Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List deal offer and was incredibly pleased - Robin responded quickly and confirmed a date, and the crew of 4 that came was very thorough and professional, and had a lot of pride in their work. I was impressed with the number of years each had been with the company, and how they had their "focus" areas. I have tried several cleaning crews during the last few years and while all were good, Heaven Scent paid attention to the details without me asking - from wiping down window sills to bathroom fans to light fixtures. We will hire them again.

Note from (member name removed) i notice coupon is good for three months. Would like to schedule your service as late as possible as we just had all our carpets steam cleaned thoroughly. I have copied and pasted the note above from Mrs. (member name removed) when she intially purchased the big deal and my response to her was I wanted to make sure she understood that we are not a carpet cleaning service, we are a house cleaning service since she mentioned she had just had her carpets cleaned. And I told her she could get a full refund from Angies List if she thought we were a carpet cleaning company. She called me on Thursday August 22, 2013 and was upset because I had not called her to schdule service as she said all the people she has used from Angies List do and I expressed that she never responded back to be regarding if she understood we were a house cleaning company. She was clearly upset with me and I expressed to her that her tone was not appropriate and that I could clean her home if she could please let me know via the Angies list message center her proposed dates at which time she said no and she never does that and I explained that we had a huge response to our deal we ran and that it is easier for me to keep track of the deals that way and she said to call her I believe to set something up close to the experation of the deal and now she writes this review I feel in an attempt to misrepresent my company that I have worked hard to build.
