Knowing our customers feedback allows us to always improve and be better. I would like to let you know that i have personally reviewed the estimate my sales manager (Justin) have prepared and emailed you back in the beginning of December of last year to ensure he didn't make any mistakes. After careful review of the proposal sent to you, i can tell you that the estimate that was created for your complete siding with windows and patio door replacement is correct. I personally do agree with your comment that the cost is on the high end. I wish i had control over the cost of the materials. Last year alone, most manufacturers have raised the cost of the materials by over 15% and last week I received another price increase from our suppliers saying the material on the windows we priced out for you will be going up by 7%-10% effective February of this year. I would like to let you know that there are many products available in this market at more affordable cost. Description of Work: KeyPrime did an excellent job. Nick fixed the garage siding including meeting me at Lowe's because I couldn't fit the siding into my own car. Plus, Nick caulked the old windows as needed. He was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I received an estimate from key prime for soffits and fascia on my garage. It was the most thorough and specific estimate I received also quoted replacing thing other companies did not include that were rotting. Also 1k more than any other quotes. Still contemplating using them because of how thorough they seem to be and the warranties they provide. However I'd like to get a few more estimates including all the work this quote included knowing what I know now.

Description of Work: Working with dispatch was fine, we gave address where work was to be perform, quick rundown of services needed (they assured us they could do it), we asked if we needed to have the material for them (they told us that they would look at what needed to be done and then use the correct material for the repair) and we set a time and date (June 18th, 2015 @ 11:AM). They did not show up until 1:30PM, did not have any material with them (and told us that we should have had the material contrary to the dispatch), and showed up at the billing address and not where we told the dispatch where the work was to be done. When the gentleman(1.5 hours late) came he told us that he could not do anything for us because we did not have the materials for him. We would greatly appreciate a refund, as we do not want to work with this company.

Hello [Member Name Removed], my name is William and i am the Operations Manager at KEYPRIME. I have looked into this situation and would like to personally apologize for the miss understanding we had. You've purchased our special $99 deal for Two hours of exterior Services. When you've made the purchase, you've asked us to contact "James" to schedule repair date. I personally contacted James to set up the repair date and time. We've set the date on June 18th, 2015 at 11am, when i asked James what would we be doing there for you and he said "Shingles breaking away on the walls need to be replaced, siding needs to be sealed, might need technician for more than 2 hours" he never mentioned of a different address where the services would have to be performed or for us to buy the materials. Out technician was running late that day, and i personally called James to reschedule for 12pm, he said that it wasn't a problem. When our technician has arrived at the address on file (which turned out to be a billing address with no one at home) he contacted James directly and received a correct address, upon arrival at the correct address he was told that he was supposed to have siding materials with him. He mentioned that In our deal it states: (Deal includes white or clear caulk. Member may provide other colors at members' expense. Materials must be present on day of service) it is simply impossible for us to know of the type of materials you have on your house before coming out and looking at the property. He was asked to leave. Again, i deeply apologize for the miss understanding and would like to personally offer you a free inspection and estimate which would include material and labor cost. Nick was very professional and knowledgable. He had me walk around the house and show him what needed to be fixed and had me inspect it after he had done the work. We missed a couple of spots the first time around the house, so he went back up on the ladder to fix the newly found spots without question. I was very please at how fast and efficient he was at getting the work done.

KeyPrime Inc replace my old deteriorating siding whit new LP siding did excellent job whit matching color of the siding and color of he trim I love the colors they provided me whit. Every day crew clean everything perfectly no garbage left behind All of guys in crew was relay responsible I will defiantly use this company again. I will defiantly recommend this company to my friends and my family members.
