Plumb Right

I called them at 8:15 a.m. They said they would be there between 10:00 and noon. The plumber showed up at 10:00 on the dot. He diagnosed the problem and told me a colleague would come soon with a “thaw machine”. The colleague did indeed come soon and thawed the pipe in less than 10 minutes. He then told us some no-cost things we could do to prevent the problem in the future. They were up front about the cost, which was a tidy sum, but not surprising.

No work could be done now, but the plumber will return in the spring to replace two hose faucets outside, fix a cracked valve in each, and replace the existing vacuum breaker. Thomas was punctual, very professional, and gave a detailed description of what had to be replaced and repaired, even with hand-drawn pictures for better understanding. He answered all my questions cheerfully. I look forward to have him return in May of 2019 to complete the work outside when the weather is warm. I initially had an appointment for the next day, but the company squeezed me in a day earlier, which was great. I thought the price was a little steep, but I'm not familiar with plumbing repair costs, so maybe it was O.K. I would recommend Plumb Right to anyone for great service and quality work done.

While no work has (yet) been done, I was impressed with Erik's professionalism and for the communication I received from Plumb Right prior to him coming over. Erik was easy to talk to and he explained every step in a way that I could understand (having no plumbing experience). We even connected on the fact that we have both been to Haiti for mission trips. I almost wanted to hire them on the spot, but need to check my budget and do things 'right' as this is the first of three estimates I'm getting.

Plumb Right was referred to me by a coworker who knows the industry very well. They responded VERY quickly and professionally and I would highly recommend them! Thomas really knew his stuff and saw no problems with easily replacing our water heater, while other plumbers hemmed and hawed about code and size and moving electrical. They gave me 2 options and I would have gone with the higher option due to the longer warranty. Nicole was very accommodating keeping me abreast of all timing and communication. The ONLY reason I did not go with them is because I got 3 year free financing with another vendor. I will call Plumb Right in the future for any of my plumbing needs... small family-owned, responsive, great local company and excellent people!

Erik has done work for us in the past and is always excellent and very professional.

Erik explained what was wrong, and options of repair vs. replace the kitchen faucet. Excellent pricing, faucet was on his truck & was replaced..no extra trip & work completed in less than 1 hour. Explained membership benefits with no pressure...well worth the price & I joined. This is my 5th time working with Plumb Right & I would recommend the company without reservation. Thank you!!!

We were highly impressed with every aspect of our interaction with Plumb Right. Our call was handled promptly, they found a plumber who was available and was able to come to our house within the hour, and Thomas quickly located the source of the water leak and put together a plan to make the necessary repairs right away. He also suggested a couple of ways to improve our current piping to minimize future damage which we appreciated. The cost was reasonable and all of the work that was done was highly professional. Thomas was very capable, friendly, and easy to work with, and we will definitely use Plumb Right in the future and recommend the company (and Thomas) to others!

Everything worked out well. Quickly diagnosed. Removed and disposed of old garbage disposal, same day service and no extra emergency fee, courteous and professional.

The work was done well. However... He was here for a little over two hours. Final cost comes out to about $500/hour..I find this pricing obscene and unethical. Then he gave me an estimate for hooking up a new gas dryer: $294. Again, obscene. (I had it done for $20!) Also, I supplied the disposal and faucets.

Excellent. They came almost immediately; contacted the city to turn off the water. Made the repair and upgraded a couple of other pipes. Everything was completed within four hours of our initial call.

Called in the morning with a leaking water heater. They promised to come between 4-6 pm that day to do an estimate. They then called and said they could be here by noon. The plumber showed up and clearly explained the estimate. Then indicated they could do it today. He was done by 5:30. Laid tarps throughout the house and cleaned up after he was done. Professional throughout the process. I would use them again.

Thorough inspection and understanding of the challenges with old iron pipe. Job went faster than expected and charged less than quoted. Replacement pipes look great, watertight and no corrosion anymore! Plumber was friendly, candid and professional. Keep up the great work!

From our first call, we felt at ease and well taken care of. Erik the plumber kindly worked us into his already full schedule. Everyone was professional and friendly. Interestingly, we last hired this company shortly after moving into our home 20 years ago. They did an excellent job at that time as well.

Our plumber was prompt. He evaluated the job, and offered a reasonable price for the work needed. He went above and beyond to protect our property. The job was completed as described quickly and professionally. We were not pressured to have additional work added on. He also gave us some good advice for repairs that will need to be done in the future.

The company was very responsive. I called in the afternoon and a plumber was at my house at 8:15 the following morning. I had an outside faucet that was leaking and would not turn off. Matthew gave me two options and the cost for each. I decided on the less expensive option which was to replace the current faucet without having to go in through the basement ceiling and re-route pipes. I knew if it didn't work then I would need to do the more expensive option. It worked! The plumber was done in about an hour. Matthew was pleasant and professional. He gave options and the pluses and minuses for each without pressuring me to opt for the more expensive service. I will definitely hire Plumb Right again.

Went well. For what was done, I was a bit taken back by the price but the work done was good

The person came down to my basement and did little evaluation, concluding that I my water tank had rusted out and I needed to purchase a new one. When I say little evaluation, I mean he STOOD in one spot about 3-4 feet away (and didn't move from that spot) for less than a minute before recommending a replacement. Later that day, a friend came over and determined the leak was actually coming from something completely different. Thanks for the awesome evaluation and advice Plumb Right!

Complicated install due to tight space. They did a solid, professional job.

Nick was the plumber who came and was really great. He was very professional, did a great job explaining things, showed me how the drain was plugged, went through multiple iterations of techniques and ultimately left the house with the drain working as good as it did when the house was built years ago,

Let me start by saying the entire Plumb Right team is amazing. I called to get an appointment, which couldn’t happen for two days, but asked to be put on a wait list in case someone cancelled the next day. Someone cancelled and they remembered to call me back to see if I’d like them to come sooner. Awesome!! Then Devon came out. For the $59 service call, he not only looked at my actual problem, but also all the other little plumbing things that I had been putting off for a while. He ended up fixing EVERYTHING in my house: water softener piping, replaced an entire toilet, replaced 2 drains for tubs so they now hold water correctly, and replaced the vacuum breaker piping for our sprinkler system. When it was all said and done, I paid $1500, which included the purchase of their Lifetime Service Club Membership ($150). The savings alone paid for the membership fee which will give me 10% off future service, priority scheduling, and waived service call fee. They had most supplies on the truck. The one thing he didn’t have another technician brought, so no one had to leave for the store. From start to finish, Plumb Right was amazing and I felt like I accomplished so much for our house by the time they were done. No more plumbing punch list!! Definitely saved me time and the pricing was very reasonable. I would also add that upon confirmation of my appointment, I was sent an email with Devon picture so I would know who he was when he arrived. It’s a nice safety feature. I would highly recommend them. They are very trustworthy and dependable.

I obtained 3 quotes and Plumb Right was the only one that came to the house to quote the job. One of the quotes was about the same as Plumb Rights and the other was lower. I went with Plumb Right because they took the time to come to the house and look at what had to be done. I didn’t want any surprises. As my old water heater was starting to leak they scheduled me right away. The plumber was prompt and did a good job. Only complaint was he was slow and it took most of the day.

It's a long story but let's just say we purchased a new stove and the company that was supposed to install it for us said they couldn't do the work leaving us without a stove. So, I called around and on the third call we were greeted with such a great attitude and a great way that Plumb Right answers the phone that it just brought a smile to my face. They were just excellent, understood our problem and were able to get a plumber out to do the actual install in less than 2 hours. All I can say is that it's very refreshing to find a company that still values customer service and will do what they can to help you out, they could be a model for how do treat your customers right to get that repeat business. Erik was our plumber, he showed up on time, bid the job, let me know how he was going to accomplish it and proceeded to do a quality job. Just outstanding! They even emailed a bio of the plumber so we know who were were getting before he came to the house. The next time we need a plumber, Plumb Right is going to get our business. Highly Recommended!

Excellant, very pleased with the complete experience. The technician put up with my two dogs trying to "help" him with a smile and did very nice work. I only give the price a B because all plumbers cost dough. But it was well worth it.
