Staff are very honest and knowledgeable- they were able to repair a shade of mine for $25 within an hour, when I was quoted over $100 and a two week time frame from a big-box retailer.
Although I didn't need to purchase any new shades from them at this time, they've earned a loyal customer in me for the future.
