It was fine although they needed to reschedule three times and this rescheduling caused us to need to miss work. They did what they were supposed to do.

It went fine. They did a nice job. She was really personable, but it was bit tough to schedule because they were swamped. They sent three people and it took them two hours. They were punctual and professional.

Robin was very much "heaven sent"!!! I had just moved from an apartment to a new home and threw out my back while moving. I needed to get the apartment back in order (older building, older appliances and bathtub/sink that were porus and had retained stains) and couldn't do it myself. It was short notice, but Robin was awesome - kept the communication going from the time I contacted her through the cleaning and following up afterwards. She performed miracles - the place looked great. Robin (and her crew) were professional, friendly, hard-working and I would use their services again in a heartbeat!

They did a nice thorough job cleaning my home. They even vacuumed into the corners of the rooms, and cleaned my glass table and door. On top of that, they were polite and comfortable to have in my home. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others in the future.

It went well - staff were prompt and personable. Cleaning was sufficient albeit not as deep/thorough, in general, as with two other Angie's List providers whose vouchers I have purchased. That said, one worker did take the initiative to closely vacuum around radiators where there was peeling paint. The name 'Heaven Scent' refers to a scented product used at the end of the cleaning process which I was not asked about in advance and which I would not have chosen to be done.

It went very well. The team was punctual, professional and I felt quite comfortable with them in my home. They did a grea job and I would definitely have them back.

It went good. They were very efficient. There were about four workers. I was very happy with them.

Everything went well, and we had no issues with the service. The crew showed on time, did a thorough cleaning, and acted professionally while doing the work.

Overall, things went well. They did a good, thorough job cleaning. The only hiccup was they had originally scheduled a time three weeks prior and simply did not show up. They somehow did not put us on the schedule. When we called to inquire/reschedule the best they could do was three weeks later. It ended up working out OK as that would have been right before my son's birthday. Other than that SNAFU, things were fine and they did a good job.

I had just moved into my home and was in need of a good housekeeping. Unfortunately, I was not "ready" right away so we delayed scheduling. We did finally agree on a date, but on the date, no one came. The provider and I had had a miscommunication apparently. We scheduled another date and the same thing happened. We continued to try to schedule a date and the provider was extremely apologetic and very professional about our prior mis-cues. Both the provider and I were in regular communication, but between us, we could just never make it happen (both the provider's availability and mine were limited). I would have loved to work with Heaven Scent, but it just wasn't in the stars this time! Robin was so nice and so diligent - and I did the best I could, too.

It went very well. The owner was here, along with her extra help. I will probably use them on a regular basis.

The staff did a fantastic job of cleaning our 1,000 sq ft home. They were thorough, professional, and in great spirits the entire time. Our house is spotless because of their hard work. Would definitely use them again. Very polite and very nice job!

We exchanged a couple of emails about scheduling. On day of service, she called me to adjust start time due to being "locked out" at previous home. That was fine with me and I appreciated the call. When they arrived she immediately looked around and said this and that wasn't covered under the big deal, specifically that there was construction dust and dirty house. I said I was not asking her to clean in the construction area at all. There was minimal dust mostly due to house not being cleaned for a while. She said up charge would be $110 which was more than cost of big deal and twice what I already had paid. I did not agree with her assessment. No deal.

The only reason I scored them a B for responsiveness is it took almost a month to get scheduled. (Bad for us; Good for them, it means they are really busy) It went really well.

Service was purchased through an Angie List special for $105. Crew of 4 arrived to do cleaning and after looking at house they indicated that the area was twice the area allowed in the special. I had not read that in the specifications and could not argue differently. Since they were already here I agreed to pay the extra. The work done was satisfactory but did not meet my expectations for the number of people doing the work and the price requested. The biggest disappointment was work done dusting the hutch. The dusting was done but items in the hutch were totally disorganized and not even distributed evenly.

I used a coupon and we thought this company was very courteous, professional, and efficient. They were concerned to do a good job: regularly got right down on the floor to clean as efficiently as possible under the bed. The workers were very nice.

When the cleaners arrived, they weren't sure what to do -- I had bought a coupon, but the communication between management and labor seemed a little vague. Much of the job was done quite well. However, they paid little attention to floors and, although the other services in the house were wiped clean, those in my study -- desks and tables -- were not.

Robin and her crew were right on time, came in and got to work. Within an hour and a half, they were finished. The house not only looked and felt clean, but my shower was the cleanest its been in years.

They were very efficient and did a good job cleaning. The supervisor who came with the people checked everything over once his people were down. They were very professional when they were here.

It was pretty simple to schedule an appointment and they provided their own supplies. There were no additional costs beyond the work that did. Everything went well. That work was mediocre.

It was fine, nothing special; just fine. I bought it in August and then they said they couldn’t come until September and I was kind of frustrated about that, then I called them back and I said September and they said no, we had to wait until October because they were booked. They didn’t have any additional fees but I think I tipped them. They were fine, they were friendly and they were reliable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I have a better vacuum cleaner than they did but they came prepared with what they had so they did that fine. I think they brought all their own stuff. I didn’t have any complaints other than the fact that my vacuum cleaner was better than theirs was. They came in all prepared to go so I just let them use whatever they were used to using. Their price was good; it was cheaper than what I could have got otherwise, so it was a savings for me. They were very, very popular, so they were just very busy because of the Angie’s List offer so they couldn’t get me in as early as I would have liked. However, that was unusual situation; I don’t know if that is the case in general practice. I found some individual that could come and do it that was cheaper but if I had to go to a cleaning service, I would go back to them.

They were excellent. I mentioned I had been trying to get my toilet in the powder room unclogged, and they took care of that for me.

It was our first time using a cleaning service and they were very professional, My parents happened to be visiting and said that they worked very hard and were efficient. We are having them clean again this month and considering to higher them monthly.
