Description of Work: Very professional move-out cleaning of my house. It was spotless and ready for renters to move in immediately.

Description of Work: Complete housecleaning of 2600 sq ft home from light fixtures to smallest dust catchers. Very fast, professional cleaning crew. Very protective of hardwood floors, used their own supplies and equipment. Left the house smelling wonderfully fresh with not a speck of dust in sight. Excellent work. |We have hired Karina's Cleaning several times before with the same excellent results. Karina works by cell phone and text, not email. Timing and prices are always estimates, as she runs two very busy 4-person crews. If you have a fixed budget, establish that at the time you set up an appointment and discuss what you most need to get done.

Description of Work: I've had 5-6 cleaning services over the past several years and Karina's cleaning comes out on top or very near the top. I've had both of her crews clean my home; I prefer it when Karina comes with the crew as they seem more detailed and tend to spend more time. I have a large home and it takes 3 people 2-4 hours to clean the entire house. They get to work immediately upon arriving and seem to have an organized process that they follow. I've had whole house cleaning and limited cleaning (no bedrooms or minus one floor) and so the price has varied from $140-$320 and also depends on how long between cleanings. My only complaint is that they have occasionally been quite late and in one case didn't even plan to come the day I had scheduled (I did call and Karina worked me in later in the afternoon). Sometimes it can take several days for a return phone call. Having said that, if you have some flexibility in your schedule and a little patience, you won't be disappointed in the results.

Description of Work: I had had severe back problems, and had not been able to clean or vacuum for several months. She had 2 people come to my house. They started work immediately, were very quiet, but worked the entire time they were here. They were both very pleasant, although one of the employees had limited English. My house looked wonderful, and smelled so clean! I plan to use her services on a monthly maintenance basis after the New Year.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning of house. Windows, blinds, walls, dusting, entire bathroom, light fixtures, entire kitchen including inside cupboards, baseboards, vacuumed carpets and cleaned wood floors.

Description of Work: We needed a few things taken care of in our home such as installing new smoke alarms, wrought iron railing scraped and painted,front door threshold replaced and door reset as it was somewhat warped and replacing the spring closure on the storm door, plus the back door sanded and varnished.
