DJ was awesome! Very polite, professional, and did great work! I would highly recommend his services!

I needed corroded piping (estimate from previous job) done and they did that. I had purchased a faucet for the kitchen sink and while they were here I had them install the faucet as well. The work was done by Matthew who has done other work previously and I was completely satisfied. They were here on time and had called ahead of time so that I was able to kennel my canine before they got here. Matthew wore booties, even though I told him they were not necessary and he was very polite and explained everything to my satisfaction before work was began and he cleaned up afterwards.

Thomas showed up at the beginning of the service window -- really appreciated. He was clean, professional, easy to work with, explained my options clearly, provided clear pricing and did NOT try to "hard sell" me on any service. or equipment. He was organized and tidy in his work and cleaned up any mess that was created. I had given my $35 coupon to a friend. He had one in the truck that he gave me for use in the future if needed. Plumb Right has been to my home on various occasions and each time I've felt like a valued customer. As far as plumbing services go, I won't call any one else.

The plumber seemed nice enough but the price for 15 - 20 minutes of work seemed very high

Plumbers came out to review and give an estimate. I was quoted $500 (approx.) which included a building permit, parts and "appliance installation." Since I had not received a detailed quote in writing, only a brief overview of proposed work discussed in person with the onsite plumbers, I called back prior to my appointment to get clarification on billing and how the charges broke down. During the discussion I had stated I felt their rates were high for simply replacing the existing flex line since the work would take less than half an hour and the parts were inexpensive. Rather than explaining and discussing the proposed charges, I was told they wouldn't be able to work with me and hung up. No service provided. No validation of what I was being charged for.

I called Plumb Right to my house twice due to a backed up floor drain in the basement. I do not feel that I should have been charged for the 2nd call for the same issue. Below is a copy of the e-mail that I sent to Devon Carter at his e-mail address listed on my service ticket. I sent him the e-mail on 6-28-15 (the day after the 2nd visit to my home). It has been almost a month and he has not responded to this date (7-19-15). Hi Devon, I had to call Plumb Right yesterday (Saturday 6-27-15) evening because the basement floor drain backed up again. I had this exact problem 6 months ago which prompted me to look on Angies List where I found Plumb Right. You and apprentice Thomas came out on 12-19-14 and scoped the main line to the street and found nothing - probably because the house is only 12 years old and not likely there would be tree roots or anything causing a problem. Then you checked the basement toilet and found it needed a new wax ring and reset which I gave approval for you to do. At the time I thought it was a bit odd that you didn't take the drain cover off the floor drain and check anything there since the back up in that drain was what prompted my call to you. But I also thought that you are the professional and well rated on Angies list so you know far more about these things than I. When the drain backed up again last night, of course we called Plumb Right. The technician took the drain cover off the floor drain and immediately found what he felt was the culprit to the clog. Toilet paper! And once he removed it the standing water quickly flowed down the drain. The technicians comment was that it looked like the toilet paper had been there for awhile!!! Hmmmm. Awhile. Like it should have been checked and removed when you and Thomas were here?? I have to tell you that I am not too happy with having the floor drain problem again because I feel that had the drain been opened and inspected by you and Thomas the issue would have been completely resolved in December. Instead here I am in June with the frustration of having the problem again and a $177.55 bill that in my opinion was completely unnecessary. As a business person myself, I know I value feedback and appreciate opportunities to resolve concerns that my customers have.I hope you appreciate the opportunity as well.

Called on Saturday 6/13/15 at 11:45am and plumber (Tom) was out at 2:00pm same day. Checked out problem with toilet and with the cost of repairs. since it was an old one piece toilet, decided to go with a new toilet water saving one. He had everything needed in the van and proceeded to replace the old one. Removal was great and Tom installed the new one perfectly. This plumber is great. This is the second time we have used Plumb Right and Tom was out on the first visit too when one of our pipes sprung a leak. He installed a new shut off valve which we requested along with a new toilet. The toilet is great, as we were wasting water and Tom put in the perfect one. His work was beyond professionalism and his cleanliness was impeccable. When he was finished the bathroom was cleaner than when he started. Very impressed with this company and its plumbers. This is the only company that we will use. Second time was just as great as the first!! Price wise, I do not know if they are competitive with others, but I do not mind paying more if that is the case for excellent service and workmanship.

This went well. The laundry tub was pretty clogged and the plumber snaked a couple times to make sure the drain was flowing smoothly. He also assisted with replacing some worn connections and helping to find some miscellaneous parts for the lint trap in his van. All went well and was a very successful and professional experience.

They charged me for 2 hours of labor and a $49 service fee, which included a discount for being an Angie's List member, according to the technician. I called other companies who said they charge in the range of $300 for the same work. I asked about replacing the flapper in the toilet, which they priced at $115, which didn't sound right.

I submitted the web form asking for information on a water-powered backup sump pump vs. battery powered, and what the rough estimate costs would be to install one. A week later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I found their email address and contacted them that way. A couple of days later I received a response: "There is a small charge to come out that?s only $49. Once our Plumber gets there he will assess the situation and let you know what you are looking at for the repair." I responded to clarify that nothing was broken and that I was just looking for the pros/cons of water vs battery, and the rough costs of each. The response: "We provide battery back-up systems as well as sump pumps on the trucks. The Plumber has to come out and give you pricing. I do not have that available here at the office. I am not a licensed Plumber. If you still want to book an appointment we do same day work and we warranty our work up to a year." Again, I'm not sure what a sump pump on a truck had to do with my request... I again emphasized that I wanted pros/cons and rough costs. This time the response was: "Our company does not recommend water based backup pumps and we do not install them." When asked for clarification as to why not, I was told: "That is a good question for the Plumber. He can go over that with you if you want to book an appointment as well as the other battery back-up options." It seems that this company (at least through email) does not pay close attention to the questions asked, and really wants customers to just pay the $49 service charge, regardless of what question is asked. You'd think whoever is responding to email would have enough knowledge to know why the company does not offer one of the main backup sump pump solutions on the market and would've addressed the question first, and not wait until four emails in. Because of that, I can't recommend this company.

I had had a previous job done under kitchen sink and had asked for and received estimate from Matthew for water softener installation. I called Plumb Rite, informed them of previous estimate and informed them that I wanted the water softener installed. They made an appointment with a 1 hour window and their technician (Matthew) arrived on time ready to go. I informed him that I wanted a new water softener installed and also a leak fixed in a water pipe. He gave me a total estimate and received a go ahead from me. He was here approximately 3 hours and installed my water softener, set the time and schedule and informed me of anything I needed to know. He also fixed the water pipe which was located in a tight restricted closet. He wore booties and cleaned up his mess and I have no complaints on the job that was done. The job cost was exactly what had been the estimate and the extra was reasonable. I also received a small discount because I dealt through Angie's List. I also received an estimate for a possible future job.

They were very friendly, arrived on time, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled on a Thursday AM and was able to get service on the following Saturday AM. Scheduler was great. I really appreciate the Sat. hours. Repairman estimated the project. I gave OK and he went to work. Great job and would recommend and use again.

The plumber was on time. He was professional and nice. He seemed to know what he was doing. I needed a waterline for our new refrigerator. We have a tile floor. He drilled through the grout ratheri than breaking up tile. He took care to but booties over his shoes each time he came in the house. while working on the water line he advised that he was progressing quicker than he initially quoted. He dropped the price which was much appreciated. There was a mix up on the connector for the waterline, but when I addressed it I was impressed by the customer service. I thought the plumber was very professional, made me feel ok about having him in the house-which is not always the case. My only complaint is the cost. When I made the apt I was told about the $49 service charge. The gal taking my appointment said they couldn't give a estimate, that the plumber would do so on screen. He wad at my house for about 3 hours and it costed $1000.00.

We had a plumbing fixture blow out on a Sunday and were looking for a new plumber, being unsatisfied with the company we used in the past. We found Plumb Right on Angie's List with good ratings so gave them a call. They came out on Sunday for a small, reasonable service fee to stop the issue from getting worse and then came back Monday morning to do the actual fixing. We worked with three different plumbers from this company, all of whom were nice, knowledgeable, patient with our questions, super professional - I really can't say enough good things about them. One of the drains that was clogged was the floor drain in the laundry room. In order to get it going again, they had to actually go in a "back way" that involved cutting a pipe. We assumed there would be an additional fee for this, but there was not. They were diligent, thorough, and all around easy to work with. They will be our go-to service in the future!

They had a plumber in the area who was at my door less than an hour after my call to them. DJ assessed the situation and made recommendations on shower head replacement options. While here, he also looked at a slow-draining tub and the sump pump. DJ is going to assist with finding replacement shower heads and will then be back to install.

The quality and professionalism were excellent. They were timely. They felt this was an emergency and they were able to get me in sooner rather than later. They worked around my work schedule. So it was good. They were good with my dog because he just likes to help. I appreciated the replacement that they did because that’s a part when I first walk into my utility room that I can see. I appreciate that he kept with the continuity of the house. They are the only ones I call. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I live in a city that provides safe drinking water but it tastes awful. To improve the taste, I purchased a water filter that would normally be mounted under my kitchen sink and would tap into my cold water faucet. But I?ve had problems with filters like these and I didn?t want to be totally dependent on bottled water if thefilter started to leak or didn?t measure up to my expectations. So I decided to install it in my basement and tap into my cold water line from there. I?ve worked with Plumb Right a few times in the past and have always gone to them when I need professional help. It was easy to schedule a convenient date and time and I had already mounted the filter on my basement ceiling joist when Matthew, the plumber, arrived. He installed a neat system of pipes and ball valves that could redirect the water through and around my filter. Now, if the filter has problems, I can simply open or close a few ball valves to bypass the device while using city water in my tap. I can take my time replacing the filter system and won?t need to run to the store for bottled water. Thanks to Matthew and his associates at Plumb Right for the friendly, professional service.

They did great work and their prices are reasonable.

Rather insane to charge a fee to just come to the door even though you KNOW what is wrong they seem to assume you do not and charge you the fee to fully examine the "situation" ... Like you need a new toilet or bathroom work they charge you a fee to make sure that is what you need. As a result the plumber was out here for hours forcing me to cancel appointments I had when he should have been gone. I actually contacted them for a very SPECIFIC job and all of the same nickel and diming and instinct I don't know what I am fully looking for happened all over again.

The plumber was prompt and efficient. He showed us the problem and clearly outlined our options. Work was performed in a neat and professional manner. I plan on using Plumb Right for my future plumbing needs.

Our water heater quit working. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous, explained what the issue was and our options. He was able to get the water heater going while he was here. He quoted a price on a new part and a new water heater. We were very happy with the repair.

Great place, Matthew our plumber was nice, prompt, professional, and did an awesome job! The next time we are in need of any plumbing we will definitely use his service!

My initial experience with Plumb Right was less than satisfactory. I received a call from one of the owners to address my concerns and I was assured that my satisfaction was very important them. Today, Devon came to make the corrections that were necessary and he did a wonderful job. He aligned the water line so it was no longer at an angle, installed matching water lines so they looked alike, and installed them to more closely hug the wall making them visually more attractive. Even though I replaced the broken faucet handle, Devon brought a new one and switched out the one I put in with a much nicer one. He asked me to check out the work he had done before he left so he could address any further concerns. I thank you, Devon, for doing such a nice job. I only wish it had been done this way the first time.
