Plumb Right

Description of Work: I called Plumb Right to get an estimate on the cost of bringing a gas line up to the kitchen so I could have a gas stove. I no sooner got the appointment set when I discovered a leaking pipe downstairs. So, I called them right back and asked if it would be possible for the person coming to address the leak. They sent DJ the very next day and he was great!

Description of Work: Plumb Right investigated what I thought was a ruptured outside faucet. A valid concern on my part because of the ridiculously cold winter this year. However upon further investigation the plumber determined that there was just a drip from the faucet that caused the ice mound that built up to it (about 1.5’ tall). This allayed my fears of the potentially costly repair that was projected to be about $250.

Description of Work: Disconnected stove top burners and installed LP gas stove in its place. Reouted water line to refrigerator and disconnected hardwired dishwasher and plumbing for dishwasher.

Description of Work: Toilet leaking at the base. I just called for an idea for a starting price and he refused to discuss. I had gotten quotes from others to drain the tank, lift off the floor and either reseal or replace the flange. On the phone was just not helpful. I would have had to pay the $49 to find out how much he would charge. This doesn't allow the opportunity to compare.I understand each job is different but it seeme reasonable to ask for a starting cost for the obvious.

Description of Work: I tried many times to get a price on the services of the specific services they offer to fix toilets. They would NOT give me any numbers said they had to see it. I asked repeatedly if it was this or that what would it cost. They would not give me the price. After taking a chance and paying 49 dollar trip fee they stated it was 199 to auger the toilet. I said absolutely not as I had already augured it and it didn't work. I paid the trip fee and would not let them continue as I felt they were way over priced and not honest about their fees. Then they leave you with the price schedule of all repairs. Why didn't they say that when I asked. To top it off they included a 20 dollar payback check if I wrote a GOOD review . That to me sounds a bit fishy. I will NOT use them again.

Description of Work: The provider was very professional came out on time, but we were a little stick shocked on price. They charged $60.00 just to tighten a faucet it took a minute tops. We had to have the item looked at to appease new buyers, but it was something we could have did ourselves and I really felt it could have been free. I got a quote from them to do additional work it was $1300 dollars I got a few other quotes for the same work and two other licensed plumbing companies came in at half that price. I just think that their pricing is extremely high, but they did do a great job.

Description of Work: I called Plumb Right to give an estimate on our broken bathtub faucet and a new garbage disposal. DJ showed up on time and explained what he was going to do, and checked out the faucet and gave me a few options. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I will happily use Plumb Right again!

Description of Work: The young plumber was fine, but the companies rates are obscene. $200 "each" to clear 2 clogged drains, plus he also did some re-plumbing on a downstairs tub that will hopefully help keep that one from clogging up again. I think it came out to about $200 per hour he was here.

Description of Work: My husband was changing the kitchen plumbing and the drain that goes into the hall was breaking. We checked on Angie's list and called Plumb Right. They were out within the hour. They quickly fixed the pipe going into the wall and snaked the line. We decided to use them to help us do connect up the dishwasher, ice maker, and disposal. They were very professional and clean.

Description of Work: DJ came out to our home to fix a leaking broken kitchen faucet. He was prompt and curtioues even to our Pre-schooler who had a ton of questions for him.

Description of Work: There's only (1) bathroom in the home and the stool had gotten plugged. The first place I looked for a reliable company was on Angie's LIst and found Plumb Right. Their ad said they charged the same for Saturday as during the week, which was a relief. I called, spoke with the owner and he said he's try to get someone here ASAP, but was down to one person that day and he was already booked. As it turned out, he was unavoidably detained at one job so the owner came and it washis day off. He put on 'booties' over his shoes before barely stepping inside the door, accessed the situation, gave me a quote and went to work. Once everything was cleared he flushed the toilet several times to be certain there would be no problems. He did show me other options available such as purchasing a new unit, but there was never any pressure. He was courteous and friendly, yet professional. I had not written an earlier report as I prefer to wait until there are no further problems. The fact that he answered the call on his day off shows to me that he's about more than just the business. I would most definitely refer others to Plumb Right!

Description of Work: We had someone out to do an estimate and they quoted $1700, which seemed fair and then said they would send the written quote via email. After two weeks with no contact from the company, we are seeking other plumbers.

Description of Work: Clean laundry tub drain, install new outside faucet, install drain tub, and install garbage disposal.
