Minnesota Regrout & Tile

They were on time, did a nice job and were very professional. They cleaned up when finished and were quickly done and finished up.

We had an ugly old kitchen that I never thought could look nice. We decided to have granite counter tops installed but had to have the old and dated tile backsplash removed first. Then Ivan went to work creating his masterpiece, a beautiful Travertine tile backsplash. Zenon's crew is incredible. They are artists and perfectionists. My ugly outdated kitchen looks incredible now. In addition, they prep the area well with tarps and plastic wrap and then clean everything up at the end of each day. That is something you don't see anymore, quality work with great customer service. Our next project with them is in 2 weeks, we are having an entire bathroom redone. I would not use anyone else. Kudos to Zenon, Ivan and Alex.

His two employees, Ivan and Alex were awesome. They are true artists. They acid washed the tile and grout and then applied two coats of a new color. The loose tiles in the bath had to be removed and reset. All missing or damaged grout was repaired and/or replaced. The end result looked amazing. Both areas look new and the tile does not looked dated anymore. The most important of all is that they draped the areas well and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them, they are true professionals. Even the staff at "The Tile Shop" spoke very highly of Zenon and his company. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

The experience was pretty good. Generally it was a pretty good job overall. I don't really feel strongly one way or the other.

Our workman, Alex, was impressively professional and did wonderful work. It looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend the company.

We had some chipped grout, which he fixed( did not need to redo all the grout). We had one bathroom that needed to have the grout cleaned and resealed. The second bathroom, he resealed, but said it did not need a big cleaning. Very reasonably priced and quick.

Returned calls promptly. Project done within one week of my initial call. Gave good design advice. Looks beautiful. Owner came to check on work. Gave info on upkeep and what to do if any concern in future.

While we were not able to work with Zenon because of timing issues, I was very impressed with Zenon's responsiveness, expertise and pricing. I will keep in him my rolodex!

Somewhat slow on some communication links. Arrived when originally scheduled, though had missed message that scheduled time was not optimal. We were able to adjust and the job was done professionally and was of very high quality. What was to be accomplished was clearly communicated and the timing of the need for optimization was as well. The job site was well cleaned up and the site was left optimally ready for a tub resurfacing. We would recommend to others without reservation.

Excellent advice on design, choice of materials, aesthetic. Workers were outstanding--particularly Piotr and Ivon for very clean, considerate demolition, installation of drain and plumbing. Peter (Pavel) did some truly outstanding work with the cutting and installation of difficult large stone in a diagonal pattern. I was truly impressed by all the work and interface with the owner, Zenon start to finish.

I thought they did excellent work. It was a very pleasant experience. Alex was the one who did the work and he was very good.

Owner wanted to come "preview job to get proper materials." Told us he'd call in a day or two to schedule work; never heard from him again. Owner sent letter of apology and returned in full our Groupon purchase price.

I removed the carpet and the floor was in a condition that they had to spend a day preparing the floor to be tiled. It took them five days to finish the job. They use a grout and a sealant that is permeant and will not require resealing. There is a five year warranty on the entire job. Angel, the man who did the work, was always on time, worked so hard and did a great job. I was steered in the right direction in my selection of the tile by the owner of the company. I am very pleased with the results.

I contacted Zenon to come take a look at some grout that needed repair, cleaning and sealing in my home. He was able to come that week and showed up time. Nice guy and seemed to know grout pretty well. He said he'd call me with an estimate, and after a week without hearing from him, I called to check on it. It appeared he'd forgotten - he apologized and said things had been really busy for him, which I understand, so I overlooked it. I reminded him of what the job entailed, he gave me an over the phone quote for $750, and I scheduled with him for Dec 17 - which was about 3 weeks out. I called him on Dec 16 to confirm, and he then said he'd booked me for the 18-19, which was definitely not what we'd arranged. Very frustrating as I'd altogether waited a month for the service, arranged to have everyone out of the house on that day, and cannot accommodate the change in scheduling. Zenon is a nice guy, though I can't speak to the quality of his work, the scheduling and follow-through left much to be desired.

The job was one in one day as promised and went very smoothly. There were no surprises during the installation. Everyone I dealt with punctual and very professional. I am very happy with the product. The customer service line for Rebath is very helpful with cleaning tips and other tips. It is very important that you read and follow all directions when using and cleaning this system.

Prompt and professional. Answered or returned every phone call immediately, arrived when they said they would. The job was completed a day sooner than expected. The bathroom floor is gorgeous. Very well done with the tiles arranged aesthetically pleasing. The installer is a real artisan. Both my cat and I love the radiant heating. I would definitely hire this company again.

It went very good. It looks beautiful. This porch is a 3 season porch and it's on a second story and there's nothing underneath it, so the wind goes under and around it and the tile has still not cracked or moved. They were nice, they cleaned up after themselves, and were always on time.

Very good I did get three quotes and this was one of the highest but I wanted a quality job Zenon was very responsive in providing us a quote and when we called to confirm a very quick start date The re-grout went fine but I was concerned about the sealant application so Zenon sent another person out to inspect and re-seal to my satisfaction Very nice job and very happy with the results and Zenon's attention to my concern

Whatever sealer my husband and I had used previously was a mystery, and virtually impossible to remove from the current grout. Employees spent days extra to try to figure how to remove these areas so the new products would adhere properly, yet we never saw an increase in the cost of the project. They stuck with it until it was done to their specifications, and the end result was nothing short of miraculous! The floors looked brand new, although they are 27 years old, and clean up beautifully. Employees are delightful, always courteous and pleasant. Explained what was happening, when things would happen, were timely, and had a sense of humor. We tried to give them more money when the bill came, ridiculous but true, and they would not allow that to happen. This is "old school" work, and perfect. We would definitely recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, although it doesn't look like we'll have to.

Very responsive in giving an estimate. Slow to respond after that. Took a while to get a written estimate, then when we accepted it they disappeared. We called to cancel and found out the shower door had been ordered and was in stock. Took another 3 weeks to get the work scheduled. They told us they were very busy. Work quality was mixed and communications poor. Shower door was installed over two days, no call explaining why. Grout work was incomplete, spots were missed. We had to call to have them back out and it took the shower out of service for a second week. Project was finally completed but I will not use this company again.

I've used this guy before and he's top notch. He knows what he's doing, he's clean, on time, professional in every way and priced right.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal, and it was supposed to get, I believe, up to two hours of service (either caulking or grout and tile cleaning). We had a couple areas that needed caulk in the kitchen and bath which they did and the work was very good. We also had a shower that we wanted some caulk replaced and the grout cleaned. Even though the caulking that was done only took about 30 minutes they wanted to do a separate bid for the shower for considerably more money and which we ended up not doing. Given that the price of the Big Deal was very low, I probably came out okay. I just felt they didn't quite live up to the terms of the Big Deal.

They were friendly and punctual. They got it done in a day. It was a quick turn around to get an quote and for an appointment. The price was reasonable.

He came as scheduled, worked consistently, and thorough. Also, was neat. It looks great.
