Plumb Right

D.J. arrived on time and did a good job with the work we had him do. He was a pleasure to work with. He was here for a little less than one hour. We had used Plumb Right previously and did not recall them being so very very expensive. They use something called StraightForward Pricing rather than time and materials. We would not use them in the future because of their cost, not because they didn't do a good job.

They do a nice professional job and they are good people. Prices for plumbers always seem high to me so I can't give an A but are in-line with other plumbers. They tell you upfront what your options are and are dire t and honest. we were going to remove and reinstall a toilet but decided to replace it with a more accessible one. they also replaced a kitchen sink faucet. We will continue to use them.

It was great! DJ was the plumber who came out. He was so knowledgeable, prepared, quick, and nice! He answered all my questions and their inovoices had the prices of each part/service pre-populated so you don't feel like they're just making up an amount to charge (unlike another estimate we had received earlier). Definitely want to use them again, and recommend them to anyone!

The service is great. Plumb right rocks, they are punctual, professional, and courteous. They definitely know what they're doing, and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

I contacted this service provider, leaving my name, phone and a brief description of my plumbing needs and an answering device and never received a return phone call although their listing indicated "Talk to a live person 24/7".

They were very friendly and professional. They wouldn’t provide an estimate until they came out, but they charge a trip charge whether you used them or not. We decided to do the work ourselves.

It was great. We decided not to have him replace the faucet, but he was able to fix the flapper on the toilet so it flushed more consistently. He also gave us approximate costs to have some other bigger projects done around the house as well as pointed out several things we should keep an eye on. In general, Devon went above and beyond what we expected and we will not hesitate to call this company again in the future!!

Very professional. There was still a leak in one of the pipes under the sink. Plumb Right sent someone out right away to replave that part as well.

I knew there was something wrong because it seemed damp in the basement closet, but thought it was an old caulking issue in the tub upstairs, that must have been the warning. Then Sunday just after noon my daughter took a shower while I went downstairs to see if I could figure out what the issue is. Finding the issue is easier when water is pouring out of the ceiling. After getting the water stopped and a few towels going I ran to Angie's list and started looking for a plumber who wouldn't charge an arm and a leg to come out on Sunday afternoon. Did I mention we are getting the house ready to put on the market this week? I called around and finally found someone in on Sunday. I spoke with the nice man at Plumb Right, I am so sorry I can't remember his name. He said it would be an extra bit (he told me I can't remember how much, I think $50) to come out on Sunday. I thought for a millisecond about trying to find someone else and then figured it was worth it to be able to shower before work the next day. It really was! He said he would be here in an hour or two, it was just over an hour. He gave me an estimate to find the problem and when he found it he gave another estimate. That estimate was actually higher than it turned out to cost as he worked like anything to fix it working in my little space and not have to remove the toilet which, understandably, would have cost more. He was finished in two hours or so. He covered his shoes every time he came in and out of the house and left everything very clean. He was polite, upfront, honest and understanding. I would call them again in a heart beat for any plumbing problem!

Our experience went really good. They came after hours so they were a little pricey. Everything was great we were very happy with them.

Pipe leaking from main sink into basement, flooded one room. Fixed everything. We never seem to have a M-F incident in this old house. We have used this company before and are immensely pleased that they charge the same pieces on a weekday that they do when we call them on a Saturday.

Very sympathetic and responsive scheduler. I called at 8am and got an appt. at 2pm with a 1 hour window, which was great. The technician was actually able to fit us in at 10am. D.J. was wonderful. He fixed the problem after discussing what he needed to do and how much it would cost. He explained everything he had done and alerted us to possible future issues with our aging hot water heater , without any pressure to purchase. He was professional and friendly. This was probably the best service call experience we've ever had!

Terry was easy to work with over email in setting the appointment up. On the day of service, a technician called me to let me know he had a flat tire on his truck, but was working on getting someone else to come out. Even though I offered to reschedule, Dale ended up coming out and got me all fixed up, right on schedule. Nice work. The price was a bit more than I had anticipated, but Dale explained why my vent tubing needed to be replaced, which I didn't anticipate. I can't fault him for that, as he clearly was experienced and I felt comfortable in his expert opinion and work. He had all the tools and equipment on-hand, so I was up and running within an hour or so. I am happy and would definitely use again. You get what you pay for, and in this case I got piece of mind that my new gas dryer was safe to use. Knowing me, if I had tried to do it myself, the house would have ended up exploding... :-)

Our kitchen faucet wasn't working correctly, and we had a leak under the sink. DJ was our plumber for this project. He was very polite and worked cleanly. He explained everything he did and made us feel very comfortable. We originally only wanted the kitchen sink done, but we were so happy with the price and service we decided to have them give us a price to re plumb the entire house. It was very reasonable so we decided to re plumb the entire house. Our sump pump stopped working last year so we looked at installing one ourselves but the cost including installation was just about the same as if we did it ourselves so we had that done as well. I hope we don't need any more plumbing work done, but if we do we will be calling Plumb Right!

The issue was fixed and they were professional. They do a good job, but please be aware they are expensive. I was charged $230 for them using the snake tool to extract something. They call themselves the 'white glove' plumber, they charge more I assume because of their approach.

They did a marvelous job for me. The guy that came out, C.J., was very helpful and very kind. He had all kinds of good information for me, did his job very well, and left the place cleaner than when he came. I was very happy. When I called to make the appointment, everything was very simple and easy and they confirmed everything. It was a pleasure to work with them! My neighbor came over while they were working, and she was impressed enough to want to call the plumber as well.

My basement drain was periodically overflowing. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. By the way, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The tech showed up right on time, gave me an estimate and got to work The drain had lots of roots in it - it took him a couple hours to get them all out. He left the area very clean and I haven't had any problems since then.
