Description of Work: I was impressed with thoroughness of the cleaning. They did the basics and then some - lifting the range top to clean under it an the drip pans. I've never had that done without asking for it. Dusted well, including hanging lights. I used a coupon to pay so I don't know what they normally charge.

Description of Work: $99 for six cleaning hours + gratuity was a team of three + manager. The manager was on point and directed the less motivated cleaner to easier tasks and did the extra diligent work himself.

Description of Work: I've used these guys a few times. I've had other cleaners and Heaven Scent has been the most consistent. Kind. Trustworthy. Decided to finally sign a contract with them.

Description of Work: They came with a group of 4 workers, very friendly. They dusted & vacuumed the Dining rm/Living rm. Cleaned the kitchen & floor & counters, cleaned the bathroom and dusted & swept the laundry room. | |The cost was more than I expected, higher than quoted on the phone, but she had not seen the house yet. The vacuum they used did not pick up very well, after they left, found missed spots and did not get the edges of the room.

Description of Work: Cleaned my house from top to bottom. Did a great job, but I am missing a broken piece of pottery that was on my dresser, that I wanted to glue back together. They must have taken the garbage, because I cannot find it.

Description of Work: 3 ladies, each got right into a section of the house and did her thing. Very friendly and professional. For a house that hadn't seen a good cleaning for years, the result was fantastic. I felt like they cleaned as if it were their own home. Not superficial, or one swipe across a surface - solid and thorough. They did an amazing job for the short time they were at location.

Description of Work: I purchased an angie's list deal for home cleaning. Heaven Scent arrived on time with a team of 4. They were polite, responsive and worked hard the whole time. The team manager, Kelly, was detail oriented and very carefully checked to see that all the work was up to his standards. I would definitely use again.

Description of Work: The team arrived as planned to complete a thorough cleaning of my house prior to listing it for sale. They worked quickly, and I had to move fast to keep ahead of them. The house looked great for the sale shots - thanks!

Description of Work: They cleaned for just under two hours. Cleaning time apparently begins from the time they arrive in the driveway not when they begin cleaning. Three women cleaned and did a good job.

Description of Work: I purchased a Angie's List deal and had my house cleaned one time. Robin was easy to work with, we set up a date and the team showed up as expected. Thinks looked good until two days later when I was home during the day and noticed that my stainless steel appliances had swirly fine scratches all over them. Of course it is impossible to prove that these were not present before (but they weren't...new fridge within the year). Robin explained that "we clean stainless steel all the time - we use only a soft cloth and Windex" which I realize they must, but something happened that day. She came out and assessed the situation. Promised to follow up but hasn't. I know she must think I'm some kook looking for a settlement or something but I'm not. Just a gal with a dirty house and a new fridge that I happen to love a lot (strange attachments to my hard-earned appliances) that is now forever damaged due to someone's carelessness. I'm bummed out.
