He had to make two trips to let the adhesive remover lift the old seam guard. New caulk looked tidy. Unfortunately after 15 months of use (perhaps it was not cleaned well) it had lifted and let water underneath, along with mildew.

They did good work, it took 3-4 days but the REGROUT employee was a hard worker and did a good job. We asked for another bid for additional work but never received a response (Hence this is why we never responded to the survey).

Project was fine. Beware that they are a heavy smoker and bring their smoke smell into the house.

I have a walk-in shower with cracked grout lines where the walls meet the floor. Mr. Pawlykowych arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the entire shower. He gave me a detailed description of how these style showers absorb water through the grout, where it enters the pan (under the tile) and returns to the drain. He explained that there are typically cracks where the walls meet the floor, and that there is no way water could get into the sheet rock or floor to the drain pan underneath. Mr. Pawkykowych was at my home for 45 minutes, but refused any payment for his valuable advice - claiming he was in the area for another appointment and it was "no trouble" for him. He also advised me on how to properly seal my grout and which product was most effective. I definitely recommend this company for their knowledgeable staff, punctuality, friendliness, and exceptional fairness and honesty.

He and his assistant placed small glass tiles in a rather large area of a 120 yo home. They did an amazingly perfect job. Cleaned up any mess well. They worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. Great person and great work.

Repair estimate included all necessary repairs and two options for consideration. After selecting our option, they were able to offer start date within a few days. All work was completed as described and on time. They made a single return trip when we were concerned about a single spot in the floor of the shower; they made additional repair on that spot quickly and without additional charges.

Zenon was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable, even giving me advice on what to look for on another project which I had already booked with the contractor who completed my half story addition.

My experience with Minnesota Regrout & Tile was fine. It solved the problem that we had, so that's a good thing. I would still like to do something else, but I'm not sure. I think I need a smaller solution that what he was offering. I didn't really talk to him about a range of options.

Our bathroom was starting to look pretty shabby. Several floor tiles in the shower were loose and there were approximately a dozen broken wall tiles around the shower, tub and sink areas. The caulking around the shower and tub had disintegrated. Fortunately, I had some of the original tiles and they were able to replace the broken tiles. The floor tiles were reset and they were all regrouted. They also recaulked around the shower and tub. They installed a new shower door (which I had purchased separately) and caulked around that as well. The bathroom looked brand new! The work was very professionally done and on time. Five years later and it's still looking good!

Purchased a Big deal for Minnesota Regrout & Tile. We had them install a stainless steel backsplash behind the kitchen sink and range top. I don't think the pricing was very transparent with the coupon and the additional cost. The representative from the company was good to work with. He gave us the the total cost for the work, but I never got an itemized invoice on the service provided. When it came time to do the work they had sent a contractor out to do the work. He did a good job but I felt I didn't get the attention we should have if Minnesota Regrout & Tile would have done the work.

Very good. The prior contractor did a very poor job on the bathroom. Minnesota Regrout and Tile made it all better.

Courteous and good estimate.

It was a great offer, but since they sold so many, they wanted to do specific areas at specific times and we were unable to use it during that time frame.

Zenon came out in December to provide a quote and due to personal challenges, could not act on it right away. Called him in early March, he recalled the quote and scheduled the job for two weeks out (based mostly on my schedule.) Alex and his assistant were here for four days (M-Th) and did a great job on the work, keeping me informed about what was happening at each step, showing me where the leak in the shower was, etc. Other than not needing the repair in the first place, hard to imagine it going any better.

Zenon gave us a quote in person and started the job based on our availability. He had his workers remove all of the existing shower and made the overly large shower smaller by rebuilding two walls per our request. This was performed by a handyman under his employ. Then he had his specially trained tile installer install the tile floor, wall and tub surround. They also installed the glass doors. This actual process did take a bit longer than we anticipated, but Zenon and his installers were very professional, results and perfection driven. They consulted me on all questions that pertained to design and placement and were very accommodating to my questions as well. I was thankful for their expertise. In their down time, they regrouted some areas in my kitchen and re chalked my bathrooms and kitchen.

Alex came out to do the work in the kitchen and bath. He worked very fast and did what looks like a wonderful job. He was under my two hour limit. He left things neat, cleaning up after he was finished. Someone came out to see the job and check colors for grouting beforehand. I was very pleased with the work.

Several years ago, Zenon (owner of MN Regrout) did a similar bathroom transformation for my aging mother so she would not have to go "downstairs" to take a shower. When my in-laws needed the same thing done, I didn't hesitate to call Zenon for the job as they did such nice work for my mother in 2007. Zenon came out to look at the job and sat very patiently with my in-laws as he explained the process of what he would do to make their bathroom useable for a person in a wheelchair. Once we had the quote and decided to go ahead with the project, we selected tile, fixtures, etc.. and set a date for the work to begin. As the work was not done at my home, I did not assess "punctuality", but I do know that the finished product looks and functions wonderfully and my in-laws were very pleased with the result.

They did great work. Reasonable pricing. Very good results. Zenon was a bit hard to coordinate with at times but was good to deal with. They arrived on time and did the work as agreed to for the price we agreed to. I had purchased a 50% off 2 hours tile repair through an Angie's List Big Deal coupon and agreed to pay for additional work. I would use them again.

Had to cancel the appointment. No work was completed. I gave the company a medium overall rating because of the problems I had filling in the Angie's List rating form. I had to manufacture answers just to be able to submit a form that had no work attached to it.

He came very quickly in terms of doing estimate. However, he got really overwhelmed by the response to the deal and he said that he got more customers than he expected. He did warn us that it would take a while and it took at least a month. When they came to do the work, they did an excellent job.
