Fine. The applicable drain pieces were removed and replaced and tested. Thomas explained what work he did, why the pieces went bad, and how to prevent future problems. He also gave me some estimates of future work that I may want done. No pressure sales tactics were used.

Thomas was a delight. Extremely helpful and informative. This was a saturday emergency call. Made sure I was aware of all he was doing and why. We were not able to complete the job but was able to isolate the issue so we could turn the water back on. Gave me a couple of things to think about to correct my shower issues.

Erik knew exactly what to do and solved the problem immediately. I am very satisfied and will use this business in the future. Highly recommend.

Initially booked 12-2 window was called and asked if plumber could come out an hour earlier. No problem. Thomas came out looked at my initial toilet issue, found the problem with water supply and fixed it quickly. I had second toilet looked at as well to have preventative service done. Second had issue with leaky pipe under drain, discovered a variety of unknown (to me) issues and fixed them as well. I ended up spending more that I initially had planned, but once these issues were discovered, wanted to get them fixed ASAP. I would recommend Thomas & Plumb Right to family and friends.

Couldn’t do it today because needed specialized parts but made plan and suggested user friendly upgrades. Looking forward to completed work next week.

The tech, Matthew, did an efficient job of tackling the disassembly, but one of the faucets inner workings were just plain stuck from the years of being in place. He was fearful of breaking something. He explained all the options and provided a rough estimate of the cost to repair if I was able to get the stuck faucet removed, or the cost of replacing the sink and faucets. That was all I needed from him. Everything about their service was great - from the initial phone call to schedule service, through the communications via text and email of the approaching appointment, to the final timely visit from Matthew - the tech. Mask and foot coverings were worn without comment, which was nice, too.

He did a great job and was very willing to answer my questions.

They are not used to working with owners of commercial properties, because (1) I needed to get one relatively simple repair finished and billed within 2 weeks from the first appointment, which they knew, and they said they could do, yet they could barely make that very generous timeline; they said they would call when the part came in, but they never called; I had to call them to find out if it was in; the customer service person said, oh, yes, the part came in earlier this week! And only after the part came in would they let me make the next appointment; it was right down to the wire. Two weeks from the first appointment to get a tub faucet replaced. (2) The faucet leaks, but they said there's nothing they can do about it. A leak is a leak, right? Poor plumbing skills, I suppose. (3) Customer service was not understanding about how we were taking precautions during the pandemic. They were defensive and unhelpful. Other companies and their employees have been completely understanding and helpful when I've asked for those same precautions from their companies. (4) During the appointments, the plumber made unkind remarks about my beautiful 1903 duplex and plumbing fixtures; the majority of homes in Minneapolis are incredible examples of craftsmanship built in the early 1900s, and Plumb Right said they work in Minneapolis, so it shouldn't have been a surprise for them, but apparently they prefer new suburban homes.

In and out in 30 mins at a reasonable price!

Great! Thomas is knowledgeable and personable. I’m planning on having him out to install a new toilet. I felt like I got an education in how plumbing works throughout the home.

All is well. Old shut off valves were replaced with modern ones.

Drain cleaning was fast and complete. Drain works wonderfully. Frustrated that spigot work would be a bit expensive and they were unsure what could be done to complete one of the spigots.

Well initially I was unhappy with the fact that the faucet couldn't just be repaired. I wound up spending a ton more money than what I was expecting. The explanation Matthew gave me was one that I have heard before about our water being so hard in Brooklyn Park. Several service providers have told us that and last year we had to have our water heater replaced for that exact reason. The water is so hard that it corrodes the plumbing equipment shortening the life span. Anyway, I was unable to pay right away so Erik came out on Friday to do the installation. Both men were polite, professional and worked quickly. Erik explained about a "membership" which would help me save money immediately and in the future. I felt everything went very well!!

Plumb Right did a great job finding the leaks in my house. (The leaks weren't where I expected.) Plump Right replaced the damaged pipes in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the job they did and also with the price.

While other plumbers were 2-3 weeks out, Plumb Right came in 2 days. Thomas did a great job. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be calling again for services.
