His written estimate to mow my lawn was over double the average of other companies at $75. Others were $25 to $40. His spring cleanup was estimated at $315 vs others of $100 to $160.

Went well despite some snow delays, leaves got picked up leaving just a few stragglers that were frozen to the ground. Not having to rent a truck to haul all the leaf bags to the yard waste place was definitely nice.

I've hired Greg's team to trim the hedges around my property for the past 3 years. They do an amazing job and cleanup is always great too. This year my neighbors even commented on how good they look. Will keep using them!

They were not able to do the job but recommended someone else. Appreciated responsiveness.

I have used them since 2014 and they have been great until this year. I have to call or email to remind them. They never show up for at least 6 to 8 hours after it has stopped snowing (often as late as midnight). They either need new shovels or lessons on how to use one. Never shoveled down to the pavement. They do however do a great job behind my garage in the alley.

I came home from work one day and it was done. All the cuttings were bagged and taken away and luckily, they were just finishing up so I could ask a few questions. They had good explanations for everything (the roses hadn't been trimmed but they explained it isn't time yet) and advice for how to get more out of my plants in the future. They were courteous and kind. Since they come often in the middle of the night for the snow removal and I don't get to talk to them, this was great to connect a bit. Again, they did more than I thought they would but explained everything that had happened. (the entire yard needed the work that they did and I am happy with all of it.)

Fine! They were there the day after the snowfall, in the morning, and completed the task in a short time, in one work session. Four workers stayed at it until the work was done.

I've used Greg for at least 3 years and have very much appreciated his services. I know that my neighbor saw his work and picked him up as well because of the great work he does in my neighborhood.

I am so happy I found Greg's Lawn Service and Snow Removal. They have been doing an excellent job this winter. A truck comes with men with shovels. They work fast and hard and shovel the snow. They are dependable and the snow is removed on the driveway, walks, and the deck down to the pavement. The thing that sets them apart is Greg's excellent customer service. His team did not remember to remove the snow on my deck so that I could get to the grill after the big snowfall this week. I contacted Greg and he had someone out to remedy the problem that day. The icing on the cake was that Greg did not charge me for the work that week due to my inconvenience. It is hard to find a company who stands by their work but I found one in Greg's Lawn Service. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants professional work with outstanding customer service. I will be his customer for many years to come.

Mostly it went well, but there were a few glitches. They came over 7 times between Nov. and the end of March. Two times I had to call after the removal because my private property sidewalks weren't done. The last time my upper and lower decks were not done, but I did not call. When I did call, the responses were fast. One time I was at home when the crew showed up to shovel. A car pulled up, a bunch of people got out, and in a short time everything was done. I was impressed! The only reason I won't use this company again is because I sold my house and live in a condo!

Initially it was hard to get a response from Greg by eMail or phone... but with the mild 2014/2015 winter his team of usually 3 staff responded quickly and did and excellent job.

I've been using them for at least 3 to 4 years. It was good. They're dependable and they do a quick job. They took care of it for 24 hours.

Shoveled my front walk, driveway and deck. Did what I asked, arrived fast, courteous and kind.

we used Greg's lawn service to help with our leaf removal--they came out on pretty much the last good day of the fall to get rid of the leaves, it snowed soon after. I saw them taking care of another yard in our neighborhood and gave them a call. Greg was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, especially via email. He said they would come out late morning to take care of the clean-up and also told me what the price would be per person (he brings a crew) and how much it would cost for removal. They ended up showing up early afternoon-- he brought about 6 guys with him and they took care of our entire front and backyard/ driveway, etc, and loaded up all the leaves into a truck and were gone within an hour! The price was around $600 and at the time i thought it was a little steep, but looking back, they came at the last minute during a very busy season and were fast and efficient! we would hire them again if in the same situation.

The service is okay, they did a good job, their price is competitive, but it is higher than what I pay. What I like is that they come last minute, I have an oak tree that doesn't shed leaves until the very last part of fall, the just do a very good job, and work quick. I have many trees in the back yard, and so it is a lot of work. They get here very quickly. I had used them once before, but I have been using another young man, but he wasn't available, and I knew that they do good work, and that they were expensive, but I had to have that mess cleaned up.

The service charges $69 an hour for a 2-person crew figured in 5-minute increments. I have been quite satisfied with the work. There have been several occasions when the work was not as thorough as I would do myself but the owner was responsive when I contacted him.

Poor, see above. Perhaps he's good with regular customers that he does every time it snows. But if you want to contract snow removal just once in a while when you're out of town, he's not the guy.

They have been excellent. They are doing a wonderful job. They are clean. They've done it in a very timely fashion. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Very responsive, but I felt it was a bit pricey. They sent a truck with a plow that was too big so then sent out guys with small snow blowers that did not clean that well. Nice people but I thought a bit pricey.
