Pickup from home in Woodbury was on time. Called to tell us when pick-up had been done and gave us an estimate of the time that they would arrive in Aitkin. Men were professional. Piano was not damaged.

Excellent experience. Checked three other piano movers and they all charge about the same. We had a window when the movers were to arriveand they were late but kept me informed. The job was not easy as it was a very old upright piano. The guys did it without harming any walls or the carpet on the steps. The fee included taking the piano to a landfill. They certainly know what they are doing. The safe was in perfect shape, they walked in saw where it needed to go, came up with a plan and got it down without any issue. Very pleased with how careful they were.

The Manny's team first moved our baby grand piano and a rug to a high rise (one freight elevator). In this, their second piano move for us, they knew where to best place the piano in the room. A week later, they moved the remainder of our household: four men, two trucks, loaded and delivered all in four hours. They work very hard, are thoughtful and well organized.

Excellent. The first moved the piano about a month ago. They called about 30 minutes in advance and move the piano out of the room being remodeled. I had them look at a very large desk I wanted moved from upstairs to the basement. About a month later I contacted them and they came on time, moved the piano and also the desk ended up being very complicated as it needed to be taken apart and then re-assembled.

When I called Manny's to set up the appointment, I was impressed by the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. When the day of the move arrived, things didn't exactly go as we discussed, however. The piano was being moved from my parents' house to mine. I was told we had the noon to 4:00 p.m. slot so I told my parents to expect them at that time. I was told I would be called when they were in route to my parents' house. I was surprised when I learned that they called my parents at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning asking if they could come over at that time. While I appreciate that they called them before coming, I felt really bad that my parents were woken up at that hour on a Saturday, well outside the time frame I had been told. Upon learning that they had picked up the piano earlier than expected, I called the main number to explain that I wasn't going to be at our house until noon, like we had planned. They said that they would be there at that time then. They came at noon and were able to get it downstairs without damaging walls or the piano. While we had communication issues, I certainly agree with the other reviews that they are very skilled at moving a piano without damaging it or the house. I would hire them again because I was very impressed with how they handled transporting, moving, and placing the piano.

They were great! Two movers arrived early and put down pads on all of the carpets. They moved two large pieces including a large desk that until now had always been moved in and out through a window. They made sure that the pieces were placed exactly where I needed them so they didn't need to moved again. They were very professional and fast, completing the job within 20 minutes. We highly recommend Manny's and will definitely use them for future moving needs.

Our overall experience was perfect. The gentlemen completely met our expectations of doing a quality job. We would recommend them to our friends and family. We appreciated their careful, competent attitude and nice personalities.

Manny's moved an upright console piano for us. They were fast with the quote, called a few days prior to confirm, and were completely accommodating with the time. Although they provided a large window within which they'd do the move, I requested that our piano move as early as possible, since we had a family Christmas gathering to attend on the afternoon of the move date. We were the first on their list, and it was about an hour between when we got the phone call from the previous owner that the movers were on their way, to when we had the piano in our living room. They were fast, courteous and completely professional.

I arranged the move of my grand piano. A time was arranged. Unexpectedly the truck broke down. The staff was on the telephone informing me of the problem and apologized. They scheduled and alternate truck and arrived as quickly as possible. They arrived packed up the piano and left. The movers were courteous and respected my environment. The move occurred without incident. I would use them again. Nicely done!

The service was phenomenal from the time I made the appointment to the day my piano was moved.

We needed to get an old valueless piano out of our basement. We inherited it from the previous homeowner 14 years ago and it was long past time for it to go. I called Manny's and they came out two days later, arriving at 7:30. The two guys (Joe and unfortunately I forget the other gentleman's name) did an outstanding job of breaking the piano up in place and shifting the whole lot upstairs and on to their truck for disposal. It took around an hour, they were as quiet as possible and made no mess, nor was there any damage. This was not easy - these guys earned their money. I'd definitely hire them again.

Manny's worked with both us and the seller to accomodate both our schedules. The movers were prompt, clean, courteous, efficient, and careful.

Nothing else to say-they were great.

The scheduler on the phone was very pleasant and efficient. We had called on two separate dates, and my order was added to an existing order, but there was no difficulty. Dwight and Derek gave us a half-hour head's up and arrived on time. They had the parlor grand off it's legs and bundled in moving blankets in no time, and the jukebox was carried up from the basement with no fuss. They even noticed that the piano's pedal board needed some work and suggested a furniture repair person who specializes in pianos. Manny's volunteered to get the pedal board to him. The move was completed quickly and carefully.

I was amazed how fast the two guys moved the safe into my house. They were extremely carful and didn't damage anything. They moved the safe from the garage (where it was delivered) to the finished basement, up 1/2 flight of stairs and down a full flight with a 180 degree turn. I shopped around and they had the best price. Spending $200 was well worth not risking injuring myself or damaging my house.

They were great. They did a wonderful job.

It went very well. The mover's were at the site at the time they said they would be. They came into the house and I showed them where the object was. They measured the object and double checked that it would fit though the doorways on the selected route out of the house. They put a pad on the floor at the top of the stair to prevent scrapes. They were always in control of the object. They worked as a team and clearly had done so before. On the delivery end of the job, they again demonstrated their professionalism. They sized up the route into the house, they double checked that the object would fit through all the doorways and hallways on the route into the house. They confirmed with me that the object was in the position I wanted it to be before finishing. Great job!

The furniture moving company that moved our furniture into our new home also stated they could move piano's at an additional charge. I paid for that extra service, but once they saw the tight turns, they wouldn't even try for fear of doing damage to the piano or to the walls. This is why I needed the piano moved from the garage into the basement. The two guys that showed up definitely knew what they were doing. They were very deliberate and knew where extra care and caution were needed so nothing got damaged. If I had one gripe, it would be a small one. The window I was given for their arrival was from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. I understand scheduling difficulties, but five hours seems a bit long. The lady that took my reservation said they could call the night before with a better estimate, but that didn't happen. Again, not a big deal and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The stairway was too narrow to use for moving the TV so they wrapped the unit in moving blankets and lowered it over a waist-high wall with straps to the floor about 12 ft below. everything went well until the back of the TV swung on the straps and gouged the wall. The damage was not serious. Because the driver knew the area so well, he took a different route and beat me home by 5 minutes. The TV worked upon arrival at its new location.

The 2 man crew showed up within the time stated. They called 30 minutes before arriving, as was agreed. They were very careful and thorough in making sure nothing was damaged on the piano, and in the home. Floors were covered, etc. Very professional crew. I'd recommend these people without hesitation.
