Description of Work: Our main sewer line backed up in our laundry room. The previous homeowner had used Mr. Rooter in the past and so we had received a few postcards from Mr. Rooter over a couple years so we called them to do the work and used a coupon from the latest postcard. Mr. Rooter sent Brandon within an hour. He was professional and answered all our questions. He resolved our clog, gave us tips, scoped our line and identified some holes in our main line. He cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with this job. The phone staff was also very pleasant, courteous, and professional. |

Description of Work: He did a nice job, but the prices are high. He showed me the cost to clean out yo the street then showed me cost to clean from floor drain to end of house. I just about choked at the cost. He said he could cut that one in half pretty much cause he was a good guy. My guess is they do this so you think you're getting a deal. He's already there; at this point what am I to do. He accepted my coupon even though he indicated since he cut the one in half he didn't need to p. Again so I'd think I was getting a deal. Then he said he'd warranty it for 30 days and charged me $20!for the warranty he offered but never said I would be billed for. I will call around for prices and try a Mom and Pop place next time.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE PROMPT. THERE WAS A PROBLEM GETTING TO THE CLOG AND HE HAD TO BRING A DIFFERENT MACHINE. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST. THE PRICE HAS ACTUALLY GONE DOWN, BECAUSE THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR BILLING PROCESS.

HAD NOT FIXED PROBLEM. SAID HE'D 'WORK SOMETHING OUT'. JASON (NICE) CABLED LINE AND INSPECTED W/CAMERA, FOUND GAP AT 35'. PRESENTED NEW INVOICE FOR $272, EXPECTED ME TO SIGN AUTHORIZATION AFTER WORK WAS DONE. I COMPLAINED THAT I HAD NOT BEEN TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED AGAIN. Description of Work: I HAD A FULL CLEANING OF ALL THE DRAINS IN THE HOUSE WITH A FULL 1 YR WARRANTY- WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK TO COMPLAIN OF A BACK UP WITH SEWER GAS SMELL, I WAS TOLD THEY WERE TO BUSY TO COME OUT TONIGHT, BUT SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY AT 4PM AND THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 6PM. WHEN I CALLED THEIR DISPATCH PEOPLE, ALL THEY HAD WAS EXCUSES. WHEN THEY FINALLY DID SHOW UP, THE PERSON WASN''T VERY COURTEOUS AND SEEMED EXTREMELY RUDE. THEN HE SAID HE WOULDN''T DO ANYTHING THAT HE DIDN''T WANT TO DO, AND HE LEFT. I WAS COMPLETELY UNSATIFIED WITH THIS COMPANY, AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
