MSP Plumbing Heating Air

They replace my 29 year old gas furnace, AC and gas water heater. They answered all of my questions on the products. The install was very clean, it looks better then the original one. When they completed the install, they went over everything they did with my wife and I.

MSP did an excellent job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. The entire process from purchasing to installing went great!.

Everyone that came out was neat and clean, on time, told me what was wrong before working on it, shows you everything they do and goes over everything before the work is completed. I have never had an issue with these guys, they know what they are doing!

They did a thorough ck up. Arrived on time, explained everything only did repairs needed. Wanted to do some factory matienance but upon speeking with factory rep.were told to leave well enough alone. They didn't need to tell me this and could have just done the annual service matienance.

I've had them before and always had good luck with this company. One important thing is how easy it was to contact them through multiple ways and I used email and online chat. They were very responsive and they also contacted me to let me know they were coming. It was really high quality and very clean. They put carpeting down and cleaned up very well. They were really good and I am very happy with it!

I felt the installation was first rate, The furnace, A/C and water heater were replaced and are a great improvement in efficiency, performance and over all installation footprint. I am most excited about reclaiming the space that was occupied by the old chimney from the older appliances.

Our AC stopped working. MSP was available within a couple of days. Andy was our technician. He was able to figure out the problem within minutes and our AC was up and running when he left. We have had no problems with it since.

Paid $8466.00 for new Carrier 96% eff. Furnace and 16 SEER AC. Sales guy quit or was fired before setting up my install date. Next, called to find out why they din't show (learn about sales guy). Next, get new appointment (late for app't). After install, AC won't work that night (not wired properly). Late again for 11am-1pm repair, came about 4:45pm after I threatened to cancel payment. Received Xcel Rebates, but learned my AC is 15 SEER and shorted my rebate by $300 plus paid extra for lower priced unit. Have waited 4 more days for someone to fix latest issue after conversation where they admit they ripped me off. Any questions?
