DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO CARE FOR YOUR PROPERTY. My landlord hired this company. I have a hammock stand and a hose in the yard. They were supposed to come the week prior and no showed, so I did not know when they were coming. Instead of moving the hose, one of the landscapers weed whacked over it and put dozens of to cuts into it. The other landscaper literally mowed over my hammock stand base and destroyed one of the support legs. I contacted them and their response was “We have had this problem several times already “. WHAT?!?! How is this an ongoing problem? You move it, mow and then move it back! They offered to cut the affected end off. That was unacceptable to me, because the end cap was also destroyed and by cutting into it, only exposes it to rust and more damage. The paint and protective coating would be destroyed. I asked for a even replacement ( I gave them the exact product, size, weight limits and where to buy one) and while I was out of town, they brought a smaller, cheaper, less sturdy and completely different brand and dropped it in my back yard, giving myself or my landlord zero notice. I have since called and messaged and have received zero response. I plan on taking this to conciliation court. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PROPERTY!

First lawn mowing was done in a timely manner with excellent quality.

Very happy with their excellent work over past 3 years. Plowed our driveway and shoveled two walks to front doors. Very reliable and timely. I highly recommend this group. Personable and professional over the phone!

Two trips this fall. After the final trip this South MPLS lot looked FABULOUS! Just like a golf course!

Parkway is the best. They have transformed my lawn from sparse to luxurious. Jim does an excellent job of getting my large perennial gardens ready for winter in the fall. Everyone is professional, respectful, and great to work with. Parkway is the gold standard in South Minneapolis and suburbs.

It went extremely well. The men who did the work did an excellent job and they were great to work with. They also cleaned up the sidewalk beautifully.

I received an initial email stating that they needed to come view the property to provide an estimate. The following day, I received an email stating, “Thanks for your interest in our services but we will pass on providing you a estimate. Thanks and good luck.” Now, I understand if they are overbooked/understaffed and cannot take new customer at this time...in which case they might provide a message stating such. But the refusal to provide an estimate seems quite unprofessional and leaves me wondering if it might be discriminatory as well (I don’t know if they refuse to serve non-European clients).

Very professional. Told me what he was doing and what to expect. He also asked if I wanted the weeds behind my detached garage sprayed. I never would have thought of that, nor would many other companies. It was an added perk.

fall & spring cleanup - OK except missed 2 falls due to snow (and didn't seem apologetic). Fertilizing OK - don't seem to do strip between sidewalk & street Tried to add on snow removal due to travel but they turned me down Can have surly / not friendly customer interactions New policy is they wont do cleanups fall/spring without weekly moving - RIPOFF

Very excellent!!!! THANK YOU PARKWAY AGAIN!!! The shrubs are manicured and done! The gross growth around the house and next to driveway pulled out by by hand, at their roots! And debris air blown away and hauled out-out-out!!! {{{ Happy shocked!! }}} Really did NOT expect Parkway Lawn Services to come so soon in the season for trimming and hauling away the excess growth/debris!!! And the guys even stayed while getting rained on!!! : )

They came fast, and it was a mid-season request!!!! Super happy here with Parkway's customer service!! THANK YOU BOB AND PARKWAY TEAM!!! We are very happy customers here!!! : )

We are very pleased with the results so far, 3 weeks in. Lawn has not looked this good in a while, and we are not the best edgers/trimmers so it is so nice to have that done.

Well. We have used Parkway Lawn for close to 20 years. Good service at a fair price.

I pay them monthly to maintain the yard.

This is the first time we have hired a company to do this work. They came out soon after we called which we appreciated. A few companies we called never responded. We feel we had a challenging lawn with some broadleaf weeds so we were happy when they were willing to come out. After the first treatment we had we noticed some improvement already. Look forward to seeing how the lawn looks in spring.

I contacted Parkway in early September requesting aeration. They replied within a day to the request, gave me an estimate, and had someone out within a week or two of when they started lawn aeration for fall. The work was done thoroughly, they cleaned up after themselves, and was an excellent value. I'm excited to continue this annual service

When our first service stopped showing up, we needed someone else fast. Parkway was the first to give us an estimate out of several we asked. The rates are good. The service is first rate. The owner is very personable. Service is reliable and well done. We are very happy. Highly recommend this company.

Back yard was done as well, even though front yard was all that was requested

Good - they are always great communicators and do a professional job. No issues with anything, they come, they go and the job is done with no issues. Take care of my yard, have not broken anything and do a good job.

I had them out a couple of years back to do a couple of things for me. I had their card and I was just calling companies. I had checked on those that I saw on the list and they were available. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The man who came out to do the application was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The Parkway person dealing with a lawn in the area saw I was having trouble with a window AC and came over to help even though I was not the customer. This level of service deserves recognitio

Great! This is my second year using them. The cost varies by the size of your driveway. They come out and inspect the driveway and how big the driveway is and the amount of time they would be at your driveway ploughing. They are very professional.

Parkway provides a high level of service, but also charges prices appropriately for the level of service they provide. Their work is very detail orientated and "leave no leaf unturned". If issues do arise, the owner is approachable and is willing to work with the customer to resolve.

They are prompt and they communicate well. I've been pleased with their service. I would use this provider again in the future.

Bob said that it was too much work to fix the areas. He claimed that the job would need 8 yards of dirt at a cost of $800 to start. I think it will take half that amount at most and when I called AAA Lamberts, whom I?ve bought dirt from before, they said it would only cost $245 for 8 yards delivered. Bob then stated that based on his 30+ years of experience that any repair wouldn?t last and that he was passing on the job. He had no suggestions for alternative fixes and just walked away. With those 30+ years of experience that he kept boasting about you would think that he would have learned how to fix a yard. Guess not. I grade his attitude as an ?F?.
