It went fine I guess, but I expected a major improvement in my lawn and didn't get some. After a season, the weeds were a bit less, the grass a bit better, but nothing to write home about. I guess for the soil analysis and all that jazz, I thought I would get clearly improved grass, and that just didn't happen.

The weather turned cold when they were finished so I haven't gotten a chance to see how their treatment worked. As far as I know everything went well. I will know more in the spring, but I was happy with their work so far.

Everything has gone well. I have not compared prices, but I have been happy with them and will continue to use them.

We are very happy with the work they do. We did not compare prices, but we were satisfied with their work and felt that their rates were reasonable. We have been very happy and will continue to use them.

They are very timely. When they say they are going to be here they are here. The lawn has improved, which is what we had hoped for. We have been happy with their work and will renew our contract next year.

They did what they said they would do and at the estimated cost. They showed up on a regular basis. We did not know exactly when they were coming, but it did not fall over any time frame that we were utilizing the yard area anyway (could have been a problem if that happened, but again it did not). Overall, the lawn looked better and I hope it continues to improve next year.

When they did the service, we ended up with more weeds than usual. When they reseeded, they also were sloppy with the seeding and it got into our garden and other areas we did not need the grass.

This price is per application. They are more expensive than other companies, but this is because they use all natural products. The service was great. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Randy did an estimate within a few days of my initial call, and we decided to go with NaturaLawn based on price and the fact that fewer chemicals are used. The grass that survived our hit-or-miss watering is healthy, and we have fewer dandelions and less creeping Charlie, but the weeds are not completely gone. We don't get any notice before an application, which would be helpful because we often have toys in the yard or are planning to mow the lawn. Their billing and payment processes leave a bit to be desired: Twice I've sent in my payment by credit card, but 3 weeks later when they come to do the next application, they haven't applied my previous payment yet. They leave an invoice in our door, along with info on that day's application, but they don't leave an envelope. Once they either didn't leave the invoice or it blew away, and another time they only left the invoice part that didn't have their address on it, so in both cases I had to call for the information.

We did not use this company because they did not respond to our requests for information and estimate.

By the end of July, I had enough of this company and their apparent lack of expertise and concern for their customer. After stringing me along, they finally admitted that they had no way to correct the damage. On Aug 5, I wrote and told them I was discontinuing their service and according to their written guarantee, I was withholding payment for the last treatment, which was about $160.00. I received no response until 6 MONTHS LATER. They called the following January, trying to collect for the last treatment. They then tried to tell me that there was no guarantee like that! They became rude and I hung up. I am advising my neighbors, family and friends to NOT use this company and to spread the word. Life is too short to have to put up with this type of inept service. There are many other companies available that are willing and able do the job properly. I have received an estimate, from another company, of over $3,000 to repair the damage done. What a disappointing experience.

I found this service on Angie's list because we were interested in an environmentally aware lawn service. They stopped by to do an estimate when they were in the neighborhood. They called on the same day they stopped by. Overall, they did a great job. Our lawn looks great. They are friendly, and I don't notice when they are here. My only complaint is that they don't always call ahead of time. I have kids, and they often have their toys in the yard, so I need the advance notice. We use the alternative plan (not the all natural one) because we had a creeping charlie problem. But we are hoping to switch to the all natural plan. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The person that comes out is accurate. They clean up and don't leave fertilizer on the sidewalk. They even call ahead of time and knock on the door when they come out.

Their representatives are polite and courteous. However, from a quality perspective, I don't know if their services are as effective as their "chemical" counterparts. We've used them for 2 years and still have a lot of dandelions and weeds. Also, they often don't apply weed control because of the weather conditions, but then don't come back and do it later when the weather is more amenable. As a result, you often get charged for the weed control when you haven't gotten any.

I FINALLY DECIDED TO TURN MY BATTLE WITH CREEPING CHARLIE OVER TO PROFESSIONALS. WITH A DOG, I WAS AFRAID TO USE POISONS AND MY EFFORTS (PULLING, BORAX, NON-TOXIC SPRAYS) JUST WEREN'T WORKING. SO FAR I REALLY LIKE WORKING WITH THESE GUYS. THEY TAKE MY GRASS AND MY DOG SERIOUSLY. EVERY TIME THEY COME THEY LEAVE A HAND WRITTEN EXPLANATION OF WHAT THEY'VE DONE AND PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING THE LAWN LOOK BETTER. MY GRASS ALREADY LOOKS A LOT BETTER AND THE CREEPING CHARLIE IS ABOUT 90% GONE! WE'LL SEE HOW IT LOOKS IN THE SPRING, BUT SO FAR I'M VERY SATISFIED.

THIS IS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO USING CHEMICALS ON THE YARD. THE GRASS IS FILLING IN WHERE IT WAS THIN AND I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. BUT IT STILL HAS A WAYS TO GO.

I HAVE FOUND ALL OF THE PEOPLE TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. THIS IS NOT A QUICK FIX, BECAUSE IT IS LESS TOXIC THAN SOME OTHER OPTIONS. THEY ARE VERY UP FRONT ABOUT THIS. THEY ALSO TOLD ME WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER EACH TREATMENT, AND HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE TO FIX SOME OF OUR MORE DIFFICULT LAWN ISSUES. THEY CALL THE DAY BEFORE THEY COME, AND THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS BEING PLACATED IN ANY WAY. ALL OF MY QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED CLEARLY AND COMPLETELY.

ROD HAS BEEN UNRESPONSIVE AND DOES NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. HE IS INEXPERIENCED IN HANDLING A CUSTOMER ISSUE AND ADMITTED SO. HE HAS NO FOLLOW-THOUGH AND LETS AGREED UPON TIME DATES FOR RESPONSE LAPSE WITHOUT PROVIDING ANSWERS. HE IS INTIMIDATED TO TALK TO HIS CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE HONEST ANSWERS. UPDATE: I PREVAILED IN CONCILIATION COURT AGAINST NATURALAWN AND WON THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE DAMAGES TO MY LAWN!

MY LAWN IS LOOKING GREAT NOW! WE'VE HAD LOTS OF RAIN SO THAT CERTAINLY HELPS. EVERYONE I'VE SPOKEN TO AT NATURALAWN HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. TREATMENTS ARE APPROX. $40 A SHOT, PAY AS YOU GO, CANCEL ANYTIME. NO PRESSURE.

LAWN ALREADY LOOKS 100% BETTER. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH.

GOAL IS TO STRENGTHEN LAWN SO CHEMICAL PEST AND WEED MANAGEMENT IS UNNECESSARY. WE'VE USED THE COMPANY FOR ONE YEAR'S WORTH OF APPLICATIONS THUS FAR AND THE LAWN IS LOOKING GREAT. I FEEL GOOD ABOUT NOT SACRIFICING THE ENVIRONMENT FOR IT! IF WE EVER HAVE QUESTIONS ROD HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE.

THEY USE SLOW RELEASE FERTILIZER AND SMALL QUANTITIES. THEY MIGHT DO APPLICATIONS OVER THE YEAR. THEY ARE THOROUGH. THEY WILL EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT. THEYRE NOT SO MUCH ABOUT REMOVING WEEDS, BUT MAINTAINING A HEALTHY ECOSYSTEM ABOUT YOUR GRASS.
