Description of Work: We had 2 treatments to fertilize our lawn and kill the weeds. They did a good job. The lawn looked much better after the treatments and they killed most of the weeds.

Description of Work: Over the course of the past year, I have had Green Stuff Outdoor Services perform Lawn Fertilization and Snow Removal services. Last year, i thought they did a good job with the Fertilization so I gave them the go-ahead to do my Snow Removal. I paid for the highest level of service - the 1" snowfall, which was also the most expensive. Last winter there were probably only 4 or 5 snowfalls over 1" and each time they failed to do it correctly. Not only were they slow in performing the services, which resulted in ice build up on sidewalks, their mistakes were almost laughable. We have one city sidewalk - a straight line of 190'. On one occasion they failed to do the sidewalk. On another, they failed to do the driveway - which is attached to the house and can't be missed. The next time they forgot to do the pathway between the front door and the driveway and on another, they failed to do the path to the back door. Seriously - what kind of operation are they running that a job that takes 5 minutes with 2 or 3 people can make this many mistakes repeatedly!!! Each time I would call the customer service line and ask them what happened and they would always say it won't happen again. This spring I requested additional services on April 5th for yard work to be performed beyond the fertilization. On April 20th and again on April 25th I called and asked what happened to customer service and was very clear i was trying to spend more money with them if they would only help in the process. On Sunday, i finally got a call from Jack the owner. When i asked him about the delay in getting back to me and I also wanted to clear the air on the repeated poor service, he replied that he would not allow me to offend him or belittle his crew. Needless to say, the call did not go well. As a small business owner, I can say that we love clients that give us feedback and also the opportunity to make something right if we have not exceeded their expectations in the first place. This company gets an F grade all around and I would strongly encourage anyone doing business with them to spend their dollars elsewhere.
