They were very quick. Two of their guys came and moved the things very quickly. Since, they were moving so quickly, they bumped some of the things. I saw a few chips in my dresser and the drawer. But, I did not see any scratch on my piano. Their price was cheaper than the other companies.

They were very responsive and careful with my piano. They were timely and considerate. They introduced themselves, looked at the situation and talked to me about how they would do it. They told me how they would handle it and replaced it on a neighbor?s hardwood floor. They set it up and moved it to exactly where they wanted it. They knew how to protect the floor and also they also knew what they were doing handling the piano. I will use them again to move my piano back after my remodeling.

Manny and his assistant did a great job - they disassembled the legs, moved the piano, and reassembled the piano. No trouble, very professional and careful, and they sold me new disks for under the legs to better protect the hardwood floors in my home. Excellent work!

OK. Weren't the most prompt, but the work was done as agreed. VERY expensive. WAY out of line (hundreds) to move a piano less than 15 feet.

Every project Manny's has helped with has been completed with ease according to plan.

They picked the piano up. They came on time. They moved the piano to a location where we had it refurbished. It has now been moved to their storage site. They have been friendly on the phone.

The movers called when leaving the apartment and arrived roughly 30 minutes later. They were fast and courteous. I gave a B for the price only because the first 2 piano movers I called gave lower quotes, although those 2 companies also were too busy to take my last-minute request, thusly I went with Manny's. The person that took my appointment was nice.

The shipping company was the unreliable factor in this situation. Manny's was very accommodating in working with the freight company's unreliable schedule.

They did a great job. We were able to schedule the move with the powdercoater and the heating/boiler contractor with no problem. They picked up the radiators in Plymouth and handled them very carefully throughout the process. Two of the radiators are longer than 6 feet. I have no idea how much they weigh - a lot! They did a great job getting those up the front steps and into the first floor. They also took several up a flight of stairs to the second floor. The four guys really worked well as a team, talking through every step to make sure that they didn't damage the radiators or our home, and that they didn't hurt themselves. It's amazing to see how they carry something so heavy without machinery. They really know what they're doing.

Both moves went very well. We had a different team each move: both were friendly, quick, and professional. They treated a very valuable instrument with all the care that we would have hoped for!

The move was exceptionally difficult, and Manny's handled it perfectly. My piano is a 7' Mason & Hamlin, a brand famous for being heavy. It weighs over 1000 pounds -- more than most 9' concert grands. The move out involved going down a narrow staircase with a landing that was only 6" longer than the piano. On top of all that, it was horribly hot and humid that day. It's a move you might think physically impossible. I honestly don't know how those guys did it -- but they did. It's amazing watching them work. Anybody in their right mind would have charged $300 just for that move. The second half of the move was bringing the piano to the new home after it was refinished. The piano was now gleaming and new, and preserving the finish was critical. It arrived without a scratch. They're aces.

They were able to come within 2 days of the date I called for an estimate. They arrived on time, were very cautious, answered all my questions, and moved the piano quickly and safely.

Overall, I was pleased with this company. I felt their price could have been slightly lower. I would still use them again because they were reliable and dependable. They are also the closest company to my home to do this kind of work.

Manny and his assistant got the old upright out with astonishing ease and speed. The guys who had moved it in four years earlier had to take it apart, but Manny somehow got it out in one piece. No drama, no swearing. They were on time and on budget.

The movers did an excellent job negotiating narrow hallways and steps. Took very good care of the piano and reassured a very nervous person in the process. Showed up when they said they would, made the process smooth and easy.

They were good. There were no problems.

GREAT! THE CREW DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF GETTING MY HEAVY FURNITURE LOADED AND MOVED QUICKLY. WHEN THEY ARRIVED, THEY DISCOVERED THAT THEY WOULD NEED ANOTHER TRUCK TO DO THE JOB. A SECOND TRUCK WAS DISPATCHED AT NO CHARGE TO ME. EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED WITH CARE. THE CREW MADE SURE THAT FURNITURE WAS PLACED WHERE I WANTED IT. THEY EVEN OFFERED ME A CHEESEBURGER FOR LUNCH! OVERALL, GREAT EXPERIENCE.

THEY HAD TO MOVE THE PIANO DOWN STAIRS FROM THE SECOND FLOOR AND DID IT WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL. THE TUNING OF THE PIANO WAS HARDLY AFFECTED!

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL, ON TIME, HAD A GOOD PRICE, AND DID GREAT WORK.

THE MOVERS WERE ON TIME, CALLED FIRST,AND WERE VERY POLITE AND KNEW HOW TO CAREFULLY MOVE MY PIANO. I APPRECIATED THE WAY THEY RESPECTED OUR TIME, FOR BOTH PICK-UP AND DELIVERY.

DID GOOD WORK, NO DAMAGE, PLEASED OVERALL.

THE GENTLEMEN WHO DELIVERED THE PIANO WERE VERY TIMELY. THEY GAVE US A FOUR HOUR WINDOW AND SAID THEY WOULD CALL 30 MINUTES AHEAD. WE HAD ASKED IF THEY COULD MAKE US THE FIRST DELIVERY OF THE DAY. ORIGINALLY THEY COULD NOT, BUT ON DELIVERY DAY THEY WERE IN THE AREA FOR MY PICK UP AND CALLED AND SAID THEY COULD DO IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS GETTING IT OUT OF THE PRIVATE PARTIES HOUSE AND IN TO OURS. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

I'VE USED MANNY'S TO MOVE MY PIANO SEVERAL TIMES. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND ARE WILLING TO MOVE A HOUSE FULL OF FURNITURE, TOO.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY RETURNED CALLS, CALLED WITH ARRIVAL TIMES, THE WORKERS WERE EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY, AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I WOULD GIVE THEM AN A+ RATING AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING A PIANO MOVED.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. THEY CALLED ME BEFORE THEY CAME TO PICK THE PIANO UP AND CALLED THE RECIPIENT BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP FOR THE DELIVERY. THE ONLY INCONVENIENCE IS THAT THEY DON'T ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
