Manny's did a great job delivering and setting up our piano. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Manny's arrived right on time with two very professional, very nice, and very careful men named Jamie and Joe. They immediately got to work. They had to move some existing furniture out of the way to clear a path first. Then they moved a huge and very heavy green sectional sofa from our downstairs area up a curved staircase, out the door and to my garage. They also did the same with a heavy game table and four chairs, several occasional tables, an extremely heavy and awkward foosball table which was a nightmare to carry up and around the curved staircase. They also moved a very heavy old-style Sony TV upstairs even though this was not in the original bid. They then carried downstairs (still suffering with the awkward curved staircase) two very heavy leather club chairs, a heavy wooden coffee table and a drum table. They set these items up in a room downstairs. Then they put the legs on our new leather sofa and moved it into our library. All the while, they were extremely careful not to touch my hand painted walls (by hand painted I mean truly painstakingly painted by hand over a three-week time period), my oil paintings hanging in the stairwells or my curved cherry staircase railing. They also wiped their feet coming in each time since I have white carpeting down the stairs. They did all this cheerfully and professionally and would have done even more if I had asked them. They even managed to stack and store the items in our garage so that I could get my car back in the garage stall and I thought that would be impossible. I have never had a better moving experience, except possibly when Manny's moved my 7 1/2' semi-concert grand piano from another house to this one. It was such a good experience that I did something I rarely do, I called Manny, the owner, and expressed my gratitude directly for the great service I received. I would very highly recommend using this company and especially Joe and Jamie to move whatever items you have wherever you want them moved. I will definitely be using Manny's again to move future items.

We had used another piano mover in the past (did not like the colorful expletives while moving in our Concert Grand Piano). We went to Angie's list for a referral, and found MANNY's to be EXCELLENT. They were quick to respond to our phone call, gave us an accurate quote over the phone and I asked them to call 1/2 hour prior to arriving. They did ALL of the above!! They were ON TIME, moved the piano in under 1/2 hour, and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend MANNY'S PIANO for transporting and to move the piano. They took care in disassembling the piano, moving it (wrapping it in blankets) and in the other room, they reassembled the piano! They even asked me if the placement was to my liking! The movers executed a multi-step move professionally, punctually, and very quickly. They moved a baby grand from Apple Valley to a restorer in Eyota, then picked up an upright in Rochester and delivered it to Saint Paul in the same trip. We were all surprised at how quickly it went, and there were no issues. Excellent service.

Everything went as they said it would. They accomplished the move within the four hour window they had given me and they called me when they left the store to say they were on their way to my house. The piano had to go down a flight of stairs and they got it done without scratching any walls! I appreciated that the move could be done on a Saturday.

We hired Manny's to move the contents of a four bedroom home (including an upright piano) to our new home twenty minutes away. We hired two trucks and four guys so the job would go quickly. Unfortunately, only two guys and one truck showed up on time for the move. The second truck and guys didn't appear until almost two hours later. The first team of guys was very crabby about their co-workers being late. Then, these movers did not remove their shoes or wear booties, including in our new home when moving furniture in on our wood floors. They left sofa cushions stacked up (didn't bother to put them on the couch) and leaned several pieces of art and our ping pong table unassembled against walls and wall corners, which tore the drywall and freshly painted walls. Our piano was also scuffed on the top in several places following the move. It took 6 hours and we would not hire this company again.

Making the appointment was easy, the guys picked up the piano on time and delivered it ahead of schedule! They were polite, courteous and completely professional. All for $250?! Amazing. I would definitely use these guys again.

On March 5, 2014 Mannys arrived on schedule, packed my piano very securely and loaded it into the container and tied it down.They do excellent work. We could not have been happier with the experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They were punctual and professional. They called an hour before arriving, as the scheduler had said they would. Arrived exactly on time, and performed the move expertly.

There were very careful with all my things and were very acommodating while I decided where things should go.

I was very pleased with the professionlism, safety and the job well done by the movers from Manny's. I would definately recommend this moving company to anyone looking to move a heavy item.

The men were super efficient - no wasted time at all but not unnecessarily rushed either. The men were both very amiable and willing to answer all questions about their procedure. On arrival at the destination (they were late but called on two occasions to provide ETA updates), they checked out the route to move the piano in the house and actually suggested a longer route through the back door. There were only 3 steps through the back instead of 8 steps through the front door. I had some concern about the fit into the designated room. The men suggested an easier moving method than I anticipated. The re-assembly and delivery was accomplished in about the same amount of time as the pickup. They moved the piano two different times until my daughter was satisfied about the placement. Kudos to these professionals. Thank you, Sam Young

Fantastic experience, start to finish! Manny's has moved my grand piano 4-5 times, with excellent results (except for one mishap that was understandable and that they fixed pronto). No damage to my piano, care and concern for its well-being as well as a calming/reassuring/anti-stress professionalism for my own benefit and sanity LOL.

They were excellent! Great communication, fast work, and super nice people (Manny plus his son, maybe?).

Awesome experience! I was able to arrange everything via Angie's List's Messages feature. The crew showed up early, worked quickly, and had the entire move complete in less than an hour. I highly recommend them for moving a piano!

On time, good service, reasonable cost, responsive.

He used a large tall van, quilted covers for the piano so it would get banged up, two men did the move. It took them a total of 60 min. to move it from point A to point B.

Competitive rates to other quotes we got, just not a "deal" or I would give an A. Radiators are not fun nor easy to move, and the 2 men that showed up were surprised at their size (front desk person that took our order didn't want pictures that we offered to send). They did manage to move them, and were extremely careful about our house and yard (which I invited them to drive on for easier access). Not having worked with them previously I was a little concerned when they hadn't shown up within 30 minutes of the 4-hour window we'd been given. They DID show up within the window however, and were in and out within less than 30 minutes. The return trip they arrived 2 hours late, but called in advance to tell me they had a break-down that morning and were playing catch-up. Again, they called me without prompting, and it wasn't a problem for my schedule that day, fortunately. They did a nice job with the move, staying in contact, and delivering as promised (other than the breakdown--but this stuff can happen, and didn't seem sketchy in comparison to how professional the whole move was). Good, professional movers. Patient with little kids that are curious about large trucks. I would absolutely work with them again.

They were amazingly helpful on the phone. They corresponded with me through email and answered all my questions. They called and showed up on time. They completed the job with professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely use them again.

Completely amazing. After a quick tour of what was going to be moved, they started staging things in the garage. They padded everything in the truck. There weren't any new scratches on our furniture or our walls. This was definitely a value for the price.

The movers arrived exactly on time and carried my upright piano down five flights of stairs to their trailer. About 15 minutes after their arrival we were on the road to the destination. They unloaded the piano and moved it into the home in about 5 minutes. The movers were fast and professional. I highly recommend Manny's. I thought the price was very fair, especially considering they moved the piano down five fairly-narrow flights of stairs. The move could not have gone better.

They were very efficient and there was no damage to any of the furniture or equipment moved. The price was very fair and less than we had expected. Highly recommended.
