on my floors, and any mess he made as he did the work was cleaned satisfactory. Answered all my questions professionally. Would absolutely use again if a plumber needed and would recommend to others.

Was contacted right away to schedule the install. Did not receive an estimate at that time. Was charged $49 for them to do an estimate of the work to be completed. I thought the cost was a bit on the high side, but the work was done in a very professional manner.

The gentleman that came was very professional. The repair I had called on was performed quickly and to building code. After he completed his work he checked around the house for other problems and explained what and why they needed repair. While this was valuable information to me, I wish he would have asked me first before do so. Overall my experience was excellent, I just thought the price was way too high.

They were alright. They did a good job. Price was the only problem I had; otherwise, their service was good.

Work was performed over a few weeks - call was for problem toilets -water in Maple Grove is terrible on any appliances - they reviewed items in the house and found two other issue - water heater core needed to be replced, valve repaired - recommended replacement of toilet insides (slow running toilets were the main issue) - did one toilet which didn't seem to work and replaced toilet with Gerber they recommended - after a week of use, replaced two other toilets in the house - very professional, shoes are covered in home, cloths laid accross even mud room floor to protect the flooring, very careful when working in home, clean up after themselves always - very personable. Some may feel they are higher than other companies, I did not - they take their time to investigate and find the root of the problem, not just resolve the symptoms for a quick fix job - done right the first time. My time is vaulable so doing it right the first time, or outlining a game place to resolve a problem up front so you can plan for it is worth paying for their expertise. Problem resolved over 9 months ago - no problems since. Would call them again for any plumbing issue.

I had replaced the flapper in our Kohler Wellworth toilet in the morning to try to resolve a problem with the toilet running intermittently, and when I turned the water back on the toilet refused to stop running - it ran constantly. It is the only toilet on the main living floor of our home, so I needed it fixed the same day (before a 3-day holiday weekend kicked in). I called for an estimate and Terry was very friendly and polite over the phone. She explained the $49 truck charge, and that the plumber would evaluate the issue and let us know options and costs once he had seen the situation. They had an opening in the afternoon. After calling another provider for an estimate and finding out they were booked all day, I called back and scheduled a visit from Plumb Right. Devon called about two hours before our scheduled time slot and asked if it would be okay if he came earlier. He ended up arriving over an hour early (but right when he said he would, when he called). He looked over the toilet and listened patiently to my description of what I had already done and tried, and told me the fill valve - original to the toilet, probably 15-20 years old - needed to be replaced and what the price was. He also asked if there was anything else we wanted him to price out while he was here, so that if we had them do the work later we could avoid a truck fee at that time. He looked at a water shutoff valve that we will need replaced later, and gave us an estimate on that repair. Devon was very professional, and also friendly. He put booties on over his shoes whenever he came into the house (he went out to the truck for parts after we agreed to the price) and used the towel I had already laid out on the floor for putting pieces on as he removed them from the toilet. He didn't mind me watching what he was doing, and he was willing to explain the process as he went along. He put a catch bucket under areas where water would drip while he was working, and wiped up other incidental drips right away. He spent about 10 minutes after the valve was installed, adjusting the tank water level and the float on the flapper that I had previously installed, to be sure that the toilet flushed correctly and did not double flush. Before he left, he explained the warranty on the parts and the work he had done, and left a folder with the receipt, warranty info, and contact information. The one thing I didn't particularly like about Plumb Right is their per-job pricing structure. They have price points pre-written on their estimate/invoice sheet, and all repair jobs apparently fall into one of those defined price points. So it's not a completely customized per-job fee based on parts and difficulty of the job, it's more like "well, this job is at the $149 price point rather than the $199 price point". That makes it difficult to compare to other providers, and if the other plumber I called for an estimate had had openings the same day I would have booked with that other provider because they charged time and materials the way I am more comfortable with.

Dale, the plumber, was punctual and showed good humor. He was in and out within a half hour, and he left the bathroom clean. I was surprised at the price - but then, I'd never called a plumber before, and I hear that $225 is about normal. We used the $25 discount coupon from Angie's List to lower the cost to $200. Dale recommended that we replace the toilet eventually, as it was one of the early-generation gallon-and-a-half low flow toilets, and he said those plug up often, but newer ones are better. All in all, a good experience.

They are very, very nice people. They are considerate and pleasant to deal with. They do things on time and we will continue to use them because we have a good experience with them.

He arrived on time. Was friendly. Put covers over his shoes to avoid getting dirt on floor. Was a great experience.
