Parkway was easy to work with and scheduled the services without requiring a ton of back and forth, which was appreciated.

When the cottonwood fluff was everywhere, they charged extra for the extra work to bag that. I talked with the owner and agreed that that was fair. I have had no problems and my yard looks great.

We didn't want to use the chemicals anymore but they were fine.

The experince with Parkway Lawn Service Inc has been good and the price has been fair. They are responsive, I shoot an email and I get one back which is great. We don't have a set time, they just come and do it when they are supposed to. I am very happy with them, I have used others and not been happy.

Crew came in, and pretty sure there wasn't a single leaf left anywhere on the property. Was faster, less expensive and better than anticipated. Plan to hire again next fall.

Bob was very helpful in suggesting what would be helpful as well as what did not need to be done. He and his team respsonded to all of my questions right away and were always very courteous.

I used the service for a while, but decided to go with another company.

The service was very good and that's why we renewed their service from last year. I have lived in this house for 19 years and they are the first ones I have used that know how to cut hedges. They also did great clean-up, were very consistent in coming and were pleasant. We have had several other lawn companies over the years and have stuck with Parkway because we like them. Their pricing is a little bit high but they give good service.

Prompt service. 2 men sent out--one to do the front and one to do the back yard.. Careful work done to avoid hoses and even rows made. We have a moderate hillside but it did not phase them. Guys were so nice that my cat even got up to check it out when they were working. He was not scared. A good value and I will use them again.

They showed up on time and it looked great. However, the sod was not appropriate for the shade. I had to replace the sod since because it was the wrong kind for my yard.

We've used Parkway for years for lawn mowing and snow removal and always been happy with them. Now I needed some volunteer saplings removed. One was down in an egress window well; one was about 15 feet tall, right up next to the house; and one was between the A/C compressor and the house. The worker was out here within a day after I contacted Bob. The worker cut the saplings down and treated the stumps so they won't come back. Everything was done efficiently and the cuttings were removed. Good work!

They returned my initial call and asked for my phone number and address. About two weeks later, I asked if he’d had a chance to check it out and they never responded.

Parkway Lawn has been doing all my Lawn work for over 20 years (the $50 is per mowing, not total :-). They do an excellent job working around a fairly elaborate landscape with a lake shore that requires special attention and care. They also do the periodic fertilization and weed control applications, fall leaf cleaning, seeding when needed, etc. I like the fact that I get the same crew every time, so they're familiar with the yard and I don't have "train" new guys every few weeks. Both the crew and management are very helpful and are happy to address anything that comes up.During winter months they take care of the snow removal from the driveway and front walk, and are always there quickly after a snow fall.

Parkway does an excellent job. I have been very impressed with their punctuality and seamless service. I love coming home and seeing my lawn freshly mowed and edged. Once you sign up for services, you don't have to worry about how things are going to go etc. You come home and your gutters are clean, your lawn looks wonderful and find that you aren't combating weeds. The sidewalks are blown clear and everything is restored to it's usual position. I have been very satisfied with their services.

Parkway Lawn has been providing me with lawn fertilization and weed control services for the past several years. I chose to go with this family owned local business to support our local economy. When I have called for service or billing questions, the owner has often answered the phone. I can contact then via phone or email. I pay for my annual services in full, but still get an itemized bill of services performed for my records. Service technician leaves a service detail report in my screen door of service performed and any further instructions regarding watering or other responsibilities on my end. Parkway Lawn has other services that I have not used. However, should I need any additional yard services in the future, I will contact and use this company for any other listed needs.

They explained what they were going to do upfront and they fulfilled every promise. The estimates given for their work were accurate. I plan to use them again.

I am extremely pleased with the services Parkway Lawn provides. This is our second year with this company - they are far better than any we have used in the past. In early spring, they contacted us to see which of the services we would need during the upcoming growing season. Spring clean-up each year was thorough and set the stage for a beautiful yard. With the weed control and fertilization, our lawn looked absolutely lush throughout the summer of 2011. When their company's newsletter mentioned a lawn application that would reduce Japanese beetle infestation next summer, we immediately took advantage of the offer. Fall clean-up and leaf removal is a many-staged process in our yard because our several trees all drop their leaves at different times; yet, Parkway Lawn came out again and again until the last leaf was hauled away. Any time I have a question, I can e-mail Bob Kroth and receive a timely reply. For the quality of the work, their prices seem very reasonable.

They were excellent. They were always timely, very efficient, and did exactly what they said. They preformed the work well. I have been using their services for years now and I will continue using their services. I have been using them for about 6 years. I am very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend their services.

They're best at lawn fertilizer. A+ here. The remainder of services get a B or worse Gutter service - an F. I needed help with gutters 3 stories off the ground. They didn't clean them. Didn't tell me they didn't clean them. Missed a gutter on the garage. Left downspouts plugged. Snow removal - a C. Severely damaged two shrubs. Ripped a sprinkler head out of the ground and dug up part of the lawn. Hugely late with large snow falls. Fall / spring cleanup - an F to a B. Fall cleanup was good - B. In the spring they sucked up a huge amount of my landscaping woodchips. About $1700 worth. This is an F.

I have used them for a couple of years now. They come out weekly. They always do a good job and they are really professional. They do what they say they are going to do. The other service I use them for is shrub trimming. They are the most dependable and reliable. The workers who come out are all good. I would highly recommend them.

Parkway does a really great job in pulling through what they say they will do. I have been very pleased with how the mowing and edging is going. We had a communication issue in the beginning - they solved it immediately and took responsibility for the issue (which was small - as a bi weekly lawn I had gotten off the rotation) I have been very pleased overall with service.

I have had trouble with this service last winter (2009) where the snow plow operators DO NOT completely clear the common drive as it comes up to my property. This last snow storm, 12/12/10 not only did they NOT remove the 21" of snow, they plowed snow BACK into my drive AFTER I shoveled it myself! (this is according to the markers THEY place prior to snow season.) When I called to get this taken care of I stated who I was and what the situation was, and was hung up on. In calling back immediately I was unable to get anything but the voice mail. I would not advise this service due to their lack of professionalism, inability to do the job completely and correctly, and complete rudeness and lack of any kind of customer service. I have observed them doing lawn service on a common property in our neighborhood during the summer season, and have contemplated them for lawn service for myself. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD LET THEM TOUCH MY PROPERTY based on their incompetence in this matter.

They are a very good company. The work that did in fall was wonderful, as we asked them to come later instead of coming out twice because oak trees always drop their leaves. So, we asked them to wait and come once all the leaves fell down which was very helpful. Our overall experience with them was very good and that's why we called them back.

I have been using them for a long time and their quality of service has been great. They are very courteous, efficient and punctual. They clean everything after they are done with the work. I think they do a very good job and my lawn looks beautiful.

All of the sudden the yard was clean.
