Description of Work: Stripped, acid washed and entirely regrouted master bath shower walls and floor. Replaced old shower door with Clearshield clear glass door. Also, stripped and regrouted guest bath tub/shower around entire tub and exterior wall corners. |During our initial appointment, Xenon gave us his professional opinion on the options we had for renewing our two upstairs bathroom showers. He did not pressure us one way or the other, but presented viable options from which we could choose, and quoted prices for each option. After deciding on the best option, we set a date for the work to be done. |Alex did a very good job restoring the two bathroom showers....they look new and fresh now. He was conscientious about keeping organized and neat. He carefully covered floor areas with a drop cloth and cleaned up as he worked. |We would have Minnesota Regrout and Tile back again if needed....they did a great job!

Description of Work: I bought a big deal from Angies list and when they came out, they found that I needed more work. It was completed in 2 days.

Description of Work: this was a very minor job of ceramic regrouting. It was done well. The person doing it didn't quite understand that it was prepaid, but after I explained thru the internet he seemed ok with that.

Description of Work: My biggest complaint is that we haven't been able to schedule a time for this work. We are home most of the time. Why should it be so difficult?

Description of Work: the quality of the repairs were great. I got three quotes on the job, they were the most expensive but I also had the most confidence in them after meeting all three contractors. The timing was difficult - I think they were overwhelmed be the reponse from the Angie's List offering. I am happy and would recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: I wanted the bathtup tile regrouted - they sent someone who "thumped" on what is an outside wall, and told me the wall and tile were in need of replacements (which I had done about 4 years prior. They told me I had mold, which, upon my checking, I do not. They just wanted to take advantage of their being at my home. I have since had the wall checked, and it is not damaged, as they wanted me to believe. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - they are a liers.

Description of Work: I HAD THEM COME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE ON SOME GROUT REPAIR IN OUR BATHROOM SHOWER. NOT ONLY WAS THE ESTIMATE COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE (OVER $3,000), HE WANTED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE SHOWER (IT''S AN OVER SIZED CERAMIC TILE SHOWER) AND CHARGE ME FOR THE GROUT REPAIR. AFTER CONSULTING WITH ANOTHER FIRM, I WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE WORK DONE FOR UNDER $100.00 I DEFINITELY FELT AS THOUGH I WAS BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF FOR NOT KNOWING A LOT ABOUT GROUT REPAIR. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
