As a family with 4 Huskies we were in desperate need for a fence. Northland Fence was by far the most responsive, professional and within our budget compared to other companies we were in talks with. We ended up going with a vinyl privacy fence and the quality is exceptional. Build time was surprisingly fast.. On our scheduled day for post installation I'd say they were in and out in around 4hrs. Then 12 days later I see an notification on my security camera when I was at work and I saw they were finishing the build. They were done before I even knew it. The team that finished the build, Ray, Matt & Dashuana as well as the two man team that drove the posts (hope I got them all) did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with their speedy yet perfect work. The dogs are now loving being able to run free in our yard and have been playing non stop! Not to mention the privacy my family now has and to be able to enjoy our back yard worry free is amazing. Thank you Northland Fence very much! I will definitely be using them again for future work.

Every person I interacted with from sales to installers to customer service reps were very responsive, informative and friendly. I had an almond vinyl fence installation and it was done within the first two weeks of the 4-week window for panel install. I got multiple quotes and they were the most affordable and timely of 4 companies. I only wish they had a greater variety of vinyl fence colors. I love the almond but would’ve liked to go darker.

When it was time to get our privacy fence, we had a few potential vendors to decide from. We went with Northland Fence. There were a ton of little details and Northland made it all pretty easy from our perspective. They made sure things like permits and property lines were all taken care of. They took care of finding my property markers and having the utilities marked. Those kinds of things. I had to remove a few trees from where I wanted the fence line and submit a proposal to my HOA. The HOA approved it without any concerns. I had a quite a few little questions along the way. Everyone was patient with me, and I got the answers I needed. It was a two-step install process. Step one was to have the posts installed. The crew came out and talked with me and made sure the fence was going to work where I wanted. The second step was the panel install. Ray, Matt and Jacob took care of that for me. Ray did a walk around when it was all done and explained the warranty and such. It all seems straightforward and reasonable. I was most worried about things like the wind deforming it over time or if panels popped out. All that is covered under warranty so we should be good for a long time. While we haven’t had the fence long enough to be able to judge its performance over time, we’re happy so far. I hope we never have to call them for service, but if things go the way they have so far, I think we will be taken care of. I can always update the review if needed. I’ve gotten great feedback from the neighbors. They all love the way it looks. It is NOT a cheap-looking fence.

We had a fairly small project of finishing off the fencing in our yard, about 25 feet of fence. Northland was able to give a better quote and a much better timeline for my project (2 months sooner than other companies). The work was timely and well done. The office was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely use again when we're ready to replace the rest of our fence.

Last year Northland Fence installed a tan vinyl privacy fence for my 1 acre lot, replacing a rotted cedar fence that was falling down. I was really impressed by the post design as a means to anchor the fencing without future rotting issues, and it saved lots of installation time versus the older cement process. This was a huge fence, and they completed in two days of work, and the fence looks great! Fast forward one year later and strong winds this year have knocked over 6 x 30-foot trees from my neighbor's yard into my yard, damaging the fence in multiple places, bending posts and breaking side panels. Tim came by to perform the repair last week and the fence is completely restored to previous condition in about 2-3 hours of work. You could not tell that so much damage had occurred except for some cleaning that I need to do. While onsite, Tim also addressed some sag in installed fence doors with very well-built diagonal braces and adjusted the doors to being square. He was polite, professional, and delivered great results - represents the Northland Fence brand well. Strongly endorse the fence solutions from Northland. They build beautiful, well-constructed fences that enhance the look of your property, and provide great support for their installed solutions. If you're looking for a good fencing contractor, these folks will do it right for you.

When we had our property fenced in a couple of years ago, we never would have thought we needed much else. When we needed warranty work, they were here in a flash. Matthew Green was her and had the problem fixed in no time. Very professional. Definitely recommend.

We had a vinyl fence installed and we had a dead line they had to follow. They were very good with my dates and knew they had to be done by a certain date. They came out on May 6 and took down our old fence and he installed all the poles for the new fence. That was Aaron that came out and he was great. He worked all by himself and he very professional and fast. He did great. the only thing I wish i knew was when they would come back because days went by before they came back again. Now it is May 16th and their are 3 people there Matthew, Jacob and Deshauna. they rocked. They installed the whole fence in 1 day. Asked what way we wanted the gates to swing. Asked my husband questions about what ever was needed and was very professional. the fence looks amazing. the only thing I have negative to say about this purchase is, they could not give me a better time frame of when they would be back out to finish. Both my neighbors have dogs so once they took down the old fence the neighbors couldn't let out their dogs. and I couldn't give them a timeframe of when the new fence would be back up.
