Description of Work: It was so painless that I don't recall the cost or exactly when they came out to fix the deadbolt/doorknob of my antique, solid wood, original lock and handle on the front door of my house. He said "they don't make them like this any more." With a few easy parts he was in and out in under an hour. He saved the day and we were safe once again.

Description of Work: This provider opened an old antique trunk that accidentally got locked and had no key. They were responsive to my inquiries via e-mail and by phone. Upon delivery to their shop, they opened and made a new key for the chest very quickly. They were exceptionally professional and helpful in every way. We were so appreciative as the chest had been in the family for a very long time. I would return to them for service anytime as I trust their fine work and integrity. Description of Work: I was unable to turn my key in the lock easily and it was getting progressively worse. Thankfully Angie's List provided the necessary help needed. Technician named Brian responded, He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He spent a fair amount of time fixing the lock and rekeying the lock cylinder. The lock is working well (so far) and I am very pleased with the company and technician.I would definitely use them again.*
