I'm a long-time customer of Minneapolis Window Shade. They always do excellent work, are clear and prompt in their communications, and have often given me helpful advice.

Prompt communication and service

I've used Window Shades approx 3 times and every time they have been courteous, fast and fair priced. It's like walking into a "home town" store - very professional and returned my calls promptly.

Mark Came out to the house and showed us samples of window shades for the master bedroom. Measured the 5 windows and one door, gave estimate/bid. We selected the design. We determined we wanted to go with the company. Mark said how long it would take and it took exactly that amount of time. A person contacted us to install the shades. He did an excellent job. We we extremely pleased with the entire process.

I highly recommend this company. Prompt call back, helpful during appointment with making choices, professional and knowledgeable, installation was exactly when it was estimated to be, and the shades look amazing.

Good work and very punctual

Minneapolis Window Shade Company was recommended by our decorator. I called them, explained our problem, and we set up an appointment two days later. Their workman, Mark Trump, was on time to the minute, knew exactly what was wrong, and recommended the repair that he performed. At first he said that he would make an appointment for another installer to come, but then he discovered that he had all of the necessary materials in his truck, so he did the repair immediately. I was grateful to have this done so quickly and also not to have an additional trip charge, which I assume that we might have had.

Prompt, punctual, professional.

The nice thing about this company is that they are open during the weekend. I brought my mini blind to them on Saturday. They told me it will be done by Tuesday. They called me when the work was completed and it was done when they said it was going to be done. The blinds work very well.

They were professional and on time, however they could not do the service due to dimensions.

Mark arrived on time and got right to work - it did not take him long to complete the work and he was very personable.

The work was done perfectly and ahead of the date promised. The location is a bit hard to find, so use a map to get there.

The quality seems good so far and their service was great.

Mark came to measure for window treatments. He was professional, courteous and patiently answered my questions. When I couldn't make up my mind, he helped me decide which color blinds to use and he came back to install about a week later. Mark was great to work with and did a good job with installation. He worked around my schedule and was very accommodating. I am extremely happy with my window treatments and I will definitely use this company again. I have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

The experience went well. They seemed to know what they were doing. After two months the shade is still working well.

I brought the shade in for repair and received a call the next day saying it was done. The restringing was perfect. The price was lower than that of another company I had called.

Representative returned call promptly and was extremely polite and helpful. This company did not offer the service, however, that I was looking for.

Their measurements were perfect - everything fits and it all turned out just fine.

The fellow that did the work, Mark Trump, came back a second time to put some new fixtures on. They did a wonderful job and I'm really pleased with them.

They were excellent! They were very helpful when I brought the shade in and knowledgeable about what was needed to repair it. They had it completed when they said they would. It was a nice shop.

We have used them multiple times and continue to be very happy with the quality of their work and their service. They are family owned and have a lot of experience with roller blinds. They are much cheaper than other companies we have used in the past BUT with better quality AND faster friendlier service. There was one mistake (more of a miscommunication) with the last install we had, but they reordered the valance, corrected it within 10 days and did not charge for it and gave us exactly what we wanted. So far we have used them for 10 windows in 3 rooms and we would not use anyone else. The windows look great, you really will have a good experience using them. All in all we are delighted.
