Had a piano delivered from Schmitt Music via Manny’s Piano Movers. Overall, they delivered my new piano in great condition. Job accomplished. However, I was very surprised that there was no regards for Covid. Have recently remodeled the house and all contractors by default were following Covid guidelines. Manny’s piano service did not, no masks, etc. Would I recommend Manny’s to friends or family at this time – depends. The service was good and job well done, but if you’re concerned about Covid, then I’d potentially look elsewhere.

Quick, efficient, know what they are doing.

The two gentlemen delivering our piano were amazing. They have piano moving down to a science. They moved out our old piano and then moved in our new piano all in about 20 minutes. They were courteous, knew exactly what they were doing, worked well as a team, and did it well--up and down stairs, round tight corners, over wet ground, cleaned their shoes, cleaned the wheels on the dolly, working smart with efficient weight-bearing straps that enabled them to do this day in, day out without relying on brute strength. They had full control of what they were doing at all times--no guess work. Pianos, carpet, walls, workers all well cared for. They are a professional company that do what they do with excellence. (They also will move other heavy items beside pianos) I was very impressed and I recommend them very highly.

I selected Manny's based on past reviews. This was a higher quote than others. I needed to move a large, heavy ceramic vase. Did a great job and no scratches.

Very well and we would use this company again, and recommend to others. Would check to see if they offer a coupon. We called one day and they made a reservation to have the very large desk moved the next afternoon. They called the next morning and asked if it would be ok to come in the morning, rather than afternoon. That was fine with us. They arrived and did the job skillfully and professionally - with great care not to harm furnishings in the home. We very very pleased with their work.

Manny's was so professional and careful with my piano. It was a difficult move involving a hydraulic lift through a back door and off a second story porch with very limited space to maneuver; but he and his excellent crew were experienced, professional and knew what they were doing. They were attentive to details I was not aware of and handled my piano as gently as you would a child. They're the only movers I would trust with my piano.

Very expensive. Unsafe. Timely. I paid over $600 to move a piano 35 miles. I also asked them if they could move a safe. Sure. Problem was, it was already on a trailer strapped down so I moved it (drove it) myself. All they did was carry it 70 feet. I felt raped for having to pay 2 guys to spend 5 minutes moving a 400# safe downhill (and get charged what I felt was $300). When they picked up the piano, I asked the two guys, "did you stretch out first?" "No, were doing that right now!". Most accidents and injuries occur from improper training. Manny's is ripe for a worker's comp claim because of clowns like these. Management needs to recognize the importance of exercise and warmup prior to lifting a piano.

Went very well. On time, quick, good attention to not damaging our furniture.

Things went well. I was able to easily schedule the move, the two men who came to move the piano were polite, courteous, efficient and fast. They padded up the piano and strapped it in and told me how to pack the rest of the pod around the piano.

Very good. They were quick and professional and didn't damage anything, which was the primary goal of hiring this out. We did have a cheaper bid, but that firm could not make the dates work that we needed.

Manny's was on time, efficient, and careful!

With one exception, it went very well. Only exception was that I had an agreement with the person I booked with that they would call me between 8 AM and noon, and give me 45 minutes to drive over to the location to open it up for them. I even confirmed this the day before. They called at 7:30 AM with the 45-minute warning, which I was totally unprepared for. Had to leave my home with things left undone, and drive very fast to get to the house to open it up for them. They still got there before I did,and were waiting for me outside.

The provider was very responsive via email and phone. The drivers/movers were punctual and did a nice job moving the large, heavy jukebox from my home.

I was able to get it moved myself so I cancelled Manny's. They were very responsive and professional; I would definitely get a quote from them again and consider their services.

The movers were fantastic. Called 30 min ahead as promised, right at the start of the delivery window. Very polite and quickly assessed that more people were needed, and the reinforcements showed quickly as well. I was comfortable chatting with them and appreciated their expertise and honesty. I would absolutely recommend them and use their services again.

The movers gave us a 5 hour window with a promise to call prior to arriving. They called and arrived within the first hour of our window. They quickly reviewed the current location of the safe and its final destination. They were very careful of our all our floors and asked about locations and options to prevent scratches and scuffs. They had a challenge getting the safe around sharp corners, a narrow doorway and short headroom on the staircase, but within 15 minutes the safe was in place and they had picked up and were on there way.

The guys from Manny's were great! They were very friendly and helpful. We moved our Grand Piano in the house from the living room up a few steps to the dining room so we could refinish the floors and add a bay window to our living room. We were able to schedule the move within a few days of our call. They were prompt and efficient. They treated our Piano with respect and concern and were very helpful in giving us hints about future moves. We scheduled a few months later for them to come back and move it back into its new home in front of our new bay window. We were very pleased. Would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

Manny's was great to work with - very prompt responses/scheduling, and the guys who moved the piano were fast, efficient, and polite. The piano was moved with zero issues and I'd certainly use them again.

FIrst, they overcame my issue of not being able to reach me on my cell for one + hours to set the time we were to meet at the designated location. Then they were good enough to come back to the south metro after going to the north metro to complete another job, again with difficulty in reaching me due to cell coverage. This was on a Saturday no less. They/we went to pick up the piano which was extremly heavy, carry it up a flight of basement stairs, transport it 40 miles, carry it up a wooded back yard to our walk out all without incident. They were extremely understanding and more importantly did it with a smile after my cell coverage issues. I would very highly recommend this company!

Here's the deal, needed a piano moved in two days before xmas as a present for my 8yr old. Contacted another provider who could not give me a better estimate on time than "between 7AM and 2PM", my seller wanted the pickup early in the day. So called Manny's on Friday the 19th to see if they could do better on a closer pickup timeframe to suit my seller. While they would have been able to schedule me on the following Tuesday (Dec 23rd), they said they could but could not commit to a more specific timeframe than 'between 7AM and Noon" (not much better than the other provider) and they quoted $275 which was $100 more than the other provider, so I did not use them. They answered the phone right away, as I mentioned were able to schedule right away and were very professional. I would consider them again in the future.
