Plumb Right

D.J. came out and replaced a recently installed frost free faucet that had failed (installed by another company). He was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing. We are very happy with the work. Thanks!

I can't remember the name of the guy they sent out but I would give him an A for just about everything, he did a really good job. I would absolutely call him in the future.

Job was done on time promised, quickly and professionally. Left a little mess in basement from cutting hole and relocating pipes, but nothing me and my broom couldn't handle.

Dale showed up at 8am sharp as scheduled. Introduced himself and then put on boot covers to prevent tracking dirt into the house. I showed Dale the problem and he knew immediately what needed to be done. By 9am everything was fixed. Pricing structure is straight forward but is different from most plumbers (fixed prices for certain types of projects, not hourly), in this case I felt it was fair. Dale was professional, polite, punctual, and straight forward.

Very happy with Plumb Right. This is the second time that I've asked them for assistance and I would certainly call them again. My outdoor water faucet in the front was very low to the ground. It was impossible to get a bucket underneath to fill it with water. Also, I had no idea where the water shut-off was for this faucet. I asked Plumb Right to give me a quote on raising it to a level that I where I could actually use the faucet. I was able to schedule a day and time that was most convenient for me. Devon showed up on time, listened to my needs, and was able to give me a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He also was able to do the work immediately, which surprised me as I thought I would need to make a second appointment. Devon took special care to keep things as clean as possible. He protected my carpet, wore "booties" so that nothing was tracked in the house, and made sure that everything was cleaned up when he left. I appreciated him answering my questions and showing me the advantage of having a frost-free faucet outside. He also showed me where the shut-off valve of that faucet was located (and that was quite a search!).

When we have had a problem with the disposal after they put it in last year they came and replaced it and there was no charge for that. They have been always wonderful and fantastic. They are courteous and efficient. They do it right. I would use them again.

DJ was exactly on time, explained the costs, had everything required to replace the toilet. I chose to use the contractor model Plumb Right carries that isn't available in stores. In addition, he explained why some of the floor tiles are cracking, which I had wondered if that was due to leaks related to the toilet. Guess I will be looking for someone to redo the tile floor and prepare the subfloor adequately.He applied the Angie's List discount and waived the service fee. Very pleased with the entire project and would recommend Plumb Right without reservation.

DJ came right on time and gave us a quote for replacing a toilet shutoff valve that was completely stuck and wouldn't turn at all, and also an estimate for removing the old toilet and disposing of it. He did have to call the main office for a couple of pricing details (relating to disposal of the old toilet) but that didn't take too long. He did the work, was professional, and didn't leave any mess for us to clean up. That night we noticed the shutoff valve for the whole house was leaking very slowly - probably triggered by shutting off the water for DJ's work - so I called the office the next morning and talked to the on-call person (not the regular office staff - it was too early). They would have worked us into the schedule that same day but it would have been a "call us when they can come by" situation and we preferred a fixed time, so we set a time for the next day since the leak wasn't going to cause damage in the meantime. DJ came out (there was some miscommunication about what time to expect him, but when I called the office and explained the situation, he came as quickly as he was able and the regular office staff were very apologetic) and "snugged up" the valve and stayed for 10-15 minutes to make sure it didn't start leaking again. He came back again after we had new flooring installed in the bathroom and installed a new toilet that we had purchased elsewhere. Again, he was very professional and we didn't have to do any cleanup after he left. This is the second time we have used Plumb Right, and we will continue to use them in the future. Their prices seem higher than what we could get from other companies (particularly if they are doing two jobs in one visit; there doesn't seem to be a price break on that type of work since they charge per job and not time+materials) but we feel it's worth it for the peace of mind of professionally done work and no mess left in our house when the job is done.

Plumb Right came out on a holiday weekend promptly and had the pipe repaired within an hour. Thorough and knowledgable, they detected a couple more leaks that needed attention. They even wrote a thank you note for choosing their service. Definately will keep their business card!

These guys are prompt and polite--a pleasure to work with. They are careful and clean up extremely well. The work was done in far less time than estimated. The completed job came to the exact amount of the estimate even though they completed a few extras--the basement drain backed up the morning before they arrived, so snaking out the drain hadn't been included in the estimate.

They are highly rated on Angie's List so we decided to use them.

They fixed it up really good. They did a good job. They were very professional. They came out right away and helped us out. I think the price was reasonable.

They were fantastic! Always on time, clean, professional and friendly. They brainstormed to solve problems as we ran into a few snags, as always happens when you are retrofitting an existing house. They always came up with work arounds. I think I was most impressed with how they interacted with the inspector and then when it came to actually installing the new stove. There was not much room to fit the gas line into the stove, but as usual, they found a way to make it work. I could not be more impressed with Plumb Right. If there were a way to give them an "A Plus" rating, I would do it. I will certainly recommend them to friends who need plumbing done, and I will use them again. I am going to miss them.

He was professional and on time. There were no surprises with the price. He did a good job with this project. I am satisfied with the repair they did. They showed up when they said they would and were able to answer all of my questions.

Very well - they were very responsive and fit me in on relatively short notice to get the issue repaired.

They came precisely when expected. They protected surfaces that might have been damaged. The walls and sub floor was already up so it saved them some time. They replaced all pipes including the waste stack. They will be back with the permit person and to connect all the faucets & toilet. Upon their return They brought all bathroom fixtures up to code & snaked basement. Devon was a fabulous plumber I will call again anytime I need a plumber.

He didn't charge me very much considering he came out on a Sunday. I like him. I would use this company again in the future.

I called Wednesday night about my drain problem and was able to book an appointment for the very next day.The technician, DJ, showed up early to the appointment, listened as I explained the problem, told me the work he would be doing, explained the pricing, and got right to work. When he had finished cleaning out the floor drain, he showed me that it was working by pouring gallons of water down the drain. He had also labeled all of my emergency shut off valves and explained which value was which. Since I'm a new homeowner I found this to be extremely helpful and beneficial. DJ was very professional, friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. Plumb Right will be the only plumbing company I use in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

My experience has always been very good. They are courteous and know what they are doing. They get the job down quick. They are nicely dressed and clean.

They were very professional. Their cleanup was superb. The quality of the work was excellent as nearly as we can tell.

I was very happy with their services, I will definitely use them again. They told me when they would be coming, and what they would be doing and they cleaned up after themselves, even picked up everything and took it with him and left everything looking clean.

I received service on the same day that I contacted Plumb Right with my plumbing concerns. The plumber who came out (DJ) was very knowledgeable and skillful in addressing my plumbing concerns. The drain in the bathtub was in very poor shape and was extremely difficult to remove. If DJ had not been successful in getting the old drain out, the necessary work would have been much more extensive and costly. Fortunately, he was able to successfully do the repair. I will absolutely use Plumb Right again for any plumbing issues/concerns.
