They're actually pretty good, I mean there was two separate teams obviously some of them for electrical and some are for plumbing but I give them a B they're on time, fair priced, punctual, respectful, did the work, let me know what was going on and it was fine by me.

We had an amazing expirrnece with this company. The owner, and craftsman were professional and really listened to our wants and needs. I was exponentially impressed with the amount of communication throughout the process. I have already sent referrals their way.

I purchased a handyman for a day deal (or maybe it was a 1/2 day...it's been 5 years). Carpenter was very punctual. Took the time to evaluate what needed to be done. Carefully performed the work and cleaned everything up when done. I was very pleased with the end result.

It went just fine. No issues at all. Everything we wanted addressed was.

They did the job and the bathroom came out just fine. There were no issues. The workers were cordial and professional. Except for a problem of finding a toilet to put in, it all went very quickly.

They couldn’t do plaster repair for my old home.

Started off with minor repairs. Then decided to do other services, Reframing bathroom door with the cheapest cra ever- still a 1 inch gap. Replaced ceiling drywall-as in tacking up a block - no setting or finishing edges. Baseboard in bed room- no bevels, corner point gaps filled with caulk. Nice job installing Styrofoam ceiling- but took them days- not hours. Metallic paint in bedroom applied wrong so tacky surface texture and had to redo spots just not done. Finally installed a door by caulking it on- seriously. When I finally realized what clowns they were it cost me thousands in re-do costs

That turned out fine and they were great. I have been trying to contact them again to use their services.

He worked steadily (and knowledgeably) through everything. I even came up with a couple of additional things towards the end when it was clear he would finish with time left over. Was a great deal, and so convenient to get so many little nuisance things taken care of in one day.

They were okay. He was not very professional and his work was not very good, it was incomplete. It had to be redone.

I was and I give that one a partial success. They ended up finishing a hallway for me that actually had to be torn down and redone. It sounds like the first time it just didn't happen very well. This was done 8 to 9 months ago. The approximate cost of service was the $99 big deal for 2 hours service. I have used them for the drywall.

He was on time and pleasant. The crack is back again though.

Deal expired. I was in the hospital and did not know the offer had an expiration date.

They never called me back to set up an appointment.

Perhaps I misunderstood or did not read the fine print but I thought I was getting plaster repair, up to 4 hours, in anticipation of getting the interior painted. I was not sure what this would entail but I knew I needed it. A worker arrived with a can of spackle and was done under 30 minutes. I am not very gifted in home repair but I think even I could have done that. I will ask better questions next time.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay; it wasn't amazing. He came out and did the part that was easy to do and I was left with the sanding and finishing or I could have hired him to do more. The guy was nice and they were fine. I think they wanted me to spend more money for them to do the harder part of the job. I probably wouldn't use them again.

They showed up on time and I was with pleased with them.

I will never consider hiring Handyman Connection again. You can contact them by email or leaving a voicemail; I was never actually able to speak to a live person. I sent them an email and asked them if they were interested in the work and when they had available. Sara wrote me back late in the afternoon and gave a date to me. I wrote back and said OK and never heard from her again in confirmation. They did not show up. I was annoyed and called and emailed, and Sara explained via email that my email had arrived too late in the day to confirm they were to do the job at that time (I had responded to her email promptly.) I was annoyed, but we unequivocally rescheduled for a date and time (10/10 at 2:00PM) and I confirmed my address with her. They never showed up. At 2:15PM I called (leave a message please...) and emailed asking where they were and they never showed up, nor did I ever get a reply via email. I took off parts of two weekdays for them to show up, and they never did, nor did they ever give me warning they weren't going to or why. If they don't want the job, it's simple: don't accept it. If you DO accept the job, show up and do it well. I obviously cannot recommend their work, because I never saw it. Instead I called another handyman who wanted the job, who showed up on time, did a great job, and went home happy with $200 for his effort.

It went fine. This was one of the Angie's Deal, so it is difficult to "self estimate" how much time a job will take. I was pleased with the results.

I think they might be out of business. I have scheduled the work with someone else.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for $99 for 2 hours of drywall/plaster repair. The repairman put on a first coat of drywall mud and plaster. This took approximately 1-1.5 hours. He was packing up his tools When I mentioned that an area in my basement Family Room needed repair & it seemed as though he did not want to get his tools out again so I said just forget it. When I hired a second contractor to finish the job they stated that this previous repair was not satisfactory at all. They had to completely re-do the repairs!

The service was good and I was pleased. The wall looks great.

My first contact with this company did not work, the person did not show. But the second time was a charm. The guy was professional, friendly and efficient.

Repairman arrived without tools. Went to get them and when he returned, said that we had too many cracks to get finished in the timespan offered. Appreciated his expertise, but could not afford to fix them all, so provider let us switch the hours we paid for to another service - interior painting. Had our bathroom painted - the painter did a great job.
