William and his crew did an excellent job. Mike, the insulation guy, was punctual and professional. He meticulously sealed all the leakage areas in the attic, replaced and re-vented the bathroom exhaust fan and blew in new insulation. The attic R-value probably doubled. The roofing crew ( 5 guys) arrived around 5:30 and virtually attacked the garage roof. Within two hours, they had stripped off all the old material and replaced it with new paper and shingles. They were neat, clean and picked up all residue from the shingling. The gutter guy did an excellent job, was diligent and detailed in hanging the gutters and installing the gutter covers. I highly recommend KeyPrime Roofing and Remodeling. They've been professional, responsive and fair.

Our experience with KeyPrime Roofing & Remodeling was uniformly positive in every respect from start to finish. We initially selected KeyPrime because they were the most prompt, courteous, and informative of the three companies we received initial estimates from (the other two were among the largest and most well-known names in town for exterior work), and we are very pleased with our selection. From a customer service perspective, we couldn't have asked for anything better. William and Nick were extremely responsive throughout the engagement and consistently took time to educate us on all aspects of the project. They listened to all of our concerns, presented multiple options where possible, and offered sound recommendations when asked. In terms of workmanship, this company is top-notch. The work crew is a team of true construction professionals who are experts at their craft and take pride in giving attention to every last detail, no matter how small. They also manage to be a fun group while taking their work extremely seriously. Finally, with respect to value, I believe KeyPrime beats the competition hands-down. You may be able to find a slightly cheaper company to do the work, but you could also find a more expensive company and I believe KeyPrime delivers a value premium that even the most costly shops can't match. Overall, our experience with KeyPrime was excellent. I would hire them again and recommend them to others considering this type of exterior work without hesitation.

KeyPrime did an excellent job for us with roofing, adding gutter guards and performing some gutter maintenance. I primarily worked with William, who did a superb job on the customer service end. William answered my questions well and in a professional manner. I also spoke to and met Nick who provided very good service. Always punctual and polite. I would hire them again and strongly recommend them to others.

I'm very impressed with KeyPrime. Our contact there was William Shvets. He was very knowledgeable about the process, the materials, about cost. The price quoted was the price paid...no hidden costs. As for punctuality, you could set a clock by William's punctuality. His crew was amazing. Some of the most efficient and hard working people. I watched them work and if you appreciate good craftsmanship...you'd appreciate them. The cleanup was another amazing part of the process. At the end of the project, I walked the grounds and found 1 roofing nail tucked away under a boulder. That speaks to their meticulous work ethic. One last but very important reason I hired William and KeyPrime, they were the third company in the bidding process. The first was the lowest bid, the second the highest. The first didn't find or didn't mention some important areas that needed attention. The second did tell me about a couple of things that I'd the first company missed. William, on the other hand was so much more thorough and found and addressed even more. But it wasn't just finding things....he took the time to show them to me and explain the importance of addressing them. Ergo...a detailed estimate that was the actual cost. One area that no one could foresee in roofing is the condition of the plywood sheets under the shingles. They found nothing that had to be replaced. Am I happy with KeyPrime...you betcha! Would I use them again for other remodeling projects...you betcha! If Angie's List had an A++ rating that's what I'd give KeyPrime. I'm a very effusive person, absolutely no connection with KeyPrime other than being a very satisfied client.

Keyprime is great. We've had them do several projects for us over the last few years and will continue to use them for our exterior house needs.

Installation and end product excellent, no regrets. A couple small issues: because they did not arrive with all necessary materials, project took 1-1/2 days instead of estimated half day; they were not quite as careful with the tear-off as we were lead to believe, but responded promptly when we noted problems. To their credit, when an old vent stack unexpectedly fell apart, they replaced it quickly, and included it within original quote.

Keyprime was the 4th contractor I contacted to get a quote for my roof. William came out the same day I called. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He even informed me about my shingles potentially being a part of a class action suit that could result in a small settlement. He also found wind damage to my roof that somehow the other 3 contractors missed. William and Pam met with my insurance adjuster and to my surprise the roof of the house was covered because of the wind damage. Within a week I was contacted by the job supervisor and was given a date they would start. The entire project was done start to finish within 3 weeks of my initial call to Keyprime. It took linger for me to pay my invoice having to wait for insurance and all that. This was the best experience I've had when it comes to home repairs and renovations. I would recommend Keyprime to anyone looking for a new roof. I will likely use them for windows and siding projects in the future.

I would give Keyprime Roofing an A+ rating. My first experience with them was when I had a leak coming down the wall of an extended office. I had asked another roofing company to check the roof of the office a year earlier when the leak was minor. They couldn’t find any evidence of a leak. However, the leak persisted and became substantial. That’s when I called William Shvets of Keyprime. He arrived right on time of the scheduled appointment, climbed up on the roof and took photos of where he thought the leak was coming from, which was the caulking along the flashing next to the exterior of the building. He had one of his crew return to re-caulk. A couple days later, after a hard rain, he called to make sure the leak was fixed. I noticed that there was still a slight leak, so he sent his guy back out again, which took care of the leak. This past fall, I had William come out and install heating cables on the main roof. I had some water damage to a couple of my inside walls. He patiently and thoroughly presented my options from least expensive (heating cables) to the most (entire new roof). I elected the least expensive which involved installing a couple more roof vents and running heating cables on all four corners of the house. William installed the cables efficiently so that I only had to use two outlets. He even came out later after the first snow to make sure they were working properly.

When I called I was told that do what I was asking. When the person came he had no clue what was going on and said the work could not be done as what I was asking.

Keyprime was great. Responsive, timely, cleaned up, and awesome communication. They offered different options and gave recommendations that suited the needs of our family given how long we would be staying at the house etc. They consistently checked in to ensure satisfaction and were highly responsive and flexible with changes or questions. So easy to work with them!

The weather was bad most of the time. It was raining some of the days they were here. The clean up was not good. They used a magnetic thing on the driveway which helped to clean up nails. There was all kinds of old roofing and shingles left around the house in the yard. I was using my blower vac to pick up leaves and something in the yard broke the blade, so had to get a new one . Window wraps were the last thing done and they did not start on the day they said they were gonna, which was 11/15. No one called or showed up. I called company to see what was going on and they were supposed to check and let me know. No one bothered to call me back. They finally showed up on 11/28 at about 10:00 am and it started thundering and lightning. He left when it started hailing. I felt bad for the guy. Seems like every time he came to work on it it was crummy weather.

Beautiful job! Excellent experience from start to finish working with Keyprime. William was prompt, responsive, explained everything that would be done, was patient with my questions, and the crew did a shockingly good job at cleaning up! Crew even kept everything tidy overnight before day 2, so I didn't worry about my dogs stepping on nails. William was great with checking everything over when it was done. Crew was very pleasant and on time. Neighbors keep telling me how beautiful the roof looks! William was by far the most professional of all 4 estimates I got.

They did an amazing job. The price was under every other service provider and they even refunded $500 because of extra material that was not used. They were fast, efficient , and professional.

This was a pride of craftsmanship that I hadn't come across before. We subsequently used Keyprime to replace our 20 year old roof. William did all the legwork with the insurance company. We didn't have to do a thing, other than sign some papers and pay our insurance deductible. William spared us the entire hassle of dealing with the insurance company. The new roof looks fantastic. Done on time. No mess less afterward. Finally, we hired Keyprime to replace a worn out exterior door and replace some baseboard around our kitchen cabinets. The work was done perfectly and the price was quite reasonable. We've hired various companies over the years to do a variety of repair work around our house. I can honestly say that we've never worked with a company that I have come to trust as much as Keyprime. I'm sorry to sound like a commercial, but any repairs that we have for the future, I will first check with Keyprime to see first if this is something that is in their wheelhouse. I can't recommend them highly enough.

From the first day I met with William for an estimate to replace siding on the whole house, he was very pleasant, professional and knowledgable. In addition to explaining all the different options and materials, the estimate was very reasonable and was started and completed within the time promised. All my questions were always answered patiently, and communications were prompt, clear and courteous. I would definitely hire Keyprime for any future project (already being planned!) and would highly recommend their business to anyone who values professionalism.

Excellent. I got four bids. William Shvets was the most professional of all of the contractors who bid on the project. His estimating program created a quote that almost matched the insurance report to the dollar! Very impressive. He was very professional, thorough and patient as he covered all my options. I very much liked that he was by no means a high pressure salesman and never tried to steer me to the most expensive options. The roof was replaced on schedule with very little disruption for me and my family. Cleaned up the mess nicely. The siding repair team and the painters were professional, neat, thorough and detailed. Very good job, again with minimum disruption for my family. William checked in with me almost ever day just to make sure all was going the way I wanted it to. Again, very impressive and, honestly, made me feel he really did care about the job he was doing for me. Overall, KeyPrime did an excellent job and I am very happy with the result. Would highly recommend them.

I needed some deteriorated portions of my garage replaced. Keyprime was the ONLY company I contacted willing to do a repair. They came quickly for the estimate, did the work as contracted, and cleaned up. The garage is in good shape now. I'm quite satisfied with their performance, and recommend them to anyone who needs siding repair. And later, when I asked about a problem with my rain gutter, they told me of a quick, cheap way to fix it myself.

Faced with an inspection report and addendum to purchase agreement for installation of flashing on our garage roof, my husband called 10 companies who said they were too busy with all the recent storms. I made one call to William who said he could have a gentleman come out to look at what we needed that evening. He called to clarify what was required because there was flashing already installed and after reading over the purchase agreement, realized it was the metal kick plate. He informed me there was a minimum charge and they would be able to complete the work prior to our deadline. All without us even needing to be home which was a huge relief! They called to schedule the services the Monday after I purchased the deal. Got scheduled within a couple of weeks at a time I preferred. Was a little late arriving but called and sent an e-mail to let me know. Nick was very pleasant and worked quickly in high heat. I would recommend Keyprime.
