"[Member Name Removed], we appreciate your feedback, however, we believe that you may be mistaken. While we had a tentative start timeline of mid to late April, a true start date was never established. While confirming the project date with you and your wife at the end of March, we advised that your chosen craftsperson was not available on the date that you requested. However, we provided the option of changing the date in order to align the craftsperson’s availability or to have another one of our skilled craftspeople and project managers complete your project on your desired date. We advised that your chosen craftsperson’s availability would have likely fallen within the tentative window of mid to late April that we had originally discussed. You requested to deliberate your choice over the weekend and were advised that there was a 5% cancellation fee if you did, in fact, choose to cancel. Although we provided you with many options, including having your chosen handyman complete the project on a different date, you chose to cancel the project altogether. We understand your frustration and we attempted to work within your parameters and accommodate your requests. Unfortunately, throughout our interactions, we were met with aggression and received extreme phone calls from your wife. Please understand that is our priority to provide our customers with top-notch service, however, it is also a priority to provide a safe and professional work environment for our employees.
