Description of Work: United moved us from Minnesota to New Mexico and in most respects things went very well. They were very nice to work with and very respectful of ourselves, our house and possessions. Points are being deducted from the rating because they didn't pack and load some things that were included on their list, some of which weren't discovered until the night we were packing and loading remaining items before cleaning and leaving the house. Having to find packing materials and pack the additional items was an expense of money and time--and added to our hauling load. Our belongings were delivered to New Mexico on time and according to the agreed terms and with none of the horror stories we've heard about movers. Moral of the story is to check all areas of the house before the moving van leaves!

Description of Work: Rented 20' storage unit to move houses. We chose this company because they offered the largest units at the lowest cost. PODS would have been $200 more for a unit 4' shorter. | |These guys are a small operation and they take pride in the business. Very professional and helpful. They were easily accessible via email. Our old house was in St. Paul so we needed to park the unit on the street. Go minis took care of the permits. | |Our stuff made it the 26 mile trip in tact. The new house has a sloped driveway and the driver propped up one end of the unit so it was easier to unload. He got the unit right up to our garage which helped unload during the rain. | |The only negative was they overcharged us about $80. But we pointed that out and they immediately refunded the money and apologized profusely. | |I would be happy to use go minis if we move again.

Description of Work: Delivered 12 ft storage unit to our home, storing our belongings in Blaine until we request re delivery of items. |
