Bruce came right out and gave me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable with the old house thing and has done a lot of work in my South Minneapolis neighborhood. He did the work on schedule and on budget. I would highly recommend Gutter Systems.

Bruce came out within 48 hours of making contact with him. He gave a fair bid and we decided to go with him. We added gutters and gutter covers to the 3rd floor dormer which did not have much pitch. After Bruce completed the work, I got up on the ladder and inspected the work, I noticed that their was not enough pitch for the water to run over the gutter cover and then into the gutter therefore the cover would not work. I called Bruce to call his attention to this, he cheerfully came out and removed the cover and credited my bill. I was disappointed that he did not call this to my attention when he was installing them, vs. me having to catch the problem. The rain diverters originally leaked and Bruce came out to re silicone them and they work somewhat better, but not perfect. I would rate his workmanship as OK. I think if you have a straight forward/simple project he will do well, but the devil is always in the details, which he overlooked on our job.

The work was done exactly as I wanted it, in a timely manner. The worker was very pleasant to work with.

I called for an estimate. Bruce came out in a few days and gave me the estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. A few days later he had them up and working well. He has been very easy to work with and the gutters work and look great. He called a few days after the install and quite a bit of rain, to see how everything is working. I will have him come back to refit my house gutters for rain barrels as well. I recommend his services.

When we found that the gutter was overflowing, he came over and fixed it the next day at no extra charge. He was responsive, communicative, very professional, and did good workmanship. He gave great advice.

Bruce returned our call quickly and came by to give an estimate. He was available with short notice once we decided to have the gutters replaced, arrived on time, and cleaned up all the debris. He also fixed a loose sump pump connection that he noticed for no charge. We were very happy with the work that was done and the quality of the gutters.

Bruce was great. He got me in his schedule the day after I called, and he gave me that all important 30 minute heads up that he was on his way so I could leave my office and get home in time to meet up with him. The work was done quickly and appears to have been done very well. There are no issues at all, and Bruce was very courteous as well.

BRUCE WAS PLEASANT, RESPONDED TO MY ORIGINAL PHONE CALL QUICKLY, AND GAVE A GOOD AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ESTIMATE OF HIS CRAFT. HE BEGAN AND COMPLETED THE WORK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF, AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND FAIR. OVERALL I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE NEW GUTTERS AND REPAIRS. THEY LOOK CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, AND BLEND WITH THE HOUSE. I RATED BRUCE B ON RESPONSIVENESS BECAUSE HE RETURNED 3 OUT OF 4 PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY.

BRUCE PERFORMED THE WORK EVEN THOUGH I COULD NOT PAY FOR IT UNTIL TWO WEEKS LATER. HE WORKED ALL DAY FROM NINE TO FOUR PM EVEN AFTER ALMOST CUTTING HIS THUMB OFF. THE WORK WAS DONE ALL RIGHT ON SITE AND HE DID NOT MIND WAITING TWO WEEKS FOR HIS CHECK. HE EVEN CLEANED UP BEFORE HE LEFT.
