They got off to a rough start with confusion about what service was to be done when, but have redeemed themselves by getting everything straight this summer. I was able to talk with the employee who serviced my lawn while he was here in June. I appreciate the additional information and personal contact.

Description of Work: We had our driveway plowed this winter by Parkway. They did an excellent job of clearing the snow and were punctual and prompt immediately after the snow falls. |We will use them again next year and try them this summer for our lawn worl.

It's nice to be able to use one service for lawn care and for my fertilization. They are very professional, and they do great work. I have the best looking lawn on the block. They also leave comment cards, so we can give any feedback to the company.

+ -1 moreThe company will not do estimates. The best I could get out of them was that the minimum charge was $129 and that a spring cleanup should not go past that. Exact Quote, "Well, yes in the case of spring cleanup we do cleanups by the hour and in most circumstances $129 should cover it, however, unable to visit your yard to give you an exact from quote." The yard looked great. Unfortunately a month later in June I got an invoice for 50% more than the "estimated" price. I have a normal sized South Minneapolis yard. They also do not give exact days for the work to be done. The best I could get out of them was "some time this week."
Description of Work: Spring cleanup. Cleanup, mow yard, sweep, blow, trim.
