The tile cutter/installer was meticulous in selection and layout. He was exceptional at cutting tile to fit. Unfortunately, something happened and we ended up with slate dust on everything in our lower level and in all open spaces on the upper level. Zenon thought his installer may have made some cuts inside that were supposed to be made outside. Zenon was very apologetic and offered to help clean it up. It took me three days to wipe down everything. The project also took two days longer than expected. Yet, we are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely choose Zenon's company again.

He has been marvelous. He calls you back right away. The work is great and we have used him two separate times. He sticks to the estimate which is great.

We ended up going with another company but MN Regrout was very punctual in getting back to me about an estimate, was able to provide an estimate quickly and offered 25% off the purchase of the tile. It was actually a hard decision to figure out which company to go with and the other company won out because they were able to match the discount and provide the service for $100 less, as well as following up. That said, it was clear that MN Regrout knew their business and I will consider them in the future.

I called for an estimate, and Zenon came out the very next day. He gave me an estimate of 4,500 for labor. The tile was another 1,000. I chose travertine stone tile which I think was more difficult to install. There is no bull-nose tile so the installers ground the edges down to make them smooth for the edge pieces. Then, one night after they placed the floor - my kids and I went in to take a look and we caused some problems because the tile hadn't set yet. They had to remove a few and redo them because of our stupidity. Zenon didn't charge me any extra for all of that. The work was done on time and it is so beautiful!! Zenon made sure everything was perfect - I highly recommend him and his crew!!

We are thrilled with the outcome. Initially, we had plans to just replace the tile around the tub and switch out the vanity. The tub could not be replaced without taking out walls. Zenon asked if we had considered a walk-in shower and encouraged us to think about it. He is very creative and showed us photos of work that he has done installing a European type walk-in shower with no lip and clear glass that goes 2/3 the length of the shower. After thinking it over, we decided to expand the project. The outcome is terrific. It looks great and the room seems bigger. It was estimated that this would take two weeks. In fact, with some delays, it took closer to four weeks. Zenon and his crew kept us fully informed and it was not a big problem for us. Zenon and the crew are very meticulous and creative. I appreciated the way that cleaned up each day and tried to minimize the inconvenience. I plan to use them again!

Zenon did the estimate - he was very knowledgeable and polite. He seemed to know just how I wanted it to look and suggested a diagonal pattern, which I agreed to. Initially the communication was very prompt, but then I didn't hear from him for a few weeks (after I had chosen the tile at The Tile Store, as he recommended. I had said I wasn't in too much of a rush, but it ended up being a month from the time I agreed to the work to when they came and did it. That was a bit too long. I was somewhat concerned that he didn't come out at all to check on the work during the 5 days it was being done. It was hard to understand what the workers were saying, and we were never told from day to day what hours they would be here. The thermostat was also connected without my knowledge until Zenon came out to do the sealant- I think the price for that was okay, but I really had no chance to check that out. The patching job around the thermostat was quite messy, and we had to redo it.

He is very knowledgeable about tiling. He and his crew mad my shower beautiful.

Business with integrity. Not just trying to sell you something you don't need. Know the tile installation business.

The contractor and the people who worked with him were very polite, very tidy, and seemed to take pride in their work. The suggestions he made about what kind of tile and how the tile should be laid were good ones and I'm glad I took his advice. Every question I asked about the process was answered. The floor looks great. My only criticism would be that the job took a long time from first contact to completion. Some of that was my slowness in picking out tile & returning calls. Also the holidays intervened some. But the contractor also had some delays on his end. If I had been in a hurry or felt some urgency about the project, that could have been a bigger problem than it was.

THE WORK PROVIDED WAS AT A VERY HIGH STANDARD OF CRAFTSMANSHIP. I HAD THE BENEFIT OF SEEING THE WORK THEY DID AT MY NEIGHBOR'S BEFORE HIRING THEM. TRULY, THEIR WORK IS IMPRESSIVE. I COULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TOO HIGHLY.

THEY CAME IN A HURRY AND THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK WITHIN A WEEK.

ZENON WAS VERY PROMPT IN ASSESSING THE SITUATION AND PROVIDING AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST TO FIX IT. THERE WAS A SCHEDULING PROBLEM ONCE THE TIME ARRIVED TO DO THE WORK, WHICH RESULTED IN A MINOR DELAY. ONCE THE PERSON ARRIVED TO DO THE WORK, IT WENT VERY SMOOTHLY.

VERY PUNCTUAL, NICE, POLITE, AND THOROUGH.

IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH ZENON AND RYAN. THEY DID AN EXTRAORDINARY JOB, AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO BRINGING THEM IN ON FUTURE PROJECTS.

MOST OF THE WORKERS SPEAK LIMITED ENGLISH, BUT THEIR CRAFTSMANSHIP IS SUPERB! OWNER DOES SPEAK ENGLISH WELL, HE IS ZENON PAWLYKOWYCH
