Description of Work: I called for an estimate on June 23. I was told that they would call back. two weeks later, i still haven't heard from them.

We'd use him again.
Description of Work: I called the company on Sunday after I noticed that the gutter was off at a very old rental house I own. He answered on Sunday and agreed to go out this same day to give me an estimate. He followed through and called me later that day. We agreed to a price of $200 and he said he could have it done later in the week. I got a call on Tuesday morning that he could do it on this day. He went out and looked closer and realized that more woodwork was damaged and I needed to have it removed and replaced. As a result, the cost was $75 more. It seems fair enough; of course, I've never done this before and can't compare. Either way, the change in price was reasonable considering more damage was done than you could see from the ground.
