I assumed my AC unit was done as it was making an unusual noise.. Itâ s 14 years old and we run it from May u til Sept each year. MSP came and tested all the electrical components, and said the machine tested perfectly. The noise was gone and I paid $88 for the trip. They also gave me a quote for a new unit (for future reference). Very happy with the results.

Decided on new furnace at noon. They installed furnace and A/C by 5PM. They were very efficient and friendly and when they left you couldn't tell they were there, as they left nothing behind.

Took time to look at the problem and fixed it. Very professional and friendly. Was able to get someone out to fix my furnace humidifier problem within 24 hrs. Highly recommend this company

The installation was sloppy and incomplete.Two installers left without turning on the furnace internal switches, open exhaust piping,did not seal around exterior openings, bent and rubbing parts. Very disppointed.

My fiancee and I just bought our first house a few months ago and wasn't expecting our heat to go out since the previous owner had the furnace serviced as part of our purchase agreement. So needless to say I was shocked to find out the heat wasn't working at the start of winter and quickly became overwhelmed with all of the service companies out there and needing to compare prices. Especially since we didn't have a lot of time to shop around and get in-person quotes. Someone from MSP emailed me within an hour of my search on HomeAdvisor, and laid out all of the information I needed to know in order to compare. The customer service before I hired them was more than exceptional; everything was up front and I didn't even need to call them. The technician wasn't able to come the same day, but they called to schedule an appointment for the following day. I was expecting them to come at 12 so I worked from home, and was pleasantly surprised by a call around 9 asking if they could come early. Heck yes! The technician also called when he arrived so I had time to kennel my dog and make sure he parked in the right place. And to top it off, the technician was in and out in a total of 10 minutes; he diagnosed the problem AND fixed it for me. Fortunately it was a small issue (thermostat wasn't hooked up right from the previous owner) but I was still very impressed. And it's warm in my house now!! Finally, for the cost: I was expecting to pay the $88 dispatch fee and whatever the fix cost (they apply the dispatch fee to any work you have done) but the technician surprised me by offering a membership to MSP -- it's a renewable year contract for $8 a month and they offer soooo many awesome servicing/maintenance benefits. So for $11 more than the base I was expecting to pay for one trip, for the next 12 months I can have piece of mind for all cooling/plumbing/heating needs. I would absolutely recommend these people.
