They did the basics but given that the area to be cleaned was only 1200 square feet, they could have done things like dust the blinds and wipe down the cabinet fronts. Dusting of furniture and floors and sinks looked good though.

My biggest issue was trying to get something scheduled. It took two contacts to Angie's List to get someone to call me. Once the cleaners were there (4 of them for my small two bedroom house!), they did a great job and were pleasant to deal with.

I was so excited about this Big Deal as my house needed a good cleaning. I booked the cleaning, took the day off, and no one arrived. I looked at my email confirmation and they should have been there. I called and they had the date mixed up and would rebook the time. The cleaners arrived and seemed very nice. They divided up the work load between the 4 of them. The Deal was for 6 hours total of cleaning. They left after just over a total of 5 hours. Once they left, I scanned the room and there was thick dust on one chest and the hallway had not been cleaned at all. The supervisor came back about 10 minutes later after i think he realized they did not give me the full 6 hours. He stayed about 15 minutes and cleaned one more room, which was nice. After he left, i checked the upstairs and noticed that the bathroom had barely been cleaned and I only noticed one swipe across the counter. The outside of the toilet had not been touched and the rest of the counter was filthy. I was so dissappointed as I thought I would try them and if they were good, I would hire them for weekly cleanings. I am sad to say that I will not do so.

The team of 4 came on time and were very nice. They wanted to know the areas to focus on which I informed them of before I left. When I came back after they had finished, the hardwood floors were cleaned very well (which was one point of focus). Overall, I was very impressed as we've struggled with housecleaning companies in the past.

They did a great job! The house was cleaned from the bedroom to the kitchen. All surfaces her shiny and smelled awesome! The team was on time, listened to our needs and did a great job. You may need to let them use your vacuum for efficiency and may need to provide a step stool for higher up spots. Great job!

All of the people were pleasant, courteous, professional and diligent.

They came on time, needed only an overview of the rooms and got done in a little over 2 house what would have taken me most of the day. Professional with good leadership and follow though.

Lead worker came in first and clarified exactly what I wanted done. The women were quite thorough in their cleaning. I was pleased with their work and appreciated their friendliness.

Very professional and on time. Robin was polite and I have referred her to clients too. I am a Realtor and those who are moving are always looking for a quality service to help them in the final stages of moving and getting the home ready either for sale or for the next home owner. I would recommend them highly!

The cleaning was ok for the cost. The crew did not have basic supplies or tools, dusting clothes for wood blinds, a step ladder? There was also training in process for one of the crew, unfortunately on my time.The crew was on time and personable.

,Four people came to clean my home, every one did a good job. They asked if they could use my vacuum witch was strange,they had one of there own.It took them two and half to clean.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 6 hours of housecleaning for $99 (touted as a $160 value). Had a mix up on the original scheduled date, when the owner (Robin) was supposed to call my cell phone when the team was 30 minutes out so I could meet them at my home. Unfortunately, Robin called my home phone so I was not alerted to their impending arrival. Robin rescheduled for a date two weeks in the future, and DID call my cell this time (approximately an hour earlier than I was expecting it, but I worked from home for the day so it all worked out). Robin and her team cleaned our main floor -- kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and one bedroom (I had them skip the office, as that is where I was working) -- and the upper floor, which included two bedrooms, a full bath and a large landing/hallway area. The cleaning quality was quite good, although I noticed a couple of things after the crew left: the shower doors were not cleaned in the bathroom, nor were the hardwood floors mopped (although they were swept). The crew was very pleasant and friendly. I asked for a quote for regular cleaning, and was told $85 each time for twice a month, or $110 for once a month. I'm not sure I received "$160 of value" for this big deal, but I started the weekend with a clean house, and that made me happy. I may use them again.

Robin was great! They were super busy from the big deal, but she promptly returned every message and communicated availability. They cleaned my home from top to bottom and did a great job! I hired them to do a monthly cleaning!

We purchased one of their Angie's List specials and were very happy with the work. That went way above and beyond what we expected including organizing areas so that they do a better job dusting. I would have expected them to just dust around the clutter. My was was very impressed!

They did a good job but could not finish the house as they ran out of time. I was the last one on their list. I had asked for a morning appointment and got the last one at the end of the day.

Thorough job! Two things I hate about cleaning people is rearranging my things (My decor is as I like it-I haven't asked for interior decorating) and breaking stuff without telling me. Heaven Scent did break a perfume bottle (which was of little value) and told me immediately and apologised and offered to make it right. PERFECT! None of the four people who came felt a need to re-do my arrangements- they cleaned each item and replaced it as it was. ALSO PERFECT

Upon arriving and looking at the situation she said that it would be more money. This was a 1500 sq foot home with NO carpet - so floors needed swept and then washed. Yes they were more tracked in dust/sand because of the move out (the same day), but I would think this would have been done anyway! So after paying the extra money the floors were done. So nothing extra for move out service (no appliances, no cupboards, no windows) - just floors and the 2 bathrooms. All looked fine when done - and I really liked the people - just didn't think that it should have cost more money.. After a day of moving it was nice to not have to go back and clean so I was still happy with the service - but ended up not really getting a special price by my opinion.

There was initially a little miscommunication about confirming the date of service but that was quickly cleared up. I was not home when they cleaned (my daughter was there) but they did a wonderful job.

The crew worked hard and did a good job. There was some confusion at the beginning about how long they would work, but it was quickly straightened out with a phone call to their office. The scheduler responded almost immediately after I made the purchase to schedule the cleaning. I had given a choice of several dates, as I wanted the cleaning done a week before a family wedding. I was able to schedule for that week, but some days were unavailable, so my only recommendation would be to be sure to schedule in advance.

Team of four came to clean our home and were in and out in less then two hours. We work from home so speed and quality are equally important to us. Both were met and have asked them to contact us about future cleaning.

They were great. Very professional . Robin gave her crew their assignments and they split up and got to it. I alreday have them booked for another date.

The attention to detail was wonderful. They even dusted my windowsills.

Overall was excellent. The main bathroom seemed to be the only place that could use improvement. I have an old tub, which was hard to clean, but it didn't looked like that it had been barely wiped down.
