I don't think I ever saw 3 more industrious ladies get right in to it. Though they'd never seen the place, it took but a moment to divide and conquer. They made mincemeat pie out of 5 dirty rooms, that I hardly recognized when they were done! I couldn't be happier. And they were serious about getting it done and done right! They were most polite and gracious. This upper duplex is rather small, so for three women plus me to keep busy and not get in each others way was a true miracle. I am totally impressed, and if I can afford it, these 3 ladies are definitely on my please come back list. They were thorough, got into all the nooks and crannies and spit shined this place up like it was going for inspection! I know what they did wasn't easy, in such a small area and I think they were proud of what they'd done. As well they should have been. I am 110% impressed and would highly recommend Heaven Scent to any and every one who was interested! And they cleaned up after themselves too, so there was no trail of all the tools used and dirtied in order to spic and span this place out! ... from the bottom of my heart. ladies... THANK YOU!!! I purchased the offer of 6 hours cleaning for $99. Robin called and said traffic was a little heavy so they were a little late. The team of 4 worked constantly upon arrival for 1 1/2 hrs and cleaned up rooms that hadn't been dusted in a while. Very professional and hard working. They even impressed my 91 year old father who is very grumpy. :)

Overall, the service was okay. I was able to get into the schedule within the first week after purchasing the big deal. I was clear that I was using this as a basis for whether or not I would hire this company ongoing for a biweekly cleaning. When I arrived home, everything was fairly clean but I wasn't wowed. While they washed the kitchen floor, they decided not to move two stools and clean the area around our kitchen bench. We just built it the previous weekend so there was some saw dust and a some dirt from the garage still hanging out in the corner, so I'm 100% sure they just didn't bother to clean the entire area. They also decided that my 3 seasons patio which is fully enclosed and only has an entrance from the house was an "outdoor" area (excluded from the big deal) and didn't bother to mop the tile floor out there. I get it, but clear they were not willing to go above and beyond while trying to earn my business. I can't imagine what it would be like 6 months from now. Anyway, service was okay, but not great.

This was our first time using a cleaning service through Angie's list and we were very happy with the results... The crew showed up on time, were very friendly, very professional and very efficient. Robin came over to the house and introduced herself and the crew, explained her process and philosophy and even stayed to help with the cleaning and walk me through the house to show me what was done...I loved the fact that everyone took a few minutes to greet the cats and ask what their habits were and they were also interested in any allergy issues the family had and took note of any special requests.. Could not have been happier with the service and we will definitely be using them again in the future...

When I called the company I was surprised to hear that that they would be in my area on the next Monday and could come in the afternoon. They had 3 other houses to clean that morning. They arrived in the early afternoon of the 19th, left their shoes on the front porch, introduced themselves and the head person asked what I wanted to have done. After explaining the work I wanted done they divided up the duties (4 people) and went right to work. The house was sparkling when they left. They were very complete and did things I didn't ask to be done. Dusted woodwork, swept up the hardwood floors and then cleaned them with a damp mop. Dusted all the bookshelves, the chairs in the dining room, washed down the stools at the kitchen island, etc. My husband and I were very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism. Would definitely have them here again.

BMy son needed his house cleaned before he put it on the market so I purchased this Angie's List deal. Robin was very helpful in scheduling and worked with me to get it scheduled quickly. Robin and her crew of 4 showed up on time and got right to work. The hardwood floors and bathrooms sparkled when they were done. They cleaned the kitchen and even a few windows. They also vacuumed the living room carpet. Robin and her crew did an outstanding job, more than we ever expected. They are hard workers yet very friendly. Needless to say, we are very impressed with Heaven Scent Home Cleaning and will use them in the future.

I was not present but my daughter-in-law let them in. After some tracking down of the key they were let in a bit late because there was some phone calling glitch. They had had a cancellation on Friday and we needed someone right away so they came. There were a few renovations still remaining so they cleaned what they could.

Heaven Scent does a great job. We feel like we are coming home to a hotel every time they clean - everything is super clean, the kleenex is arranged in a fancy way, the bed is made perfectly, all the hardware is shiny, etc. We are both lawyers with demanding jobs, and hiring Heaven Scent has drastically reduced our stress levels and enabled us to use our time away from work to do things we really care about. We can be sort of stingy with money, but Heaven Scent is money well-spent.

Robin & her crew have been cleaning my house for approximately three years. Right now they clean once a month. They are always punctual, efficient, hard working & nice. Most of all they are trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Robin calls before they come in to clean, confirms what they will be doing and follows through exactly as planned.
