Neighborhood Tree was the lowest bidder, but the best we've ever had. They were careful and asked specifically how we wanted the work performed. They made recommendations, even though it was clear what they recommended and performed was more work. They were polite, on time and cleaned up thoroughly.

I was very happy with the work done. Nick was very responsive to my calls and emails. He kept me informed of delays due to rain and weather. The team came on time and worked in the heat for over 6 hours. They tidied the yard of the scraps and branches. Nick requested I look at the work before they left to make sure I liked what was done. The shrubs never looked better! I had messed them-up with my very inexperienced "trimming" over the years!

Caleb gave me a bid to cable a birch tree that had been spread out due to a storm. He was so professional and nice. He also gave me advise on another tree I had questions on. He cabled the birch tree, trimmed branches, cut out a root that he noticed was growing in a bad place and cleaned up after the job. He did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again without question.

Great! Nick was out promptly with a bid that was very reasonable. Everything went very smoothly and the crew was very patient, professional, and personable. This was a very tricky job as the tree removed was very close to the house as well as to another large tree and my neighbors garden. It took most of a day but they got it done with absolutely no damage to the surrounding area. These guys are good and now are the first company I will call in the future. It's a pleasure doing business with a company that cares about doing it right. Thanks.

Caleb did a great job. He was informed, friendly and professional while explaining what needed to be done. I would gladly recommend him to my neighbor, friend and others. I have engaged him to do additional tree trimming for me when this storm crisis is over.

Joe came out a couple weeks ahead listened to us about what we wanted and walked around the house with us and gave us an estimate. He was friendly and was very easy to work with. The whole crew came out as planned on time and did the job as planned. They were all friendly and did a thorough and complete job. We would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone I knew.

This was my first time ever hiring a tree service and I couldn't ask for anything better then them. I requested quotes and talked to about 5 different tree service providers before I picked Neighborhood Tree Care LLC. First I wanted to have the 2 Ash trees trimmed and pruned, a middle sized maple removed and a large L-shaped branch going over our driveway from the neighbor's yard removed but decided a week later that I wanted just the 3 front trees removed. Nick was so understanding and came back to the house to give another quote for the complete removal of all trees. Scheduling the service was super easy and they showed up promptly. They introduced themselves and went over what we wanted (to ensure that we wanted the right trees to be removed). They then started immediately after we discussed everything. They were so courteous of the yard and were being very careful to make sure not to ruin the grass. After everything was done, they cleaned up all of their mess when they were done and i am so pleased by their service. They even followed up after their service to make sure we were still pleased with their services. I would highly recommend them to everyone! On 10/6 we agreed to take branch down on 10/13 between 10-12. Nick and partner were on time. I had another appointment so i paid him and left, When i returned 3hrs later the job was done. Excellent to work with. I will recommend them to friends family, Nick is especially knowledgeable about trees!

Workers were on time. Worked diligently and continued until everything was carried away lowest of wide. One was 500 more.
