Contracted with them for several years. The quality of service started out good but declined - haphazard spreading of the weed control and fertilizer and we could never get them to spread the product on the north side of our property which had a steep but short rise (1' at the east edge and 5' high at the west edge). The final issue arose during a construction project on our house: we could not get a credit for suspending service for which we had prepaid so we had to transfer our service to a rental property near our home. They measured the wrong property which had a lawn 3x the size of the rental property (and our home's) and insisted we pay extra. The rental property's actual lawn area is smaller than our home's lawn. We provided documentation from Hennepin County Property Records department to support our argument. They admitted they had measured the wrong property but continued to bill us. Each time we provided the documentation and they agreed they were in the wrong, but I would receive another bill. They never provided the lawn care because they claimed we had failed to pay for the services. This was all in the summer of 2017; we pre-paid for services we never received and continued to receive bills for their error in measuring someone else's property and then not clearing their books to correct their error. They have now (March of 2020) reported us to a credit recovery company for our failure to pay them the amount that they have admitted several times that they billed us for in error. All of this is documented in writing and email records and has been provided to Naturalawn multiple times (and now to the credit recovery company they turned this over to). When I contacted Naturalawn to ask why they did this and to remind them they have acknowledged several times that it was their mistake they said it was out of their hands and I would have to deal with the credit recovery agency myself. So far I have received no response from the credit recovery agency. Overall our experience prior to this issue was ok, but declined. They were unresponsive to requests to service the full yard. Their record-keeping and client communication is poor.

Our lawn looks great. They are diligent about being noting possible areas that might need re-treatment and handle it promptly. Always courteous and professional. Same for the insect control service they offer. We like the fact that the products are less harmful to us and the environment.

This summer season I had as many if not more weeds after using their services the summer before. Also, after including the aeration and seeding service saw no improvement in thickness of lawn. I think the worse part was their reply to my disappointment which was "It is sad that I was not able to find this out before you cancelled....." instead of coming to look at my lawn and offering an explanation. I even offered to start up again if they could tell me what they would do differently.........no response from them to this. Sad.

I used them for 2 years and my lawn was perfect. I then changed to another provider to save a little money. I regret doing that because now, my lawn is in bad shape. I returned to NLA for the 2018 season and I am confident they will bring my lawn back to its previous perfect state.

Excellent - very personable & easy to work with!

Our lawn looks great. We were using another company's organic lawn service for several years, but our yard was not looking good. After lots of research and calling around we decided to switch to Naturalawn. It was a great decision. Love our green, weed-free yard. They perform a turf sample & assessment and then formulate the treatment to fit your lawn's exact needs. The results are amazing. Their customer services is good, too. - They have called me back in the evenings and on a weekends to answer my questions.

I don't use them anymore. They did service for me last year for the season. Their price was competitive with everybody else. They just didn't seem to do the best job of taking care of weeds so that is why I changed companies.

After the decline and hideous attempt at trying to speak to the prior owner of the franchise that services my area, Dustin, I was referred to the new owner Rod who bought out his franchise. When I tried to explain to Rod about the horrible experience I had with Dustin, Number 1) The condition or terrible decline of my lawn health. Number 2) The nightmare conversation I had on the phone with Dustin. Rod immediately told me he was surprised and had to verify that I actually spoke with Dustin as he has known him for years. Once I verified to him that it was Dustin and as a benefit of the doubt I suggested it must of been a real off or stressful time for Dustin because I was on the phone driving while talking to Dustin and the conversation kept escalating to a nightmare. I explained to Dustin that I was driving and would talk to him later or he could call back and leave a message telling me what he could do to fix my lawn. Instead he kept interrupting me to argue with me that he DID call me back when I said he did not call me back. That was his fixated concern. It was extremely odd and I hope whatever is wrong is better for Dustin but the bottom line is my lawn is a disaster after 12 years of having a healthy lawn and repeated attempts to bring to the attention of Dustin and getting no help. He told me it was summer patch but did not try to treat it in any way. It could of had an attempt to treat with a fungicide early on but they did nothing while continuing to see it was declining and they added normal treatments on top of it. They just kept sending out normal treatments while my lawn got worse and worse. I explained to Rod that corporate said they would do all they could to help fix it. They did nothing and Rod only wanted to keep me going on his Spring sign up sheet. No thanks! When I suggested he talk to corporate about what they assured me - he declined. I told him I would be sure and clarify my experience in a review so here it is. Nobody wanted to back up NaturalLAwn... Rod, Dustin or corporate. Good luck if you use this company and product.

Efficient service visit with time for tech to answer questions.

They are always prompt, efficient and very accommodating! We have used them for 2 years now and our yard continues to look so nice. There are no more weeds and we continue to be very happy with the service. This company is always very pleasant to deal with. They always leave a note for us detailing what was done, what was used, and all other information that we might need to know about their visit.

NaturaLawn started in May with us, our lawn was hopelessly out of control and just a poor looking lawn. Very few pesky weeds remain and they keep after them - they have fertilized and took soil samples in addition to controlling our weeds. Our lawn is now green, lush and healthy looking and we believe NaturaLawn took care of us in a manner as if our lawn were their own. They will make a seventh and final visit this year in October.

They are in and out very quickly, but thoroughly. The only glitch encountered was one day the serviceman had a temporary problem in finding his way around the side of the house into the back yard. We have been using this service for a couple of years now and the lawn is relatively weed free and healthy.

Company has been very responsive, helpful, and friendly in all my interactions with them. The pricing is fair and the lawn has shown a lot of improvement since I started using their services.

Applied the late Spring treatment. Our yard has improved greatly since we started using them last year. Weeds have reduced significantly. Very happy with the results and will continue to use them.

Office sales person was very accommodating. Technician came to the house and did the work without speaking to anyone. That was okay though, the lawn noticeably improved in a matter of a week.

I like the products Natura Lawn of America uses and that their people are friendly and professional. They're responsive, if I call.

They are fine. We will use them again.

They use very pushy telemarketers who try to get you to commit on the spot to buy services without anybody from the company coming out to review the property. They just ask what your problems are and read back prices for the services, which are available in packages (e.g., "four treatments of $47 each...") and they don't give you time to add the numbers up ("so would you like to start that today?"), nor provide a written estimate. The telemarketers call back frequently and don't follow instructions of when to call back ( e.g., asked to call in two weeks; they called back in one week!).

They will do five applications this season. I think it is a good product; its a natural product. I will probably use them again.

We have used them for a number of years because they are using natural products. The service is relatively good. They do extra tests on the soil and things like that when we ask. I think their prices have been in the right range but they have adjusted their price if they had to do a lot of landscaping. They have adjusted the price down without any issues if there was less grass and they had to reduce the amount of weed treatment and fertilizer, so they are responsive. They also call back if there was something. They have stuck to their schedule.

They came when they promised and their products worked very well.

My lawn looks lush and green and the weeds are virtually non-existant.
