Devon and Thomas were great!!! I had just spent seven hours being totally frustrated. I called late on a Friday afternoon praying a plumber would be available. Devon and Thomas came quickly and gave me a quote I was happy with. They went to work like it was putting together tinker toys! They knew exactly what to do never being frustrated at all!!! It was the best money I've ever spent!!! If you two read this review call me to set up an install on my water heater and also Thomas you left a tape measure I need to return. Just teasing Thomas!!! Please anyone don't hesitate to call them and have it done right with no headache!!! Thanks again

The plumber, DJ Lind, arrived within the time window we were told he would arrived. He was very friendly, and professional. He knew just what to do. He was very careful to avoid tracking dirt, using a tarp, etc. He did the job in less than 1.5 hours. He used a camera to check the line first and then cleaned it out. He showed me the video as he used the camera again after cleaning the pipe. He did a little touchup to the cleaning after the second use of the camera. He was efficient at his job and we are very happy with what he did, and are very happy to have a clean drain again.

Dale was on time to see the project, he was very professional, friendly and detailed oriented. To get bid/estimates I have to call twice. when I got the estimates, it was very High as compare to other "A" rated Angieslist Plumbers.

They arrived on time and explained the procedure and quoted a price. I agreed to the price and they completed the job and cleaned up.

I did not let them do it after knowing how much they would charge me to replace 2 tiolets. They didn't want to give quote over the phone to change 2 tiolets and wanted to come out. I needed to pay them a trip charge. After knowing how much, i said no way! They wanted over $300 to replace 2 tiolets! I found another contractor for way less!

Excellent! They were very prompt, very clean and he wore little things on his shoes and was very impressive.

We woke up to a major gas leak and the utility company had to turn it off and lock it. Of course, we also had plans to fly out of town that afternoon for a wedding plus it was supposed to be the first weekend below freezing. I started going down the plumbers list off of Angie's List and no one was able to get me in. When I call Plumb Right and spoke with Carrie, she was the only helpful one that offered to come out after hours just so I didn't have to go all weekend with no gas. Other companies said they could come out the following Monday or in a couple weeks. None of which was acceptable to go that long in Nov with no heat/hot water/stove. I appreciated her willingness to help me out and made a note for worst case scenario if we would have to cancel our trip, they would help us. Luck would have it that she called back later stating they had a cancellation and would be there in about an hr. Devon and Thomas showed up, earlier than expected, and were extremely professional and very nice. They explained things as they went along and showed me the different areas of problems. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain this to me as I am pretty naive when it comes to any kind of plumbing area. The final bill ended up being lower than the estimated price too. Because the utility company had locked us out, Devon was very helpful and willing (knowing we were on a tight timeline with air tickets) to work with us if we had further trouble getting the utility company out in time before we left. Luckily, I didn't have to take him up on the offer but it was appreciated. They are a family owned business and it really showed in their willingness to work with me and squeeze me in on my tight timeline. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them for any future needs (though hopefully next time not so emergent!)

We found water spraying out of a pipe in the back of our house - one that we had just moved into 3 weeks earlier. We found this on Halloween night at 6 - just as the trick-or-treaters were starting to come around. We quickly shut off all water to the house, not knowing what the issue was. We called Plumb Right the next morning at around 8:45. DJ was very friendly on the phone and said that he could come between 11 and 1. He asked if we would be home, in case he could make it earlier. He called a short time later to let us know he was on his way. He found that it was an issue with the sprinkler system that we really didn't even know that we had! (The sellers did not disclose this on the disclosure or the listing, but that's another story.) He shut off the valve to the sprinkler system, and turned the water back on for the rest of the house. He then gave us an estimate for the repair. He indicated that we could wait until the spring, since it is related to the sprinkler system, and that way we could save up for the $350 repair. We appreciated this option, especially since the up-front costs of the move were still fresh in our mind (and our checkbook!). DJ also recommended that we contact a sprinkler system company to come and flush the pipes. We will definitely be calling Plumb Right again in the spring to repair the sprinkler pipe, and for any other plumbing needs that we might have. The $49 trip fee was disclosed on the phone, before he came out. DJ also took a couple of parts that were out by the pipe - an old valve that he said was replaced, and recycled them for us. Fantastic customer service!

Oh my gosh....how many good things can I say about this company?? I had water on the floor surrounding my washer/dryer; it had seeped into the adjacent bedroom and was ruining carpets, furniture, etc. I had no idea where the water was coming from. Searched "plumbers" on Angie's List and started down the list, calling each one and describing my problem. Not one plumber was able to come the same day (unless you count the "big name" one who would/could only come late in the evening and wanted an extra $250 for an after hours trip). I kept going down the list and found Plumb Right. Immediately, I felt like I might find someone who would help me as the woman who answered the phone said, "How can we make you smile?" She listened to my water issue and then said, "I promise we will help you." Promise?? Are you kidding? I had hope! 30 minutes later I had a Plumb Right service tech at my door and within a few minutes he had diagnosed the issue (clogged drain in laundry room) and had it fixed shortly thereafter. The cost was reasonable as it was less than the "big name" company's emergency call fee. Total charge for service call, labor, etc. was $223.00. My husband is deployed and quite frankly, it stinks having to deal with maintenance issues without him (yes, 'stinks' is apropos for a plumbing issue). Plumb Right helped me immediately so I could quit crying and get on with my life. I would definitely recommend Plumb Right for their compassionate approach to plumbing problems. I know that sounds crazy, but it's exactly the approach I needed and I am so grateful to have found them. They are my #1 go-to for all plumbing issues in the future (knock on wood). Thank you, thank you, thank you Plumb Right!!!

It was a lot more than I thought it would be. It was 80-gallon and they were expensive. The cost included the installation and hauling the old one away. They actually came the same day. They had the old one gone and then they had the new one installed and working. They were very nice. They were very professional. They coordinated between the actual plumbers and the people that drove around the truck that had the water heaters on it. We didn't have to wait for everybody to be there. It turned out great.

This team has been extremely helpful. They were quick to come do an estimate, and they were about the same as other places we looked at. They seemed to be the most knowledgeable and friendly, so we decided to go with them. We are new homeowners, and they have made this process much easier. They even came out on a Saturday to fix piping due to vanity drawers we didn't account for. Overall, this is a great company to go with and I will be recommending them to anyone I know.

Initial work was done in November 2013, scheduling was a breeze. Matt came out, was very professional - especially with the boots on. After he was completed he said the job was done and the residual leaking would go away, took his word for it. The knob felt much tighter than normal and the leak continued. It was much better than before but was still dripping - I lost track of time and wanted to give its due course. I contacted them again in April since it has been a while. Terry (I assume the owner) was very courteous and sent out another person to fix the issue. Turns out I needed a new spindle, took awhile to get the part but it was all resolved satisfactorily. Wish it was done right initially but they did keep their promise to make it right and didn't charge me the 2nd time to correct it. I would use again as they seem like nice people.

They did everything right. I have never said this about a plumbing company before. The moment they stepped in my house, they were professional and upfront. And always wore foot covers! They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a price. I agreed to have the service done and it was completed fast. When the service was finished, they gave me the invoice and reminded me of the Angie's List coupon! I will gladly recommend this company and use them again in the future.

They were professional to deal with. The technical and support people in office were courteous and seemed to understand what they were doing. We signed a contract with them.

Very professional, knowledgeable man. Family-owned business. Knew exactly what needed to be repaired and what didn't need to be repaired. The woman that originally answered the phone when I called for service made me laugh with her phone greeting - good start! The work was finished in an appropriate time schedule and all the work was reviewed before he left. I would happily call them again for any service needs. Very pleased with the experience overall!

I had used this company back in April/2014 due to leaking toilet in basement. At that time I asked for a written estimate to replace a basement floor drain as the center ball which controls water had worn out and fallen to pieces. Because of this missing ball the water was backing up onto basement floor each time a large laundry load drained after wash and rinse cycle. We were having to put bucket under drain hose and empty after each wash and rinse cycles. This meant running up and down basement stairs approximately every 7 to 10 minutes during each laundry load to empty buckets of water. This became a problem for whomever (usually my wife) had to go down to empty bucket of water. If we forgot or didn't get downstairs in time, the drain would overflow onto basement floor. The tiles on basement floor had already started to come off floor due to constant water overflow.

The condo I own is part 1 of 8 in a building where our plumbing is connected. So another units use of grease for example can create a serious backup. Water can actually spurt up like a fountain out of the sink drain and water accumulates inside the dishwasher as well. Matthew was very responsive and got their earlier than originally planned which is what I hoped for. He was quick and friendly. I received my $25 Angie's List discount. I also bought from him a big container of special drain treatment to help prevent future clogs. So the price includes that product.

Service person arrived precisely on time. When I called to book the service, I was told appt would go from 9am-10pm, it ended up being 9am- almost noon and I missed some late morning appts I had planned to go out to as a result. Our basement floor had been recently painted and was left significantly scratched by the tech and although most of the water was cleaned up, I did have to spend about 10 minutes after he left, going around and wiping up small puddles of water off the floor across the area in which he worked. So, I missed a planned appt, got my basement floor scratched up and had to clean up after the technician, all for $1481.Technician could have prevented floor damage by placing some sort of carpet (we had remnants available to use) in the area to protect the floor. As for the clean-up, my guess is he was running late and just needed to get out of here. I definitely do NOT recommend and will not re-hire.

Very disappointing. Our main sewer line was backing up on a regular basis. Two other companies cleaned the line between October and March, yet the problem continued. Plumb Right came out in March, and cleaned the line. They were more expensive than the other companies, but I didn't mind due to their expertise and video camera equipment. When our sewer line backed up AGAIN, only six weeks after they cleaned the line, Plumb Right would only agree to come out for an additional fee. They were not willing to double check their work, or diagnose the problem unless we paid for another visit. Although I have used this company in the past and was pleased with the results, due to this last experience, I don't recommend them and will not use them again.

The install went just fine but it absolutely was not worth the money. I hate giving bad reviews (I have never had to give one before) but I have to be honest here. For some reason this company charges by the job and not by the hour and this one was WAY OVERPRICED. This was even after we negotiated the price down!! In retrospect, when they gave me the bid in person, I should have said "no, thank you" and shelled out the money for the trip charge (yes, they charge one). However, I believed at the time I needed the work done then to keep my existing project going. I am reminded of the time I went to an auto service center to have one of my Saab's headlight bulbs replaced. It took the guy no more than 10 minutes and he wrote up a charge of $85. I was shocked but took it to the cashier -- I didn't realize it would be so expensive, having never replaced one before. She went to the back office and the manager came out and said to me "This is only $25. We have a pricing structure and the technician wrote it up under that structure, but we just can't charge our customers $85 to change a light bulb. You would never come back, and we wouldn't feel good about it." He was a VERY smart businessman. I continued to go to their shop for many years until Morrie's Saab closed. So back to this plumbing job. They sent out the owner's son, a nice fellow, who is a young master plumber, and somehow he was convinced that him being a master plumber made the job look easy. However, the truth of the matter: It was a very easy job. About 2.5 person hours of work was done and I will say (very generously) they used about $100-$150 in materials. This was pretty basic stuff. No tough areas to navigate, no cramped corners or hard-to-reach or difficult-to-remove pipes and really no complex problems to solve at all. So today, just for my own curiosity, and to depress myself further, I did get two phone bids from other plumbing companies (I had 3 photos to send both of them from before the work was done) and was not surprised to hear that one would charge $470 and the other said he could do time and materials and cap the job very confidently at $600. Next time. The moral of the story is: Good skills and years of experience in dealing with customers always trumps being a young master plumber.

Sunday night my hot water line to the bathroom sink started leaking. Galvanized pipe had corroded over time until this leak appeared. I shut off the hot water and checked Angie's List for a plumber. Plumb Right answered the phone and worked to open a spot Monday morning so I could get my water turned on in time for a dinner we were having Monday night. Matthew showed up right at 7:00 AM Monday morning. Checked out the problem, explained the cost and got to work. After he finished the repairs he turned the water on and checked for leaks. When he left I didn't have anything to clean up. He was very profenssional and the work looks great. Even my dog liked him!

Excellent job, very knowledgeable. We appreciated the Saturday night service.

I called and they got me in the next day. They say when they were gonna be there. Everything was excellent, and they even sent me a thank you card. He's been out numerous times, and you can't get any better.

After a considerable down pour in our neighborhood, our home's drainage system became overburdened resulting in considerable flood damage in our basement. Realizing to late that our current system lacked a sump pump due to a closed radon mitigation system installed several years before we called Plumb Right. Devon quickly responded to our needs, provided several solutions to prevent future flooding and installed a temporary workaround until our flood clean-up team could cleanup the damage. Once the room was cleared of carpet and debris Devon's team, installed a new sump pump, drainage basket and backup alarm to prevent a future catastrophe from happening. I am very pleased with the service Plumb Right provided, they were respectful of our losses, responded when other vendors couldn't be bothered and did a top notch job. I would easily recommend this company to others looking to have professional plumbing work.
