They are reliable and always show up. However they don?t always do a thorough job. It is very difficult to contact them if you have a billing issue.

Average size yard with lots of landscaping and flower beds. There were plenty of leaves remaining from fall, so all this added up to a big job. This is the third year in a row that I've had a spring cleanup done, each year with a different business since I hadn't been completely satisfied with their performance. Greg's Lawn Service did an excellent job, better than anyone in the past. He had a large crew which worked fast and efficiently and the didn't miss a leaf. They meticulously went through all the flower beds and shrubs. I was very pleased with the work performed.

I called for an estimate. The next day someone showed up unannounced to do an estimate. He just pointed out all of the difficulties of the job. Not very optimistic or interested in the job. Mailed me an estimate a day or two later and it was only for the yard clean up and removal of the old retaining walls. Nothing about the new retaining walls. Not impressed.

Their price was fair. I was satisfied with them. They were very prompt. I would recommend them to other people.

Fantastic job. Highly recommended. Greg always had our lot plowed before we arrived in the morning so we never had to move our cars. Great job on both driveway and walks - always looking spiffy clean no matter how much snow we had the previous night. Rate was extremely reasonable, better than other bids. We'll certainly hire him again.

We like that they send several people to do it with shovels, instead of using heavy equipment. When we first called Greg he quoted us a price per snowfall ($35-$38) and, since he does it when we're gone, they take care of any amount of snow. They do a great job.

Everything went very well. He was very timely in responding to my call and the prices were quite reasonable. I plan to call them again.

They charge per pick up. They are very reliable, and show up on time each week. I feel the price they charge is fair. I wanted someone in the neighborhood, to mow my lawn and remove snow in the winters. They were here for it and I am satisfied.

I contacted Greg after finding him on Angie's List. He was busy, but said he would get back to me. A couple days later, I got a contract in the mail from him which allowed me to make some choices, like the minimum amount of snow before they should come out and shovel. Actually, it snowed before I could get the contract mailed back to him, but his crew came out anyway and took care of the snow. It's so great to get up to leave for work and the walks and driveway are already shoveled! Very prompt. Greg sends an invoice after each snowfall, making it all very easy. This is a very good company. Snowfall this year has been frequent, so am really glad I signed a contract w/Greg. One less thing to worry about!

They arrived promptly after each 1" snow fall and cleared sidewalks, stairs and driveway. Minimum charge of $38.50 per trip. Could do a little better job by shoveling all the way to the edge of the sidewalk.

They did an excellent job - very punctually and thorough. The price listed is the average cost for each time they came out.

They were very professional and prompt, they completed the job in a timely fashion and as far as we could tell they were a great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I LOVE Gregs Lawn Service. They are honest, prompt and do great work. All winter long they respected my wished--and did not remove snow if it was below the "inches" I chose for removal. I am always billed promptly and there are never problems with the billing. The Spring Yard Clean-Up was very reasonable and prompt. They raked, and bagged leaves and twigs, cleaned all the shrubs, hedges, etc. They even swept the sidewalks. All my neighboors were impressed--and so was my family! I am going to use Greg all summer for yard work!

I called Greg's Lawn Service in the late morning and asked for an estimate and how soon they could shovel my sidewalks and driveway. Both their monetary and time (that afternoon) estimates were right on.

They did a good job, I would like it if they gave more of a fixed time on when they will come out, but other than that I am satisfied.

Quick response to original e-mail, quick turnaround for estimated. Work was also completed in a short amount of time. Some pieces exceeded my expectations, while other pieces fell slightly short. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer.

Seven to eight people worked on my yard throughout the afternoon. We moved into this house just two months ago. Our odd-shaped, very hilly, and woodsy lot needed a lot of attention, not just leaf blowing. The crew worked hard trimming and cleaning up. The yard looks great now. The price initially seemed high to me, but I hired Greg's anyway, in part because of its many positive reports on Angie's List. Given the amount of time the crew worked, and the results, the price now seems reasonable. I would hire Greg's again.

I plan on using them again next winter. The cost depends on how much snow they are removing.

He was here as soon as the snow stopped. He did a good job.

My voice message was promptly replied to with details of how to obtain a bid for the proposed work. Within three days I had a bid and contract in the mail with many options to choose from. Since sending in the signed contract, his service completes the snow removal within the day it snows. I couldn't be happier with the service and promptness.

Thus far this season they have shown up in a reasonable amount of time & have done a great job of clearing the snow.

I received the bid several days later and called to say that I wanted them to do just the sidewalk piece of the landscaping project. Greg calld back within a day or so and left a message indicating that he could possibly do the job the next week. I left several messages to see if this was confirmed. I never heard back from him, but happened to come home one day and see workers doing the job. They finished in two days, I will have to add several more bags of river rock because there are places where it is uneven and below the level of the lawn, which will not help with the drainage issue this was intended to address. I'm mostly satisfied, though it was odd to not hear back and just see people at my house. I would use them again but for something like tree trimming, plowing, mowing, probably not for other landscaping.

They came unannounced when I was told that I was going to be called first. They used the saw on my bushes and trimmed them in a square shape. They did not trim or remove sucker growth. They left behind dead limbs within the bushes they had trimmed.
