Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with garage roof. Previous roofer had installed shingles the wrong direction and without overlap so roof was leaking, Came out promptly, diagnosed very quickly, provided a reasonable estimate and scheduled and completed the reroofing promptly.. Date above is guesstimate. We were preparing house to sell and don't have documents available with details. Had gotten an estimate from another roofer that was slightly lower price (can't recall the details) but that roofer diidn't spot the root cause of the problem.

Description of Work: I spoke to a very nice woman who ran their office and she told me that John would call me immediately. Well, it has been about 5 days and I have yet to get a phone call. I understand if he is busy, but he hasn't even taken the time to inform me if he is or not.

Description of Work: Several houses in our neighborhood had hail damage. We asked this company to inspect our roof and let us know if we needed to get the insurance company out. The appointment was easy to make; the gentleman was prompt, thorough, and friendly. He explained different roofing methods to me and said our roof was in good condition. He emphasized that we were right to call and that for our sake he was pleased that there was no damage. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. We had them fix a leak around our chimney several years ago and they did an excellent job.
